Abstract

Thisstudy aimed to produceFlash-basedlearningmedia on the human digestion system of XIth grade. The research design wasResearchandDevelopment (RD).The subject were students of XI IPA 1 as experiment class and X IIPA 2 as control class at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung. Thisresearch done by threesteps, pre-study, development,andevaluation. Questionnaire was used to collect qualitative data by subject matter expert test, media expert test, language expert test, and attractiveness test which analyzed descriptively. Test was used to collect quantitative data by effectiveness test which analyzed using Mann-Whitney U test. The resultsshowed thatFlash-based biology learning media was appropriatewith the requirements. Effectiveness testshowed that average oflearningoutcomes ofexperiment class was higherthancontrolclass(experiment= 79,26;control=70,59) and got probability 0,008.Attractiveness test was 3,28with valueassessment wasinteresting.Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis Flash pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia pada kelas XI. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development, subjek uji coba adalah kelas XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol pada SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu studi pendahuluan, pengembangan, dan evaluasi. Angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data kualitatif melalui uji ahli materi, uji ahli media, uji ahli bahasa, uji praktisi, dan uji kemenarikan yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Tes digunakan untuk mengumpukan data kuantitatif melalui uji efektivitas yang dianalisis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney U. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran biologi berbasis Flash sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol (eksperimen = 79,26; kontrol = 70,59) dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,008. Uji kemenarikan memperoleh nilai kelayakan 3,28 dengan penilaian menarik.Kata kunci: biologi, flash, media pembelajaran, sistem pencernaan manusia

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze students' biology learning outcomes towards the achievement of basic competencies in biology materials at senior high school and to evaluate the implementation of online biology learning for teachers and students in order to achieve the expected competencies. The research design used an ex post facto design, with the population being all state senior high school students in the city of Bandar Lampung in a different distribution of sub-district locations represented based on the equivalent level of school accreditation. Samples were taken from a population consisting of: SMA N 2 Bandar Lampung, SMA N 5 Bandar Lampung, and SMA N 7 Bandar Lampung. The acquisition of quantitative data in the form of learning outcomes values on the subject matter of plantae, qualitative data in the form of analysis of the results of a questionnaire intended for teachers and students. Interviews were conducted to obtain secondary data in the form of descriptive data carried out by teleconference. The result showed that there was a significant difference in learning outcomes in online classes compared to face-to-face classes (p 0.05). The dominant online learning application used is using google classroom which is already based on the Learning Management System (LMS). As many as 74.1% of students stated that online learning limits interaction and communication with friends and teachers regarding subject matter. Therefore, the results of this study prove that the biology learning outcomes of students carried out online based on LMS have a significant effect, but the interaction, collaboration and communication between students during the learning process become an obstacle.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology influences education, yet junior high school students often lack adequate digital literacy, making them vulnerable to hoaxes, cyberbullying, and data security issues. To address this, a digital literacy workshop was conducted at SMP Islam Plus At-Tholibin, Lampung Tengah, involving 150 participants and a purposive sample of 17 students. The program applied an interactive lecture method covering digital literacy concepts, communication ethics, security, and skills in distinguishing facts from hoaxes. Pretest–posttest evaluation showed an increase in the average score from 65.88 to 82.94, with an N-Gain of 0.50 (medium category). Six students achieved a high category, seven medium, and four low. These findings confirm that the workshop effectively improved students’ understanding, although greater emphasis is still needed on digital security.

Abstract

Anxiety is an emotional response to situations perceived as threatening, and in the context of practical learning, anxiety can affect students' readiness, concentration, and performance. This study aims to analyse students' anxiety levels during computer assembly practice in the Information Technology Education study program. The method used was descriptive quantitative, involving 80 students as respondents. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire to measure anxiety levels. The results showed that students' anxiety levels were in the moderate to high category, with anxiety about technical errors and assembly procedures as the highest indicators. This finding indicates that students feel stressed by the possibility of errors and uncertainty in following the assembly stages. The findings of this study indicate the need for a more supportive learning approach, such as technical assistance, simulations, and project-based learning, to reduce anxiety. The limitation of this study lies in the quantitative approach that has not explored psychological factors in depth. Therefore, further research is recommended using a qualitative or mixed approach to better understand the dynamics of student anxiety in technical practice.
