Abstract

The progress of the times which allows developments in science and technology to provide very significant new patterns in the implementation of human life. Where humans can access various desired information in a very short time, communicate with other individuals without being limited by distance and time. Humans have now entered an era of generational change, from the millennial generation to the z generation. Where Generation Z is a generation whose development is in line with the growth of technology, which has caused this generation to become accustomed to openness of information and adapt to the values ​​brought by this openness. This causes this generation to experience moral decadence, because of the shift in values ​​that occurs within humans. The research method used in this research is a literature review, where researchers use various existing data and utilize various references in the form of information from articles, journals, books and various other literature whose validity and validity can be confirmed. The results of this research state that education is one solution for dealing with moral decadence among teenagers. The family also plays a very important role in overcoming problems that occur. Through ideal and sufficient education, problems, especially moral decadence, can be overcome or even disappear.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of educators in schools of excellence through the use of interview techniques. Where schools of excellence center have a vital role in providing high quality education and become models for other schools. Therefore, this study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of various aspects of educator management that play a role in improving the quality of education in these schools. The interview session was carried out by contacting the selected respondents, then asking several questions contained in the interview instrument. During the interview, respondents responses and views were recorded with their consent to ensure the integrity of the data obtained. The data obtained through interviews will be analyzed qualitatively to identify challenges, best practices, and opportunities for improvement in teacher management in these schools. The results of this study are expected to provide an in-depth understanding of educator management in schools with centers of excellence. The findings in this study will provide valuable insights for decision making and strategy development in an effort to improve effective educator management in schools of centers of excellence as well as improve the overall quality of education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of literacy activities in increasing students' interest in reading and literacy skills at SMP Negeri 6 Serang City, as well as formulating solutions to factors inhibiting literacy activities as a form of effort to develop activities to be more effective. The literacy activities in question include various reading, writing activities, as well as presenting the results of reading or work both outside teaching and learning activities (KBM) hours (every Thursday) and during teaching and learning activities (KBM). This research uses qualitative research methods with interview data collection techniques and literature studies. This research came up with results that show that literacy activities contribute a positive influence to reading interest and literacy skills, and can explore the interests and talents of students at SMPN 6 Serang City. This research also succeeded in revealing at least 4 factors that support the success of literacy activities in schools and 5 inhibiting factors along with solutions as an effort to overcome obstacles or challenges faced in making the goals of literacy activities a success.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan sesuatu yang sedang ramai mendapat perhatian di era society 5.0 ini. Yang mana di era society 5.0 sekarang ini banyak terjadi perilaku menyimpang yang disebabkan oleh pesatnya kemajuan dari teknologi, sehingga pendidikan karakter sangat dibutuhkan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya perilaku penyimpangan. Pendidikan karakter dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai karakter kedalam setiap individu manusia. Dengan demikian, maka terdapat proses perubahan perilaku dan sikap dari yang awalnya tidak baik menjadi lebih baik. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui serta melihat bagaimana idealnya peran pendidik dalam menciptakan dan mengelola ruang kelas yang berkarakter, sehingga ruang kelas tersebut dapat menjadi lingkungan yang ideal bagi peserta didik untuk mengembangkan diri, serta potensi yang dimiliki. Selain itu juga membahas mengenai bagaimana kondisi pengelolaan kelas yang banyak terjadi pada saat ini, tantangan penerapan ruang kelas berkarakter, dan peran masyarakat serta lingkungan keluarga dalam mewujudkan ruang kelas berkarakter. Maka dalam analisis ini, disertakan berbagai alasan yang melatarbelakangi mengapa pendidik dijadikan poros dan membentuk ruang kelas berkarakter, serta bagaimana peran peserta didik dalam prosesnya.
