Abstract

Woven fabric cual Bangka currently used as one of the identity of community pride in Bangka Belitung Islands. The specificity of this fart cual fabric interesting to study because of the motives that have similarities with songket palembang. Woven fabric cual Bangka and Palembang songket cloth looks similar because the same cloth-making techniques - both using techniques sungkit. The purpose of this research is how to recognize a particular motif woven fabric cual fart. This research using Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) to classify some specific motifs that exist in woven fabric cual fart. Experts in the field of woven fabric cual is to inform you that the woven fabric cual farts have tabled motif, motifs or patterns, motifs fabric edge, motif gold thread, fabric base material, as well as the specific color. The research involved four experts that the results of the questionnaires is processed by software Expert Choice 2000. The results showed that the main peculiarity of the woven fabric cual fart is in a pattern or motif with a percentage of 31.5, and is the chosen alternative product is songket with a percentage of 25.4.

Abstract

UGD adalah unit yang memberikan tindakan medis yang dibutuhkan korban / pasien gawat darurat dalam waktu segera untuk menyelamatkan nyawa atau mencegah kecacatan. Rumah Sakit Bakti Timah Pangkalpinang sebagai salah satu rumah sakit kelas c yang ada di Ibukota Provinsi Kep.Bangka Belitung, mempunyai satu Unit Gawat Darurat yang melayani pasien dari berbagai daerah di Provinsi Bangka Belitung. Saat ini dengan semakin banyaknya pasien yang membutuhkan tindakan medis segera, maka pelayanan administrasi medis di UGD seringkali berebut waktu untuk diselesaikan. Agar fokus pelayanan medis lebih besar pada penanganan pasien gawat darurat, maka pelayanan administrasi dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan sistem berbasis web. Pegembangan sistem registrasi pasien UGD berbasis web di Rumah Sakit Bakti Timah Pangkalpinang ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meringankan tugas administrasi rekam medis pasien gawat darurat di UGD, baik itu pasien akan dirawat jalan ataupun harus di rawat inap. Pegembangan sistem registrasi pasien UGD berbasis web ini dilakukan dengan metode Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) dan digambarkan dengan beberapa diagram dalam bahasa Unified Modelling Language (UML). Sistem registrasi pasien UGD berbasis web ini membantu Petugas UGD untuk mendata pasien, menelusuri rekam medis, mempercepat verifikasi data diagnosa dari Dokter UGD, dan juga membantu pasien UGD untuk menyelesaikan administrasi rawat jalan maupun rawat inap.

Abstract

Development needs for the changes and development of information systems. Information system development methodology that varies with the advantages and disadvantages of each to make the process of selecting information system development methodology to be not easy.to generate the development of information systems most appropriate for Atma STMIK Luhur, this study provides a structured hierarchy with methods Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which displays the criteria - criteria for what should be considered in selecting information systems development methodologies. The results of respondent data processing expert with Expert Choice 2000 software indicates that the information system development methodology that works best for Noble STMIK Atma is an object-oriented methodology or OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) with the weight reached 23.9%. The first level of criteria most important to consider in selecting information systems development methodology is the criteria for the stages of system development, reaching 34.3% by weight.Keywords: Information System Development Methodology, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Expert Choice 2000, OOAD.

Abstract

Setelah masa kejayaan timah berlalu dari Pulau Bangka, maka saat ini Pulau Bangka harus berusaha membenahi peninggalan penambangan timah yang telah berlangsung lama. Masalah besarnya adalah rusaknya ekosistem baik itu di darat, sungai, maupun di pesisir pantai. Selain itu areal bekas tambang timah ternyata cukup luas dan seharusnya dapat dimanfaatkan kembali untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat Pulau Bangka. Direktorat Kehutanan mempunyai beberapa strategi untuk memanfaatkan kembali lahan bekas tambang timah tersebut. Penelitian ini menganalisa beberapa kriteria untuk meenentukan model pengambilan keputusan terbaik yang akan dilaksanakan di Pulau Bangka. Kriteria–kriteria yang dianalisa adalah lokasi tambang terdiri dari lokasi daratan, sungai, dan pesisir pantai. Kriteria lainnya adalah dampak lingkungan yang terdiri dari rusaknya ekosistem pesisir, cemarnya sumber air bersih, perubahan topografi garis pantai, limbah tailing, padang pasir, dan erosi. Kriteria terakhir yang dianalisa adalah teknologi perbaikan lahan yang terdiri dari, teknologi pertanian dengan amelioran pupuk organik dan menggunakan kompos untuk menurunkan kadar timbal dalam air kolong sebagai media budidaya ikan. Sedangkan alternatif – alternatif yang akan dipilih untuk mengembalikan fungsi hutan di Pulau Bangka adalah agroforestri, ekowisata, silvopastura, dan silvofishery. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang menyusun beberapa criteria untuk memilih beberapa alternatif dengan membandingkan tingkat kepentingannya. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa kriteria paling penting adalah teknologi perbaikan lahan dengan bobot mencapai 48,9% dan alternatif yang terpilih adalah agroforestri dengan bobot mencapai 33,1%.

Abstract

E-commerce is a breakthrough in doing business in a digital platform that offers many advantages over conventional business transactions. Indonesia as a country with the sixth largest internet users trying to use the internet as a new way of doing business. The Indonesian government also seriously supports e-commerce with the issuance of Presidential Regulation No. 74 of 2017 in August 2017 on electronic map of electronic commerce (Road Map E-Commerce) of the Year 2017-2019. With great support from the Government, e-commerce can improve business transactions in Indonesia including for small and medium businesses in Bangka Belitung. Currently UMKM business development is quite good but not many who take advantage of e-commerce as a way to improve and expand the business. This study aims to analyze the factors that encourage or hamper business actors in Bangka Belitung SME utilizing e-commerce. This research uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology to construct hierarchically those factors. This research produces several factors that become the main concern of business in utilizing e-commerce, that is technology constraint with weight 33,2%, with sub most influential criteria is information technology mastery factor with weight equal to 38,6%. While the type of business is the most widely is a typical food production business that reaches weight of 38.8%.
