Abstract

This research aims to develop LKPD based on a contextual approach (CTL) that is suitable for use in the learning process in fourth grade elementary school. This research is development research (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development procedure which consists of 5 stages. However, in this study the ADDIE procedure was used only up to stage 3, namely the development stage. The instrument used to collect data was a validation questionnaire. The validation questionnaire was given to several expert validators, namely teaching material expert validators, material expert validators and learning expert validators. The total score obtained from the final validation of the LKPD expert was 84.4, from the material expert validation, namely 100 and from the learning expert it was 97.4. The average score from the experts' assessments is 93.93. From these scores it can be said that the CTL-based LKPD developed is "Very Appropriate" for use in the learning process in class III elementary school

Abstract

This research aims to describe the process of developing turbaya media (cultural miniatures) and to describe whether or not turbaya media (cultural miniatures) are suitable for thematic learning on the theme of the beauty of diversity in my country for class IV MIS Muhajirin students. This research is a type of research and development using the ADDIE model. The subjects in the research were media expert validators and material expert validators. The object of this research is turbaya media (cultural miniatures) in thematic learning on the theme of the beauty of diversity in my country in fourth grade elementary school. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in this research are qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive. Based on data analysis obtained through validity testing of material experts and media experts, validation results by material experts (lecturers) obtained 83%, and material experts (teachers) obtained 85% in the very good/valid category, validation results by media experts obtained 95% with a very good/valid category. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that the turbaya media (cultural miniatures) in thematic learning on the theme of the beauty of diversity in my country developed by researchers is stated to be very good for use as media in the learning process

Abstract

This development research aims to develop learning media P3 (Smart Round Board) with Surprise Box on the material "Plants that are the Source of Life on Earth" which is suitable for use in the learning process in class IV. This research was conducted in class IV of SD Negeri 105345 Sidodadi Ramunia. This development research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. However, this research only reached the development stage. The P3 media (Smart Round Board) with Surprise Box that has been developed has been validated by several experts, namely material experts, media experts and learning experts (teacher response). Based on the validation results from the material expert validator, the score was 92. From the media expert validation results, the score was 88 and from the learning expert validation results, the score was 83. So from the assessment it can be said that the P3 learning media (Smart Round Board) with Surprise Box is The material "Plants that are the Source of Life on Earth" developed is valid and very suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

Efforts to develop the education sector in Langkat Regency continue to be carried out both by providing/improving physical educational facilities as well as civil servant teachers and honorary teachers which aim to increase school participation at every level of education and quality/quality. The learning media that will be applied at the elementary school level must be a medium that is easy to use and accepted by students. Image media can serve as a learning tool designed by teachers themselves to increase effectiveness and efficiency in education. Picture media in math education can help students understand concepts, improve clarity in learning, and engage students in the classroom. Students tend to be passive during the learning process if the infrastructure used in teaching and learning activities is less supportive. Efforts to overcome this, the appropriate and varied use of learning media can help overcome students' passive attitudes in participating in teaching and learning activities.  The use of image media in the teaching and learning process is said to channel messages, relate to real life with the material taught can be helped by image media as an intermediary. This research will be carried out at SDN 050660 Pematang Buluh, Secanggang District, Langkat Regency. The time for this research is carried out from August to December 2024 for the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The method used by the researcher is a qualitative method. As for the description of the results of this study, the researcher uses a descriptive method, which is a method that aims to describe the nature of something that is going on at the time the research is conducted. Research Cycle Design. This can be seen from the results of the preliminary test which stated that only 3 students or 9% were declared complete, while 29 students or 91% were declared incomplete. Based on the results of the post-test in cycle I and cycle II, namely: from 32 students, based on the results  of the post-test in cycle I, it can be seen that 18 students or 56.25% were declared to have completed their studies, while 14 students or 43.75% were declared to be incomplete in learning and cycle II it is known that 31 students or 99% were declared complete in learning,  Meanwhile, 1 student or 3% was declared to be still incomplete in learning.
