Abstract

Penelitian ini (a) menganalisis apakah efektifitas tenaga kerja pendidikan di Universitas Amikom Purwokerto dipengaruhi oleh variabel perencanaan pengorganisaisan, pengarahan dan pengawasan dan (b) menganalisis variabel bebas yang paling mempengaruhi efektivitas kerja. Jenis penelitian adalah asosiatif dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified proportional random sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis jalur dan uji signifikansi menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil analisis jalur tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa korelasi antara variabel perencanaan (X1) dengan pengorganisasian (X2) sebesar 0,5959, korelasi variabel perencanaan (X1) dengan pengarahan (X3) sebesar 0,61056, korelasi variabel perencanaan (X1) dengan pengawasan (X4) sebesar 0,5888, korelasi variabel pengorganisasian (X2) dengan pengarahan (X3) sebesar 0,5683,  korelasi variabel pengorganisasian (X2) dengan pengawasan (X4) sebesar 0,5221, dan korelasi antara pengarahan (X3) dengan pengawasan (X4) sebesar 0,5242. Total pengaruh proporsional setiap variabel yaitu 0,2149 + 0,1581 + 0,1625 + 0,1585 adalah sebesar 0,6940.  Nilai tersebut sama dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,6940.  Artinya variabel perencanaan (X1), pengorganisasian (X2), pengarahan (X3) dan pengawasan (X4)  dapat menjelaskan perubahan efektivitas pelaksanaan tugas pegawai (Y) sebesar 69,40% sedangkan sebesar 31,60% dijelaskan dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti

Abstract

Masa pandemi yang disebabkan oleh Covid 19 saat ini merupakan masalah yang sangat berat yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku bisnis. Hampir semua lapisan masyarakat terkena dampaknya hingga sangat mempengaruhi kondisi ekonomi semua orang. Para pelaku bisnis tanaman hias di wilayah desa ciberem kabupaten Banyumas mengalami penurunan omset hingga 90% karena keterbatasan tempat penjualan. Solusi untuk saat ini adalah memperluas pemasaran yang mengurangi kontak langsung dan menghindari keramaian. Penjualan melalui market place merupakan terobosan yang dirasa tepat untuk mendongkrak penjualan tanaman hias. Dengan memanfaatkan market place, para pengusaha tanaman hias dapat memasarkan produk tanaman hias tidak hanya di dalam area banyumas saja, tetapi bisa memperluas mangsa pasar ke seluruh indonesia, bahkan luar negeri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pembelajaran dan keterampilan kepada paguyuban tanaman hias di desa ciberem tentang pemanfaatan media market place sebagai sarana untuk penjualan dan promosi yang efektif dan efisien untuk bertahan di era pandemi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian di desa ciberem ini adalah pengumpulan data dan pendekatan persuasif edukatif yang mana nantinya akan dilanjutkan dengan mempraktekan langsung hasil dari pelatihan. Harapannya kegiatan ini dapat membantu para pelaku bisnis tanaman hias untuk membuat toko online di beberapa marketplace sehingga penjualan tanaman hias dapat meningkat dan memperluas area pemasaran tanpa mengeluarkan budget lebih untuk biaya promosi.

Abstract

Education is basically a process of maturing students through the development of abilities and skills that exist in themselves so that they can be of quality so that the abilities and skills they have can play a role in building themselves and the surrounding community. One of the subjects that practice the abilities and skills of students is the Cultural Arts. Art and culture is a material taught in middle school. At SMP N 1 Sumpiuh, Arts and Culture teaches the traditional music of Central Java, Gamelan. So far the supporting media used by teachers to teach are still inadequate because of the limited amount of Gamelan. This is considered less effective in teaching Gamelan practice. The purpose of this study is to create an interactive media for learning the musical instrument of Gamelan in Central Java in the form of an Augmented Reality-based application to help the introduction of Gamelan in Cultural Arts material. The system development method used is the MDLC method. From the results of the beta test using a questionnaire against 15 respondents and produced a value of 89.33% with the category of strongly agree. The results of this study are augmented reality optimization as an innovative learning media for Central Java gamelan music instruments

