Abstract

This study adds to the influence of marketing mix and sharia compliance on customer loyalty of Avansa cars at PT. Haji Kalla Alauddin Branch who purchases through Islamic financing. 100 samples were selected using purposive technique. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. the results of the study concluded that the marketing mix: product, price, promotion, and location and sharia compliance partially influenced the customer loyalty of Avansa cars at PT. Haji Kalla Alauddin Branch who purchases through Islamic financing. The marketing mix and Sharia Compliance partially influence the customer loyalty of Avansa cars at PT. Haji Kalla Alauddin Branch who purchases cars through Islamic financing.

Abstract

Lotang Salo Village is a coastal area that has abundant fish potential. The problem is that the fish caught by the fishers are only sold directly to the market so that if they are not sold out, they will be consumed by themselves. But there are times when bad weather does not allow fishers to go to sea, causing no income for the fishers' families. This community service program is intended to empower women fishers in developing the potential of these fish into superior village products, which will later improve the community's economy. Through this program, training activities are carried out on processing fish into shreds and nuggets, packaging assistance, and product marketing offline and online. The service method used is to actively involve the Saro Mase fisherman group through group learning techniques accompanied by direct mentoring and practice at all stages of the process. This community service activity produces an output in the form of ready-to-eat fish products. The continuation of this activity is expected so that shredded and nuggets products can become typical products of Lotang Salo Village following the government's and the community's expectations. Commitment from all levels of society is needed in innovating fish processing and strengthening the Saro Mase fisherman group. The commitment to create sustainable production houses in business development into Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as a form of concern for the community, independence, equitable economic growth, and increasing people's income in improving the standard of living many people. The results of this community service activity are that fishers can make processed fish products, make attractive packaging, and market products offline and online. --- Desa Lotang Salo merupakan daerah pesisir yang memiliki potensi ikan yang melimpah. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah hasil tangkapan ikan para nelayan hanya dijual langsung ke pasar sehingga jika tidak terjual habis maka akan dikonsumsi sendiri. Tapi ada kalanya saat cuaca buruk tidak memungkinkan nelayan untuk melaut menyebabkan tidak ada pemasukan bagi keluarga nelayan.Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dimaksudkan untuk memberdayakan perempuan nelayan dalam mengembangkan potensi ikan tersebut menjadi produk unggulan desa yang nantinya akan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Melalui program ini dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan pengolahan ikan menjadi abon dan nugget, pendampingan pengemasan hingga pemasaran produk baik offline maupun online. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah melibatkan secara aktif kelompok perempuan nelayan Saro Mase melalui teknik belajar kelompok yang disertai dengan pendampingan langsung dan praktik di semua tahapan proses. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menghasilkan luaran berupa produk ikan siap saji. Keberlanjutan dari kegiatan ini diharapkan agar produk Abon dan Nugget bisa menjadi produk khas dari Desa Lotang Salo sesuai dengan harapan pemerintah dan masyarakat. Komitmen dari seluruh lapisan masyarakat sangat diperlukan dalam melakukan inovasi pengolahan ikan dan penguatan terhadap kelompok perempuan nelayan Saro Mase untuk menciptakan rumah produksi yang berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan usaha tmenjadi Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadapa masyarakat, kemandirian, pemerataan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup rakyat banyak. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah nelayan mampu membuat produk olahan ikan, mampu membuat kemasan yang menarik dan mampu memasarkan produk secara offline dan online.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality and online customer rating on food and beverage product purchasing decisions using the Grabfood application. This research data is sourced and collected from questionnaires distributed to respondents (consumers Grabfood application). The number of respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents in Makassar. This type of research is a quantitative research. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software to process the data. The results showed that Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, Online Customer Rating had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, Service Quality and Online Customer Rating simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Islamic banks on economic growth in ASEAN. This type of research is quantitative, with data analysis using multiple linear regression and classical assumption tests. The research sample is Islamic banking registered with World Bank ASEAN. The findings of this study consist of 1) competitiveness, capitalization, financing risk, size, and interest rates do not affect market share. 2) GDP and exchange rate effect on market share. The results of this study are expected to create an integrated and robust Islamic financial area, so there needs to be cooperation among relevant parties among ASEAN countries to reduce the gap. Sharia economic actors and practitioners must remain enthusiastic and optimistic in Sharia society and socialize Sharia. The benchmark of competitive advantage is internal strength that is better than its competitors, and the company can fix internal weaknesses. In addition, external factors also need attention, and companies must be observant to see existing opportunities and minimize threats.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap tingkat kepuasan nasabah mobile banking saat terjadi pandemi Covid-19 di BNI Cabang Makassar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif. Kemudian, penelitian menggunakan sampel yang ditargetkan berjumlah 100 orang, dengan tujuan untuk memahami dampak kualitas layanan terhadap kepercayaan nasabah mobile banking selama pandemi Covid-19. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan instrumen skala pengukuran likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis regresi sederhana. Dari hasil analisis yang ditemukan bahwa variable kepercayaan dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 Hal ini berarti Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah, Kepercayaan nasabah paling banyak dipengaruhi oleh dari segi fasilitas mobile banking karena memudahkan akses jalan untuk bertransaksi. Untuk itu layanan mobile banking menjadi daya tarik yang lebih besar kepada nasabah melakukan transaksi di era pandemik covid-19. Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan, Kepuasan Nasabah, Mobile Banking. Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of trust on the level of satisfaction of mobile banking customers during the Covid-19 pandemic at BNI Makassar Branch. This research method uses quantitative research and descriptive methods. Then, the study used a targeted sample of 100 people, with the aim of understanding the impact of service quality on the trust of mobile banking customers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data collection method used is a questionnaire with a likert measurement scale instrument. The data analysis techniques used in this study include simple regression analysis. From the results of the analysis found that variable trust with a significance level of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 This means that Trust has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Customer trust is most influenced by in terms of mobile banking facilities because it facilitates road access to transact. Therefore, mobile banking services become a bigger attraction for customers to make transactions in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: Trust, Customer Satisfaction, Mobile Banking.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan PT Jasa Raharja yang diukur melalui alat analisis Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) dan bagaimana implementasi prinsip manajemen keuangan syariah dalam mengukur kinerja keuangan PT Jasa Raharja Perwakilan Parepare. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu mixed method (metode campuran) dengan pendekatan desriptif kuantitatif. Data kuantitatif berupa sampel laporan keuangan PT Jasa Raharja periode tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2020 dengan teknik dokumentasi berupa data sekunder dan analisis data rasio keuangan. dan untuk data kualitatifnya berupa hasil dari wawancara yang dilakukan khususnya di kantor PT Jasa Raharja Perwakilan Parepare. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa laporan keuangan pada PT Jasa Raharja yang dinilai melalui analisis Net Profit Margin dalam kondisi sangat sehat. Pada tahun 2018 nilai yang dicapai oleh NPM sebesar 23,311%, tahun 2019 sebesar 22,28%, dan tahun 2020 sebesar 24,02%. Sedangkan kinerja keuangan yang diukur melalui analisis Return On Asset dalam kondisi kurang sehat. Nilai yang dicapai pada tahun 2018 sebesar 13,31%, tahun 2019 sebesar 11,25%, dan tahun 2020 sebesar 10,71%. Kemudian kinerja keuangan yang diukur melalui Return On Equity dalam kondisi kurang sehat. Nilai yang dicapai pada tahun 2018 sebesar 15,23%, tahun 2019 sebesar 13,65%, dan tahun 2020 sebesar 13,05%. Sedangkan Implementasi prinsip manajemen keuangan syariah dalam menilai laporan keuangan pada PT Jasa Raharja Perwakilan Parepare, peneliti menemukan adanya kesesuaian yaitu indikator uang sebagai modal potensial dan berbagi risiko.

