Abstract

The development of children at the elementary age must be guided and nurtured, this development must be maintained together by the family / parents, teachers / schools and the community. If this does not go well, there will be a lot of distortion phenomena by elementary school age children, such as smoking, bullying, stealing, fighting and the most concern is that there is free sex and drugs. Based on this, it is necessary to know that the moral development of children of conscious age really needs to be known and understood. This study aims to analyze the religious and moral development of elementary age children. Followed by examining information to describe the stages of moral and religious development of children, examining how the characteristics shown by children correspond to their developmental stages. This research is a literature study, in the form of research whose objects are literature works, namely scientific journals, books, articles. The results showed that the stages of children's moral and religious development have certain characteristics and are highly dependent on environmental factors, environmental factors are expected to support, remind, supervise, guide and set good examples based on religious morals, namely the Al-Qur'an and Hadith.

Abstract

Social studies subject is a learning process for humans that aims to make students have positive behavior and interesting skills. Character education is a component of social science studies. From this research, the aim is to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of character education at SD Krajan 1 Magetan on social studies subjects. Thus this study contributes to education regarding how character education in elementary schools experienced by students in social studies learning. The results of this study are the implementation of character education has gone according to plan, because it is supported by teacher factors, character-based school management and community support. There are several obstacles such as the problem of attitude assessment and environmental factors, so the solution to overcome the problem is to create an assessment format and use of monitoring cameras in each hallway and class. The research method needed is to use qualitative research, so that the data collection technique is through interviews and observation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the integration of character education in social studies learning, in the process carried out in integrating character education, which can increase understanding of the values of noble character education which includes several values including religious values, Pancasila values, cultural values, and national education goals. The research method used in this study is qualitative research method with the type of library research. Meanwhile, the data collection process in this study was carried out by reviewing library sources or documents considered relevant in this study and exploring several journals and books (both electronic and printed). Then the findings in this study are that education is basically a conscious effort to develop the potential of students optimally. character education, namely; shaping the child's personality, so that he becomes a good human being, a good citizen, so that he is able to anticipate the symptoms of a moral crisis and play a role in the development of the younger generation. Then social studies education is a subject that examines social life whose material is based on studies of history, geography, economics, sociology, anthropology, and state administration. Through social studies learning, character education values can be included by integrating the material in the social studies learning. Then social studies education is a subject that examines social life whose material is based on studies of history, geography, economics, sociology, anthropology, and state administration. Through social studies learning, character education values can be included by integrating the material in the social studies learning.