Abstract

One of the efforts to improve the quality of education is the use of technology as a medium of learning. The learning media used by XYZ SMA teachers to teach about protozoa in class X MIPA still use graphic images in books. Problems that occur students find it difficult to understand the form, name and function of protozoa animals. To see protozoan animals in real terms, a microscop tool is needed, but there are not many microscopes owned by XYZ SMA. The purpose of this research is to make learning media with Augmented Reality technology about Protists on mobile devices. This application will only display four 3D objects, namely Paramecium, Flagellata, Sporozoa, and Amoeba. The method used by MDLC consists of six stages, namely concept, desing, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The results of this study are in the form of an Augmented Reality application as a learning medium for the discussion of protozoa. After testing using the alpha test, all buttons / menus run according to their function. Then in testing using the beta test, respondents stated that the application is very good for use as a learning medium.

Abstract

Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Perawatan Primer menyediakan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis laman daring untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien di fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama. Salah satu manfaat penggunaan sistem informasi adalah untuk mempermudah pelayanan bagi masyarakat di fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama. Untuk memastikan sebuah sistem yang berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna, perlu diadakan evaluasi. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menentukan tingkat penerimaan pengguna sistem informasi Perawatan Primer di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas di Kabupaten Banyumas, menggunakan model penerimaan teknologi (TAM). Survei dipilih sebagai metode penelitian dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Setelah data dikumpulkan kemudian diolah menggunakan software SPSS v22. Hasil analisis terhadap data memperlihatkan bahwa variabel kompleksitas dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berdampak pada persepsi manfaat dengan nilai konstanta 5,633. Kedua, persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dapat menentukan tingkat sikap penggunaan dengan nilai konstanta 3.970. Ketiga, kesukarelaan, kebermanfaatan dan sikap penggunaan berpengaruh pada niat perilaku untuk digunakan dengan nilai konstanta 8,467. Keempat, persepsi kegunaan dan niat perilaku penggunaan mempengaruhi tingkat pemberdayaan teknologi riil dengan nilai konstanta -1.682 dan kelima, kompleksitas mempengaruhi kesukarelaan dengan nilai konstanta 8.560.  Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesepuluh hipotesis dan penelitian ini dapat diterima, sehingga kompleksitas, kesukarelaan, persepsi penggunaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, sikap penggunaan, dan niat perilaku untuk menggunakan suatu sistem informasi merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi pengguna untuk tetap terus menggunakan sistem tersebut. AbstractPrimary Care Social Security Administering Agency is a website-based system provided for patient care at first-level health facilities. Information systems can facilitate services for the community in first-level health facilities. Applying an information system is beneficial to facilitate services for the community in first-level health facilities. To ensure a system running according to user needs, it is necessary to conduct an evaluation. The acceptance level of Primary Care at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of Puskesmas in Banyumas Regency is measured using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A survey is held to take the sample of 55 respondents. Then, the data were processed using SPSS v22 software. The results of the analysis of the data show that the complexity and perceived ease of use variables have an impact on the perception of benefits with a constant value of 5.633. Second, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use can determine the level of attitude of use with a constant value of 3.970. Third, volunteerism, usefulness, and attitude of use affect the behavioral intention to use with a constant value of 8.467. Fourth, perceived usefulness and intention to use behavior affect the level of real technology empowerment with a constant value of -1,682, and fifth, complexity affects volunteerism with a constant value of 8,560. The results of data analysis can be concluded that the ten hypotheses and research are acceptable, so that complexity, volunteerism, perceived use, perceived ease of use, usage attitudes, and behavioral intentions to use an information system are factors that influence users to continue using the system.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to design and application a fire tube boiler for boiling soybean slurry in the process of making tofu with a capacity of 120 kg/day Parameters were measured to compare the boiling process of wood fuel and wood pellet boilers, the efficiency of fuel use, the improvement of tofu quality based on physical and chemical observations, and the use of water for production activities.. The boiler tube is made of steel plate with a thickness of 5 mm. 2 inch diameter sch 80 fire pipe totaling 20 rods. The boiler body is 600 mm in diameter with a height of 1600 mm. The tube sheet uses a plate thickness of 8 mm and the distance between the fire pipes 100 mm. The design uses ASME Section IV of 2004. The boiler manufacturing process uses a welding system. The test results show that the boiler was able to boil 120 kg/hour soybeans because it uses an automatic and sustainable system. The boiler is safe to use because it is equipped with a manometer and pressure control valve so that the boiler works at a safe limit below 2 bar. Boiling with a boiler produces more efficient fuel. The boiling time is faster, the quality of tofu was better chemically and physically, and the use of water in the production of tofu is more efficient.

