Abstract

Desa Barengkok merupakan satu-satunya desa di kecamatan Kibin yang wilayahnya diberada di Kawasan Industri sehingga tidak heran apabila mayoritas penduduk memperoleh penghasilan dari bekerja di pabrik-pabrik disekitar desa. Para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di desa ini menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti sedikitnya variasi produk, kemasan tidak menarik, pemasaran hanya mengandalkan sistem titip ke warung-warung, serta pengelolaan keuangan yang tidak sistematis. Oleh karena itu diperlukan tindakan pendampingan berupa edukasi kepada para pelaku UMKM. Tujuan pendampingan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM melalui pemberian edukasi terkait inovasi produk, pemasaran digital, dan manajemen keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi oleh dua orang pemateri. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Aula Kantor Desa Barengkok, Kecamatan Kibin yang diikuti oleh sebanyak 15 peserta. Kegiatan pendampingan berjalan dengan efektif dan berdampak baik. Terdapat peningakatan pengetahuan yang sangat pesat berkaitan dengan penciptaan daya saing produk dan pengelolaan keuangan.

Abstract

The place for this novice community service activity was carried out in Ciherang Village, Gunungsari District, Serang Regency. The target audience is members of the Tunas Harapan Youth Organization. The problems faced by Karang Taruna Tunas Harapan are: activities cannot run well because human resources, business capital and marketing collide. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of Karang Taruna Tunas Harapan members in running a business by utilizing the potential of agricultural and plantation products in Ciherang Village, so that an entrepreneurial spirit can be created. The results of this service activity can motivate youth members to become entrepreneurs by utilizing the potential of agricultural and plantation products, by implementing business management and information technology

Abstract

This Community Service is carried out with the aim of knowing the achievement of knowledge and competence of SMK Muhammadiyah Pontang students in the field of Office Governance Automation and as a basis for preparing students to enter the world of work. The activity was held for 2 days followed by 29 class XII students majoring in Office Governance Automation. The method used by community service is as an external examiner for the Expertise Competency Test (UKK) where external examiners provide recommendations on the results of the Expertise Competency Test (UKK) that has been carried out by students. UKK is carried out with 4 stages, namely the preparation stage, the briefing stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The results of the student competency test showed that 28 students had Competent criteria and 1 student had Competent Enough criteria
