Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of performance appraisal and employee training on job promotions at PT Bank Mandiri KCP A.Rivai Palembang. This research is a type of causal associative research that aims to analyze the relationship between one variable with another variable or how a variable affects other variables. The population in this study were all employees with a minimum service life of 5 years. The sampling method using the census method with a total sample of 36 people. Primary data is collected through questionnaires and interviews, secondary data is collected from companies and literature studies. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the variable performance appraisal and employee training simultaneously or partially had a positive and significant effect on the promotion of the position of PT Bank Mandiri KCP A.Rivai Palembang with the contribution of Adjusted R Square of 51.5% promotion was influenced by the variable performance appraisal and training employee, the multiple regression equation is obtained: Y= 8,517 + 0,584 (x1) +  0,277 (x2)  + e   while the remaining 48.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Keywords: Job Performance Evaluation, Employee Training, and Job Promotion

Abstract

This research activity plan with the title Influence Member Participation and Client Service Improvement Cooperative in Palembang city has a long-term goal of the cooperative is expected to have the ability to increase the potential of innovative services or introduce the types of cooperatives in innovation and take advantage of new technologies into the economy and see forward and dare to take risks. Cooperative is an attempt to improve the welfare of members, therefore the service factor was instrumental in motivating members to participate in a cooperative effort to increase the amount of innovation and creativity that will benefit the business and at the same time improving the welfare of the People.By using primary data and secondary data is to support the achievement of these goals. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents made in the sample. In this study, used field research is the data collection techniques performed by providing a set of questions or statements in writing to the respondent to answer. Questionnaires conducted by the respondents who are the sample to fill out questionnaires are complete and intact so the results of this research can be fit with what is expected.From this insturmen questionnaire created by five indicators, in the first trial to some respondents then tested the validity and reliability to be a valid and reliable questionnaire. Once the data is collected data will be analyzed to determine how the effect of taking a participation of members and services to increase the number of cooperatives by using Multiple Regression Analysis, Test-T, Test-F, Determination Test and Test of Hypothesis, selanjunya will be able to a conclusion. Keywords : Participation, Service, Increase

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the application of tax planning through fixed asset revaluation at PT. Palembang International Ark Fleet. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The conclusion from the results of this study shows that the application of tax planning through fixed asset revaluation has an impact on increasing the tax burden that must be paid by companies as corporate taxpayers. When the company pays final income tax on the revaluation of fixed assets, the total tax burden that must be paid by the company increases. This is due to revaluation which is only carried out on fixed assets, namely land whose fixed assets are not depreciable. PT. The Palembang International Ark Fleet needs to consider not only the revaluation of land fixed assets. PT. The Palembang International Ark Fleet can revaluate fixed assets other than depreciable land, such as buildings and infrastructure, furniture and equipment, and vehicles. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan perencanaan pajak melalui revaluasi aset tetap pada PT. Armada Bahtera Internasional Palembang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan perencanaan pajak melalui revaluasi aset tetap berdampak pada peningkatan beban pajak yang harus dibayar oleh perusahaan sebagai wajib pajak badan. Ketika perusahaan membayar pajak penghasilan final atas revaluasi aset tetap, maka jumlah beban pajak yang harus dibayar perusahaan bertambah. Hal ini disebabkan revaluasi yang hanya dilakukan pada aset tetap yaitu tanah yang aset tetapnya tidak dapat disusutkan. PT. Armada Bahtera Internasional Palembang perlu mempertimbangkan tidak hanya revaluasi aset tetap tanah. PT. Armada Bahtera Internasional Palembang dapat melakukan revaluasi aset tetap selain tanah yang dapat disusutkan, seperti gedung dan prasarana, furnitur dan perlengkapan, serta kendaraan.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Career Development, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on the Turnover Intention of PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang employees. The population and sample in this study were 43 people from all employees of PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis which is processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 computer program. The research results show that there is an influence of Career Development, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on the Turnover Intention of PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang employees. With a significant F of 0.000<0.05. Multiple linear regression equation 5.109+0.001X1–0.088X2– 0.032X3 + 0.328X4 + e. There is no influence of career development on employee turnover intention at PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang with a significant value of 0.996>0.05. There is no influence of organizational commitment on employee turnover intention at PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang with a significant value of 0.485 > 0.05. There is no influence of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang with a significant value of 0.781>0.05. There is an influence of work stress on employee turnover intention at PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang with a significant value of 0.002 <0.05. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Pengembangan Karir, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43 orang dari seluruh karyawan PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program computer Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh Pengembangan Karir, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang. Dengan signifikan F sebesar 0,000<0,05. Persamaan regresi linear berganda 5.109+0,001X1–0,088X2– 0,032X3 + 0,328X4 + e. Tidak terdapat Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir TerhadapTurnover Intention Karyawan PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,996>0,05. Tidak Terdapat Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,485 > 0,05. Tidak Terdapat PengaruhKepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,781>0,05. Terdapat Pengaruh Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,002 <0,05.

Abstract

Abstract : Marketing is a process by which companies create value for customers and build strong relationships with customers with the aim of capturing value from customers in return. For this company, in an effort to make purchasing decisions regarding the Marketing Mix and Customer Knowledge, it is important to use Prepaid Listirk, PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Rivai seeks to increase its sales by increasing marketing mix activities and providing knowledge to customers. This research aims to determine, analyze and prove the influence of the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Process) and Customer Knowledge on Prepaid Electricity Purchase Decisions at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Rivai. The research model used was a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents as a sample. The types of data in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents based on the results of data processing with SPSS version 17.00. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression with the following results: Y = 5.361 + 0.433X1+ 0.270X2 + 0.300X3+0.385X4 + 0.382X5 + e. The research results show that the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Process) and Customer Knowledge simultaneously or partially have a positive and significant effect on Prepaid Electricity Purchase Decisions by PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Rivai Customers. Abstrak : Pemasaran merupakan suatu proses dimana perusahaan menciptakan nilai bagi pelanggan dan membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan dengan tujuan untuk menangkap nilai dari pelanggan sebagai imbalannya. bagi perusahaan ini, dalam upaya mengambil keputusan pembelian terhadap Bauran Pemasaran dan Pengetahuan Pelanggan adalah hal penting pemakaian Listirk Prabayar, PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Rivai berupaya meningkatkan penjualannya dengan cara meningkatkan kegiatan bauran pemasaran dan memberikan pengetahuan kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan membuktikan pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran (Produk, Harga, Promosi, Proses) dan Pengetahuan Pelanggan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Listrik Prabayar pada PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Rivai. Model penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden sebagai sampel. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada repsonden berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan SPSS versi 17,00. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda dengan hasil sebagai berikut: Y = 5,361 + 0,433X1+ 0,270X2 + 0,300X3+0,385X4 + 0,382X5 + e. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bauran Pemasaran (Produk, Harga, Promosi, Proses) dan Pengetahuan Pelanggan secara simultan maupun secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Listrik Prabayar oleh Pelanggan PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Rivai.
