Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of the Community of Jendela Lampung in increasing interest of children's learning in Landfill Hyacinths Teluk Betung Year 2016. The research used descriptive quantitative with the population of 75 people. Data analysis used Chi Square. The results showed : (1) the role of the Community of Jendela Lampung (X) dominant in the category of acts with the percentage 53%, (2) interest in learning (Y) dominant in the category quite interested in the percentage 61%, (3) there was a corelation, significant, and sufficient closeness between the role category Community of Jendela Lampung to increase childrens interest in learning, which means that role of the Community of Jendela Lampung allows the increasing of children's learning interest.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peranan Komunitas Jendela Lampung dalam meningkatkan minat belajar anak di Tempat Pembuangan Akhir Bakung Teluk Betung Tahun 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 75 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) peranan Komunitas Jendela Lampung (X) dominan pada kategori berperan dengan persentase 53%, (2) minat belajar (Y) dominan pada kategori cukup berminat dengan persentase 61%, (3) hubungan yang positif, signifikan, dan kategori cukup antara peranan Komunitas Jendela Lampung untuk meningkatkan minat belajar, artinya semakin berperannya Komunitas Jendela Lampung semakin meningkatkan minat belajar anak.Kata kunci : komunitas, jendela lampung, minat belajar

Abstract

Competition in the business world is a determining factor for the success or failure of a company. Companies that are unable to follow market dynamics will be eliminated, while companies that are innovative and able to satisfy customers will win the competition and continue to grow. Customer satisfaction is the main key in creating long-term relationships between companies and consumers. Therefore, quality service is an important factor that must be maintained and improved by every business actor. This study aims to determine the quality of employee service, especially from an Islamic economic perspective, at Toko Dua Putri. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study include shop owners, employees, and consumers who are directly involved in service activities. The data obtained are then analyzed descriptively to understand the application of Islamic principles in service. The results of the study indicate that the services provided by Toko Dua Putri employees have reflected Islamic values ​​such as mutual assistance (ta'awun), providing convenience (at-taysir), equality (musawah), and kinship (ukhuwah).
