Abstract

Ambulan Online is a mobile-based application for tracking the location of the ambulance which is expected to increase response time by getting the nearest ambulance position. In the process of using it, there is data transmission from the application to the server. The data is sent in plain text which is a weakness for patient data security. Even though there are regulations regarding the confidentiality of medical records which are regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 269 of 2008 concerning Medical Records. Based on this, the author will implement the Grain Algorithm and SHA-3 as encryption on patient data, location data and patient information. After that, conduct testing using a test vector to ensure the Grain Algorithm and SHA-3 used matching with the creator's property. To test the travel time of data on the entire system, researcher using data processing test by input 30 times data in that experiment. In this test, the average data processing time from the time the application user delivers the patient to the patient data entry is 5.6 seconds. Third is integrity test are carried out by checking the results of hashing data on SHA-3. Finally, researcher testing the key generation scheme to ensure key generation can function properly. The conclusion is that there is a difference in travel time after the Grain and SHA-3 Algorithm is implemented, but the patient data integrity aspect is met with the results of the integrity testing that has been carried out.

Abstract

VANET is a wireless network which using vehicle as a moving node for exchange information and provide comfort and security for vehicle user. Characteristics of VANET are high mobility and different number of vehicle. Number of vehicle in urban area is affected by activity on the area at certain hour such as rush hour in the morning and evening, this caused number of vehicle varies. Previous research stated that DSR is a reactive routing protocol that able to work in VANET and produces good performances based on overhead, packet delivery ratio, and normalized routing load parameter. This study presents an analysis of the effect of node density in VANET network using DSR in urban model area as the simulation. Testing is based on changes in the number of nodes using 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 300 nodes with testing parameters end to end delay packet and delivery ratio, also using coefficient determination, F test, and T test for validity testing. The result showed that node density impacted VANET performance when using linier regression for validity testing. The performance of VANET by using DSR produces the best end to end delay in 30 nodes with 3057.79ms, and the worst in 300 nodes with 25432.9ms, while in packet delivery ratio parameter produces the packet successfully sent in 300 nodes with 92.79%, and the least in 30 nodes with 76.88%.

Abstract

In healthcare, a check-up that is done frequently is a heart rate checkup commonly known as Electrocardiogram (ECG). Using technology, this checkup can be done remotely and easily, by using a technology concept called Internet of Things. Before analyzing ECG data, the data must go through a step called pre-processing. This step is used to reduce noise in the ECG data so it is more recognized. If this pre-processing is done in the cloud, the amount of data from many patients will burden the cloud. To solve this issue, pre-processing will be done in the Edge of the network. This way, the cloud can focus its computation powers to save and analyze ECG data. A plausible pre-processing is data filtration, with a digital filter called Infinite Impulse Response (IIR). The Edge used in this system is an Android, Android has more computational power than a sensor device in IoT. The Android role is to be a gateway, Android will receive data from a sensor device with BLE protocol, process the data, then sends the data to the Cloud. The proposed system has a data transmission delay from the gateway to the Cloud, the delay averages about 784,6 miliseconds.

Abstract

The process of education and learning in public schools has limitations on communication problems for the deaf. The communication process in public schools is based on verbal language, whereas the deaf rely on sign language to communicate. Based on this problem, an auxiliary communication tool is needed to carry out learning with deaf students. The systems used in the e-learning process can support the learning process of deaf students. The main feature in this learning process is converting voice into sign language in real-time. Two-way communication requires video, audio, and chat. The system is set up using Web Realtime Communication (WebRTC) as a real-time data transfer protocol using a browser.

Abstract

Live Chat utilizes technology to send messages in real time. As service users increase and the existing system is not yet ready, it can disrupt communication between content creators and community members. The Long Polling method and the Relational Database System that are used use too many resources from the server, it is necessary to update the system using the Websocket protocol. The planning and implementation system created is the design of the system structure and implementation of the Live Chat system development using the Websocket protocol and the programming languages ​​HTML, PHP, CSS and Javascript. The results of testing the system using the load testing method. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out with a sample of 100 to 500 users and 3 repetitions, it can be concluded that the Websocket protocol is superior when compared to long polling because it produces smaller delays and has an average efficiency of 52.181%. The Websocket protocol using a non-relational database can be a solution to overcome the problem of high delay on the system

Abstract

A wireless mesh network is a network,consisting of,a collection of wireless nodes that are connected to each other and then form a distributed network. Advantages of,wireless mesh network itself, namely in terms of flexibility, scalability and robustness, it is better than other conventional wireless networks. Characteristics Wireless mesh network It is also different from other ad hoc networks, which can be seen from the multi-hoop system, which can make connectivity capabilities in the network faster. In a plural environment, the connection is usually very constrained due to various factors such as trees, fog, and geographical conditions. In the research that has been done, the results show that the OLSR routing protocol has the best results for use on wireless mesh networks compared to other routing protocols on throughput and delay parameters. This research discusses the effect of constant and variable package delivery on a wireless mesh network using the OLSR routing protocol. The test scenario is carried out by changing the number of active nodes, namely 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, and 5, with QoS testing parameters including throughput, end-to-end delay, and packet loss. The best results of the throughput test were obtained from constant packet delivery in the scenario of 15 nodes with 206.43 kbps, which means it has a bad category, so there must be a limit on bandwidth to maintain the performance of the wireless mesh network. The best end-to-end delay test results were obtained for constant packet delivery in the five node scenario with 11867 ms, which means it has a bad category and will affect the performance of a wireless mesh network. The best test results for packet loss obtained from variable packet delivery in the scenario of 10 nodes were 63.466%, which means it has a bad category and affects the performance of the wireless mesh network because too much data is wasted.

Abstract

Kecamatan Kasembon, Kabupaten Malang, memiliki populasi peternak sapi yang menghasilkan limbah signifikan, menimbulkan masalah lingkungan seperti polusi udara, air, dan penyebaran bakteri berbahaya. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, tim Doktor Mengabdi Universitas Brawijaya menerapkan teknologi biogas guna mengolah kotoran sapi menjadi energi alternatif yang mengurangi ketergantungan masyarakat terhadap LPG serta menyediakan pupuk organik. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi survei potensi wilayah, analisis kebutuhan, dan pembangunan reaktor biogas sesuai kondisi setempat. Program ini dilengkapi penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan dampak negatif limbah dan manfaat biogas sebagai energi alternatif. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa reaktor biogas berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan energi dua rumah tangga dan mengurangi masalah limbah. Kesimpulannya, program ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas lingkungan, penghematan energi, dan kemandirian energi masyarakat. Partisipasi tokoh masyarakat dan dukungan pihak setempat menunjukkan potensi perluasan penerapan teknologi biogas untuk keberlanjutan lingkungan di Kecamatan Kasembon.
