Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the quality of the items made by IPS lesson teachers Integrated schools accredited A and B in Central Lampung District. The method used is comparative method with expost facto approach. Population is all questions and answers sheet in the middle of odd semester of IPS Integrated junior high school subjects accredited A and B in Central Lampung regency. The sampling technique using Cluster Area Sampling obtained a sample of 102 questions from 3 accredited schools A and 110 about 3 schools accredited B. The results of data analysis show that the quality of items in junior accredited junior high school is superior in the level of difficulty, effectiveness and validity. Meanwhile, the accredited State Junior High School B is superior in terms of distinguishing power and reliability.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal buatan guru pelajaran IPS Terpadu sekolah terakreditasi A dan B di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode komparatif dengan pendekatan expost facto. Populasi adalah seluruh soal dan lembar jawaban ulangan tengah semester ganjil mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu SMP Negeri yang terakreditasi A dan B di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Cluster Area Sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 102 soal dari 3 sekolah yang terakreditasi A dan 110 soal 3 sekolah yang terakreditasi B. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kualitas butir soal di SMP Negeri terakreditasi A lebih unggul dalam tingkat kesukaran, efektivitas pengecoh dan validitas. Sedangkan, SMP Negeri yang terakreditasi B lebih unggul dalam segi daya pembeda dan reliabilitas.Kata kunci: Kualitas butir soal, Akreditasi Sekolah

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of educators in schools of excellence through the use of interview techniques. Where schools of excellence center have a vital role in providing high quality education and become models for other schools. Therefore, this study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of various aspects of educator management that play a role in improving the quality of education in these schools. The interview session was carried out by contacting the selected respondents, then asking several questions contained in the interview instrument. During the interview, respondents responses and views were recorded with their consent to ensure the integrity of the data obtained. The data obtained through interviews will be analyzed qualitatively to identify challenges, best practices, and opportunities for improvement in teacher management in these schools. The results of this study are expected to provide an in-depth understanding of educator management in schools with centers of excellence. The findings in this study will provide valuable insights for decision making and strategy development in an effort to improve effective educator management in schools of centers of excellence as well as improve the overall quality of education.