Abstract

The Subdistrict Fund is an additional DAU (General Allocation Fund) budgeted by the Government in the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget for Fiscal Year 2019. However, the large subdistrict fund process is actually not in line with its good management. In fact, there are still many cases of misappropriation of sub-district funds in several areas. Local wisdom can be used as a basis for overcoming this problem, one of which is the local wisdom of the Bugis tribe's life values, namely malempu' na mapaccing. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources used are primary data, the data of which was obtained directly from interviews with parties who are competent in managing the Tellumpanua Village Fund, Suppa District and secondary data obtained from books, documents and journals/previous research theses which are related to this research. The data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, andverification/drawing conclusions. The research results show that first,The Tellumpanua Subdistrict Government uses an accounting system to manage subdistrict funds. There are two accounting systems used, namely manual and through input into a special application, namely SIKD (Regional Financial Information System). Then the report is made at the end of the year by explaining the LPJ and then forwarded to the sub-district, then to the district, then to the province and finally to the center. Second, the local wisdom of malempu' na mapaccing is the basis for managing sub-district funds where the sub-district government strives to have honesty and cleanliness in reporting sub-district finances.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of these factors on student interest. This research method is quantitative research with the type of field research. This research approach is associative which aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables. Determination of samples using the Cluster Sampling method. totaling 63 respondents from a total population of 587. The data source was obtained from filling out a questionnaire by the sample in the study. The data analysis technique used is the T test, multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination test using the SPSS 26 program. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing research, it partially shows that family and promotion factors do not significantly influence student interest. Job opportunity factors and personal potential have a positive and significant effect on student interest.
