Abstract

                CV. AndU Maju Sejahtera belum memiliki SOP, sedangkan hal ini diperlukan sebagai standar pelaksanaan prosedur kerja di lingkungan perusahaan atau organsisasi sehingga perusahaan akan lebih efisien, baik dari segi waktu, proses, tenaga maupun biaya operasional. Berdasarkan analisis situasi, human error serta penyesuaian dalam penerapan SOP dapat menjadi kendala. Sehingga pelaksanaan pendampingan penyusunan ini dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi kendala dilapangan. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan yang menjadi sasaran kegitan adalah pemilik CV. AndU Maju Sejahtera serta karyawan CV. AndU Maju Sejahtera. Sosialisai menggunakan SOP yang terdapat di setiap stasiun kerja, pendampingan, dan pengawasan secara berkala menjadi solusi yang diambil untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut.

Abstract

Depot Minyak (Terminal Bahan Bakar Minyak, TBBM) merupakan salah satu fasilitas industri yang berfungsi untuk menyimpan minyak bumi dan/atau bahan petrokimia. TBBM memiliki peran yang sangat fundamental terjadinya alur permindahan produk minyak sampai ke konsumen. Proyek pembangunan TBBM telah dilakukan analisis dan perhitungan berdasarkan bobot kerja dan biaya pada proyek pemasangan SKID injeksi aditif dan pewarna pada TBBM. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa bobot kerja proyek dan perhitungan besar biaya proyek akan dilakukan berdasarkan pada uraian kerja kegiatan proyek. Bobot kerja terbesar terjadi pada pengerjaan Block injector for Additive and Dyes sebesar 22,27% dan Injection pump for Dyes sebesar 22,24%. Besar biaya terbesar terjadi pada pengerjaan Block injector for Additive sebesar IDR 806.861.520,- dan Injection Pump for Dyes sebesar IDR 790.624.000,-. Total besar biaya proyek ini adalah sebesar IDR 3.554.611.105,- dalam periode waktu 3 bulan (6 minggu). Dengan memodelkan sistem dinamis perhitungan biaya akibat pemunduran waktu penyelesaian proyek menggunakan program komputer POWERSIM menunjukan bahwa bila terjadi pemunduran waktu kerja selama satu bulan atau selesai dalam bulan ke 4, maka biaya pengeluaran akan bertambah sebesar IDR 446.219.568,55 (meningkat 13%), pemunduran 2 bulan menghasilkan biaya pengeluaran bertambah bertambah sebesar IDR 952.855.646,87 (meningkat 27%), dan pengunduran 3 bulan menghasilkan biaya pengeluaran bertambah IDR 1.528.528.763,81 (meningkat 43%).

Abstract

AbstrakSMA Poris Indah yang berada di kota Tangerang belum pernah melakukan pengukuran kinerja sejak awal berdirinya. Selain itu, mulai terjadi penurunan kualitas lulusan yang dilihat dari hasil Ujian Nasional. Sehingga Peneliti akan menggunakan Balanced Scorecard dalam pengukuran kinerja SMA Poris Indah dimana memungkinkan pelaksanaan pengukuran kinerja organisasi dari aspek keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan berdasarkan capaian sasaran yang telah ditetapkan oleh SMA Poris Indah dengan mengacu pada tujuan, visi, dan misinya. Berdasarkan pengukuran, analisa, dan pembahasan terhadap hasil pengukuran kinerja SMA Poris Indah dengan menggunakan BSC yang telah dilakukan  secara keseluruhan adalah hasil pengukuran kinerja perspektif keuangan SMA Poris Indah didapatkan Kategori sangat ekonomis, sangat efektif, dan efisiensi. Hasil pengukuran kinerja perspektif penggan SMA Poris Indah memiliki kategori sangat puas, dimana mencakup sarana dan prasarana, serta kehandalan sekolah. Hasil pengukuran kinerja perspektif proses bisnis internal memiliki kesesuaian dengan peraturan pemerintah, baik proses operasi maupun inovasi, namun untuk layanan alumni memiliki kategori kurang baik. Hasil Pengukuran kinerja perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan diperoleh kategori sangat puas bagi para pekerja. Kata Kunci: SMA Poris Indah, balanced scorecard, kinerja. AbstractPoris Indah High School that located in Tangerang Never before have performance measurement since the beginning. Except  that , start a decline in the quality of graduates viewed from national test scores. So researchers will use balanced scorecard in performance measurement high school poris beautiful do not the implementation of the performance measurement organization of financial aspects , customers , of business process internal , and learning and growth based on these objectives determined by high school poris beautiful with reference to the purpose , vision , and mission. Based on the measurement of , analysis , and discussion of the results of the performance measurement Poris Indah high school by the use of BSC that has been carried out as a whole is the result performance measurement financial perspective Poris Indah high school  obtained the category of very economical , is very effective , and efficiency .The results of performance measurement perspective poris high school having beautifully category very satisfied , where includes of facilities and infrastructure , and dependability school. Abstract

Quality improvement approaches and methodologies have been developed through previousresearch. This study proposes quality improvement for automotive rubber companies as a casestudy in which the largest percentage of NGs in item-B in the seal, compact / quarterlydepartments during the January-June 2019 period was found. Based on the results of the studythere are differences, initially suspected and explained through the P control map, that is, thereis a point outside the control limit (UCL), which is the 20th observation. Identify possible causesof inaccuracy in 5 factors, namely (low engine temperature, decreased engine pressure, andcompressor mold holes), method (giving toluene liquid in mold before inserting material atmaturity), material (less material coating and end of profile cuts or dirty joints), people(pursuing production targets and new employees who are still in job training), environment(night lighting). Get repair with 5W + 1H method.

