Abstract

Tantangan yang dihadapi lembaga pendidikan tinggi Islam sekarang semakin global, terbuka dan kompetitif. Lembaga pendidikan tinggi Islam dituntut memiliki kualitas yang siap bersaing di dunia global. Masyarakat modern saat ini, lebih obyektif dan rasional tidak akan mempan lagi ditawari simbol atau sebatas label tanpa makna yang sesuai dengan tuntutan hidup mereka. Akibatnya, jika perguruan tinggi Islam negeri tidak memberikan sesuatu yang dibutuhkan secara nyata oleh masyarakat bisa jadi akan banyak yang meninggalkannya. Sehingga atas dasar pemikiran itu, banyak orang yang mendiskusikan di berbagai forum, bagaimana menjadikan perguruan tinggi Islam negeri semakin maju dan memiliki daya tarik serta siap berkompetesi dalam menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA). Perhatian pemerintah sangat diperlukan dalam pengembangan PTIN menghadapi MEA. Kementerian Agama RI mencanangkan untuk menjadikan Indonesia sebagai “kiblat pendidikan Islam dunia”. Islam Indonesia akan menjadi trade-mark bagi bangsa Indonesia dan menjadi daya tarik bagi bangsa-bangsa lain untuk belajar Islam. Kementerian Agama juga memberikan program beasiswa 5000 Doktor yang akan menjadi garda terdepan pengembangan kajian dan pembelajaran Islam di PTIN. Ini merupakan kebijakan pemerintah dalam menyiapkan PTIN siap berkompetisi menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA). Berdasarkan potensi-potensi yang disebutkan diatas, ada beberapa langkah strategis dapat dipertimbangkan dalam pengembangan PTIN menghadapi MEA, yaitu perubahan mindset PTIN dari paradiqma menonton menjadi aktor, mampu melahirkan lulusan memiliki jiwa entrepreneurship, diplomasi jalur akademik bertaraf internasional, pengiriman dosen PTIN ke luar negeri, kebijakan berbasis internasional, peningkatan kompetensi bahasa asing, pengelolaan administratif berstandar internasional, standarisasi sarana akademik dan memperbanyak kegiatan penelitian serta penambahan dana riset.

Abstract

Salah satu aspek yang digarap dalam manajemen berbasis sekolah adalah manajemen pembiayaan. Pengelolaan manajemen pembiayaan sekolah yang efektif dan efesien diharapkan dapat mencegah kekeliruan, kebocoran, penyimpangan dalam penggunaan dana dari perencanaan dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan semula, sehingga dibutuhkan manajemen pembiayaan yang baik. Manajemen pembiayaan berbasis sekolah diberikan kewenangan kepada sekolah untuk menentukan kebutuhannya, sehingga pengalokasian serta penggunaan anggaran untuk pembiayaan kegiatan pendidikan dilimpahkan ke sekolah. Sekolah juga diberikan kebebasan untuk melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang mendatangkan penghasilan (income generating activities), sehingga sumber keuangan tidak semata-mata tergantung pada pemerintah. Dalam implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah, manajemen pembiayaan harus dilaksanakan dengan baik, teliti dan sesuai peraturan yang berlaku. Konsep manajemen pembiayaan berbasis sekolah meliputi jenis-jenis pembiayaan sekolah, sumber-sumber pembiayaan sekolah, standar pengelolaan pembiayaan sekolah dan penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Sekolah (RAPBS). RAPBS disusun sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku agar semua dana yang diperoleh sekolah benar-benar dimanfaatkan secara tertib, efektif, efisien, transparan dan akuntabel

Abstract

Contextual learning is a teaching strategy that emphasizes the involvement of students in full process to be able to find the material studied and relate them to real life situations that encourage students to be able to apply it in their lives. The cornerstone of the philosophy of contextual learning is constructivism, which is a learning process that conditioned the student to make the process of actively building new concepts and new knowledge based on the data. Therefore, the learning process should be designed and managed in such a way so as to encourage students to organize his own experiences into meaningful knowledge. In accordance with the underlying philosophy that knowledge is formed because of the active role of the subject, it is considered from the psychological angle, contextual learning is grounded in cognitive psychological flow. According to this flow of learning occurs because of an individual's understanding of the environment. Learning is not a mechanical event such as the relationship of stimulus and response. Learning involves a mental process that does not look like emotions, interests, motivation and ability. That which appears is essentially a manifestation of lack of encouragement that develops in a person. As a mental events, human behavior is not merely a physical movement, but more important is the driving factor is behind the physical movement. Humans have a need that is inherent in him. The need is what drives people to behave.

Abstract

Expository learning strategy is a learning strategy emphasizes the process of verbal material delivery from a teacher to a group of students with the intention that students can master the subject matter optimally. In expository learning, the teacher presents the material in a well-prepared, systematic and complete form so that the students just listen and digest it regularly and orderly. In the use of an expository learning strategy there are several principles, namely: goal-oriented principles, communication principles, preparedness principles and sustainable principles. Based on these principles, teachers can apply the procedures to be implemented in expository learning, formulate goals to be achieved, master the subject matter well, recognize the terrain and various things that can affect the process of teaching delivery. Teachers can apply some steps in the implementation of expository strategies, namely: preparing students to receive lessons, preparing subject material that is easily captured and understood by students. Next connect the subject matter with the student experience, understand the essence of the lesson material that has been presented and the last step is to show students ability after they listen to the explanation from the teacher.

Abstract

The cultivation of religious values according to Islam is to implement religious teachings or Islam as a whole. Every Muslim in thinking, acting or acting is commanded to accept Islam. In conducting any economic, social, political or activity activities a Muslim is enjoined to do so in order to worship and obey Allah Almighty. Thus the formation of religiosity becomes very important for life, especially for children in the family as a young generation or the next generation of the nation.

Abstract

The goal of conflict management is to achieve optimal performance quality by maintaining functional conflicts and minimizing the consequences of adverse conflicts. Conflict management is useful in achieving the goals being fought for and maintaining good relations between the parties involved in the conflict. The essence of the conflict is one of them because of global competition. The core of global competition is competition for human resources or the shift from comparative advantage to competitive advantage. This type of research is a qualitative research, using the methods of observation, interviews and documentation in collecting data in the field. This research will reveal and explain the various meanings of concepts or phenomena of experience based on the awareness that occurs in some participants naturally so that efforts to understand the various phenomena that occur can run optimally. This research is descriptive, aims to obtain in-depth information. Based on the exposure in the discussion and analysis carried out, it can be concluded that it cannot be generalized implicitly that conflict is something that is detrimental or beneficial. In order for conflict to improve the performance and productivity of an organization, the leadership of the organization is required to have the ability to manage conflict. There are several conflict control techniques in all situations, each of which has advantages and disadvantages. Conflicts need to be resolved in an appropriate and appropriate way against the background of the conflict. The causes of conflict are not solely internal to the organization but also external to the organization.
