Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of the paired return model on the results of dropshoot blows on athletes aged 14-17 years at SMPN 19 Bandar Lampung. The population of this study were athletes aged 14-17 years totaling 28 people, divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group using the pairing oridinal. The method used is pure experiment. Analysis of this research data using t-test. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the paired return model on the results of dropshoot blows on athletes aged 14-17 years at SMPN 19 Bandar Lampung. Second, there is a difference from the paired return model against the results of the dropshoot punch. So, we can conclude that the paired return model has a significant effect on increasing dropshoot punches.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektivitas model return berpasangan terhadap hasil pukulan dropshoot pada atlet Usia 14-17 Tahun di SMPN 19 Bandar Lampung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet Usia 14-17 Tahun yang berjumlah 28 orang, dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol menggunakan oridinal pairing. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen murni. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari model return berpasangan terhadap hasil pukulan dropshoot pada atlet Usia 14-17 Tahun di SMPN 19 Bandar Lampung. Kedua, ada perbedaan dari model return berpasangan terhadap hasil pukulan dropshoot.. Maka, dapat peneliti simpulkan bahwa model return berpasangan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pukulan dropshoot.Kata kunci : dropshoot, return berpasangan
