Abstract

In the industry especially pharmaceutical, supplier selection process is a strategic issueand important because of supplier selection is a strategic activity, especially if thesupplier will supply critical items and / or will be used in the long term. To overcomethese problems, then the purpose of this study is to select proper supplier based on thespecified criteria so that the risk of error of supplier selection can be minimized. Basedon the results of supplier selection priority data using Analytic Network Process -Opportunity Cost Benefit Risk (ANP-BOCR) method obtained the criteria of advances insupplier technology have the greatest realistic value and the supplier A is the supplierthat have the greatest realistic weight and most deserve to be supplier of raw material(sodium chloride) for companies.

Abstract

Kenyamanan dan keamanan di tempat kerja harus diwujudkan karena karyawan sangat rentan mengalami kecelakan ketika bekerja. Hal ini tentu membuat adanya banyak kerugian seperti biaya, waktu, efisisensi dan efektivitas kerja serta berakibat pada produktivitas kerja yang menurun. Banyak hal yang harus diperhatikan di dalam line produksi agar line produksi bisa di jadikan tempat yang aman dan nyaman. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah berapa tingkat  risiko ergonomi  terhadap  proses produksi pada karyawan di departemen  (Press Shop) PT. X. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi perbaikan yang tepat untuk mengurangi / menyelesaikan permasalahan karyawan terhadap keletihan  pada karyawan didepartemen  Press Shop di PT. X. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah REBA, RULA serta kuisioner NBM. Untuk menghitung nilai skor RULA dan REBA peneliti menggunakan software RULA REBA Assessment pada tiap pengamatan aktifitas produksi. Solusi perbaikan dari hasil data penelitian yaitu perbaikan terhadap edikasi terhadap operator, perbaikan pada posisi layout kerja dan membuat modifikasi meja pada mesin.

Abstract

Quality improvement approaches and methodologies have been developed through previousresearch. This study proposes quality improvement for automotive rubber companies as a casestudy in which the largest percentage of NGs in item-B in the seal, compact / quarterlydepartments during the January-June 2019 period was found. Based on the results of the studythere are differences, initially suspected and explained through the P control map, that is, thereis a point outside the control limit (UCL), which is the 20th observation. Identify possible causesof inaccuracy in 5 factors, namely (low engine temperature, decreased engine pressure, andcompressor mold holes), method (giving toluene liquid in mold before inserting material atmaturity), material (less material coating and end of profile cuts or dirty joints), people(pursuing production targets and new employees who are still in job training), environment(night lighting). Get repair with 5W + 1H method.