Abstract

Menantea Purwokerto uses Instagram to promote its products and engage with its followers. Although Menantea Purwokerto has been successful in utilizing digital media to increase its sales potential, it has been noted that since the opening of Menantea Purwokerto on 5 February 2022, there have been customer complaints that can have a negative impact on Menantea Purwokerto. This study aims to analyze and describe how Menantea Purwokerto's organizational communication strategy handles customer complaints via digital media, what obstacles are encountered when implementing organizational communication, and how solutions are devised to overcome the obstacles encountered. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected via observation, interviews, documentation studies, and literature reviews. The research shows two types of complaints made by customers via digital media: Gofood, Grabfood, Shopeefood, and Menantea Customer Service at 0812-8415xxxx. Menantea Purwokerto encountered internal obstacles such as the distance between the owner and employees, obstacles to individual employee behavior, and external obstacles such as difficulties in handling incoming complaints via Gofood, Grabfood, and Shopeefood when implementing organizational communication. The Menantea Purwokerto conducts an organizational communication audit to address complaints and obstacles in the implementation of organizational communication. For handling complaints and obstacles between Menantea and customers, the Menantea Purwokerto employs a top-down internal communication strategy as well as an external communication strategy.

Abstract

The study focuses on the behavior of Muslim students’ intentions to revisit halal tourist attractions that have added value. Additionally, it explores the act of revisiting Borobudur Temple as a means of fostering a sense of patriotism and national pride. This study contributes to the existing body of literature on perceived value by investigating the relationship between emotional values, social values, and satisfaction as a mediating factor. The study involves a significant number of participants, including 115 Muslim students living in the Java province. The existing circumstances are transitioning into the new normal, requiring the ongoing implementation of environmental health policies due to the presence of COVID-19. The data analysis utilizing Partial Least Squares (PLS) reveals that emotional and social values have a positive impact on Muslim students’ intention to engage in repetitive behavior. This study also found that there was an indirect influence of the satisfaction variable as a mediation. The primary elements that contribute to enhancing the motives of Muslim students to revisit Borobudur Temple are behavioral intentions and the satisfaction of Muslim visitors. Furthermore, it is essential for stakeholders in tourism-related businesses to enhance awareness and support the development of halal tourism by offering halal tourism services and recognizing its potential as a thriving sector within the tourism industry.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan merujuk pada kemampuan seseorang untuk memanfaatkan peluang dalam mengembangkan usaha, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan mereka. Di SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto, peserta didik diharapkan memiliki keterampilan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi peluang bisnis, mengubah gagasan inovatif menjadi realitas secara kreatif, dan dengan demikian mencapai kesuksesan atau meningkatkan pendapatan. Kendala utama yang dihadapi oleh SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto adalah kurang optimalnya minat siswa dalam melibatkan diri dalam kegiatan kewirausahaan. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, sebuah workshop diusulkan dengan tujuan meningkatkan minat kewirausahaan melalui penerapan modal psikologis kreatif pada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto. Metode yang digunakan adalah lokakarya, yang bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi terkait modal psikologis kreatif dalam strategi pemasaran produk, khususnya melalui media sosial dan market place sebagai sarana promosi online. Workshop ini diharapkan dapat merangsang minat siswa, memberikan wawasan baru, dan memperkuat kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan kewirausahaan di era digital saat ini