Abstract

ISO 21001:2018 dan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 3 Tahun 2020 Tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi memiliki bagian dan tujuan yang sama dalam sistem penjaminan mutu perguruan tinggi. Namun saat ini kesamaan tersebut belum di jabarkan secara teknis. Sedangkan dalam penerapannya jika dilakukan akan menyebabkan pemborosan dari berbagai aspek. Menyikapi hal tersebut, dirasa perlu untuk menyelaraskan kedua buah sistem penjaminan mutu tersebut. Selain itu peningkatan efektivitas dalam penerapannya, penyelarasan juga diharapkan dapat menjadi guidelines bagi perguruan tinggi yang ingin mengintegrasikan kedua sistem penjaminan mutu tersebut. Peraturan Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi 3 Tahun 2020 pasal 2 ayat 1, menyatakan pada Standar Nasional Pendidikan terdiri atas tiga standar yaitu Standar Nasional Pendidikan, Standar Penelitian, dan Standar Pengabdian Masyarakat. Sebagai langkah awal, penyelarasan pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pada standar nasional pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat keselarasan antara 8 Standar Nasional Pendidikan pasal 5 sampai dengan pasal 44 dengan subklausul ISO 21001:2018. Namun terdapat bagian yang tidak selaras yaitu subklausul ISO 8.3 tekait Prosedur pengembangan jurusan baru/layanan baru tidak diatur dalam Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi Nomor 3 Tahun 2020.

Abstract

One of the leading automation companies in Indonesia is producing production to meet the needs of industrial automation or robot parts, and to meet the needs of companies using the linear guidance techniques available on 3D Printers. There is a noticeable difference in consumer behavior, where the quality of hand-held connectors is poor, which is reflected in the increase in the number of complaints that exceed the company's monthly limit. Using the process control statistics (SPC) method, cause and effect, and the 5W+1H method as in the previous study, the proposed improvements will be determined by the production of hand connectors on 3D Printers. Based on the results of the study, 2 points approached the control limit (UCL) on the P chart, which is the 5th and 10th observation data. This indicates that there is a mismatch in the product being produced. Causes of differentiation are derived based on the following factors: Engine (non-optimal machine condition); Methods (design work that requires new ideas to meet customer needs); Material (PLA does not meet standard and Expiration); Human (does not work according to SOP and employees are not in prime condition); Environment (high humidity level). Abstract

Today industries are currently entering the best possibility to action on rapidly changing customer needs, desires and experiences. In the environment of industries, as well as cultural competitiveness and improving market share in the global narrowing market saturation is a big concern, the concept of continuous improvement of manufacturing processes strive to the best experiences to customers has become necessary. Market competition and continuously increasing levels of service and needs for customer satisfaction have proven to be the ultimate driver of an organization's key performance continuous improvement. Adaptable Kaizen refers to sustainable continuous improvement in performance delivery, cost, and quality to a satisfied customer. This paper contribution to define research variable domination in various tools used in Kaizen concept and research variable of Kaizen dominated by VSM and Continuous Improvement with the same percentage number 21%, then Lean 18%, TPM 10%, 5S 8%, PDCA 4%, in this calculation one research paper can use more than one tools of Kaizen.

Abstract

CV. XYZ is a company engaged in the production of wood into finished goods (furniture), one of which is wooden chairs. In the process of making wooden chairs, various types of damaged products such as broken, painted (varnished), scuffed, and loose are still found. This study aims to analyze the quality control of CV. XYZ and provide suggestions for improvement to reduce product defects, using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method with seven tools and the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. The results show that in the period January 2021-February 2022 the average percentage of defective products per month is 5.63%, where this result exceeds the company's standard of 5%. The results of the analysis stated that abrasion defects and stretching defects dominated the overall defective products, with the causal factors being the lack of supervision during the production process and no routine machine maintenance schedule being carried out. The suggested improvement given is to appoint a senior worker as a supervisor at each work station, hold a briefing before and after production is completed by the management to all operators, then make a special schedule for periodic inspection, maintenance, and repair of machines and equipment at the workplace. outside the production schedule, and the last is to create and place work instructions on the use and maintenance of the machine.

Abstract

Product and service quality factors are important aspects of business continuity. Consumers will abandon low-quality products and services. Consumers will feel satisfied if all aspects of the products and services are appropriately accommodated. Product and service quality have different tendencies because service quality dimensions are more complex than product quality. This study aims to analyze the quality of customer service at auto repair shops based on consumer preferences. Assessment of the level of satisfaction and consumer expectations of each attribute is done by filling out a questionnaire to identify the gap between the level of importance and level of performance. The consumer's assessment of each indicator of the auto repair shop is carried out through a questionnaire filled out to the consumer to find out the gap between the level of importance and the level of performance. The analytical method used is Importance Performance Analysis–IPA showing that the attributes of auto repair shops that need to be improved are [P1] improving the repair period as promised, [P2] Procedures and managerial capabilities in providing adequate service, [P3] Results following consumer recommendations, and [P4] Knowledgeable workshop managers and staff, [P5] Service speed from responsiveness quality dimensions, [P11] Credibility and honesty of workshop managers and staff, [P12] Clarity of communication and information to consumers. The priority of quality attributes of auto repair shops that will be improved can provide alternative development priorities between human resources and limited equipment servicing.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide understanding and skills to MSME actors about the importance of packaging and packaging design. This activity is carried out by providing counseling, training, and assistance to business partners regarding product packaging. The result of this activity is that all partners understand the importance of packaging as added value and branding for their products, and as many as 50% have succeeded in designing packaging independently. In the future, it will be better to have knowledge and skills related to digital marketing to reach consumers even further.
