Abstract

To prepare a company in facing free commerce in the future and competition becomes stricter between companies, the company should straighten up its management, its strategy, and its resource including its human resource. By using the resource effectively and efficiently, it may give the company a better result. Employee as part of the resource should do their job as good as possible as expected by company. The research which takes place in PT Sari Husada Tbk, Yogyakarta, has some aims. The first aim is to examine the influence of individual characteristic toward employee’s performance. Thirdly, if has the aim to examine the influence of job situation toward employee’s performance. Finally the research would like to examine how far the individual, job, and job situation characteristic on the whole can influence the employee’s performance. The research employs the random sampling method likert scale is being employed to evaluate the score. Data collecting is obtained by using library study and field study (interview, observation and questionnaire). The obtained data is processed by the help computer with its SPSS program (Statistical Program for Social Science) 10.0 for window. The data is analyzed some tests, such as validity and reliability test with cronbach’s technique, regression assumption test with multicolinearity, heteroskedastisitas, autocorrelation and statistic test that employ product moment and linear regression test, determination coefficient ( R2), and partial determination coefficient (r2). The result of the research could be used for a consideration in next policy determining process generally in terms of human resource management and particularly in motivating farce to increase employee’s performance in Sari Husada company Yogyakarta. The result of the research shows that: Individual characteristic has direct influence significantly toward employee’s performance. Job characteristic a significantly influence toward employee’s performance. Job situation characteristic has a significant influence toward employee’s performance. Individual job and job characteristic on the whole have significant influence toward employee’s performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see price, service quality, and promotion partially (individually) or simultaneously (jointly) against the decisions of online transportation service users (Grab) in Jakarta. The research was conducted by spreading questionnaires, while the research method was using Simple Random Sampling. The independent variables in this study are price, service quality, and promotion, while the dependent variable in this study is the decision of online transportation service users (Grab) in Jakarta. The analysis method used is direct questionnaire analysis. Online transportation service users (Grab) in Jakarta are 300 online Grab service users in Jakarta. The analytical method used in this study uses the coefficient of determination analysis, multiple regression analysis of the F test and t test, using SPSS Version 25 which is based on data from online Grab transportation service users of 300 people. The t test shows that the price variable (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect (the t count of price is 2,452 > t table 1,65 and 0,015 < 0,05) on decisions of online transportation service users (Grab) in Jakarta. Service quality (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect (the t count of service quality is 9,286 > t table 1,65 and 0,000 < 0,05) on the decision of online transportation service users (Grab) in Jakarta. Promotion variable (X3) partially positive and significant effect (the t count of promotion is 5,431 > t table 1,65 and 0,000 < 0,05) on the decision of users of online transportation services (Grab) in Jakarta. The F test results obtained the F count is 72,020 with a significance value is 0,000 so that the value of F count > F table or 72,020 > 3,87 or the level of significance (sig) 0,000 < 0,05, it can be shown that the effect is simultaneously (together) between price, service quality, and Decision Users Transportation Online (Grab) in Jakarta and the R Square in this study means that variance in decision making can be taken by price, service quality, and promotion through a model of 42,2% and the remaining 57,8% comes from other variables excluding price, service quality, and promotion variables.

Abstract

Dalam menciptakan program wirausasha dan sekaligus mendukung program pemerintah untuk menciptakan kualitas bagi para wirausaha muda dan berbakat, maka kami dari Fakultas Bisnis Universitas Buddhi Dharma Prodi Manajemen, akan memberikan pelatihan kepada pemuda-pemudi yang berada dilokasi kelurahan kotabumi kecamatan pasar kemis kabupaten Tangerang, Diharapkan setelah kegiatan pelatihan wirausaha ini para peserta memahami mengenai konsep wirausaha, bagaimana cara memasarkan dengan menggunakan strategi pemasaran serta memahami berbagai cara pembiayaan yang dapat digunakan oleh pelaku usaha, dengan program pelatihan diharapkan bisa memberikan suatu wawasan kepada para pelaku usaha baru dalam mengelola usaha baru dikemudian hari. Perbaikan karakter dalam menjalankan usaha adalah suatu perbaikan yang bisa dilakukan oleh peserta, hal ini dikarenakan pelaku usaha selalu berhubungan dengan sesuatu yang baru seperti kemajuan dalam bidang teknologi. Munculnya suatu usaha yang baru yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap jalannya suatu usaha, mengatur keuangan suatu usaha, pemasaran yang menggunakan sosial media dan iklan berbayar seperti facebook merupakan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif, perbaikan berikutnya yaitu bagaimana cara mendapatkan permodalan yang bisa didapatkan pelaku usaha melalui suatu lembaga yang ditunjuk untuk biasa mengalokasikan dana bagi pelaku usaha.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of personal network variables and product quality on the competitive advantage of MSMEs through moderating variables. The data used in this research is primary data in the form of a questionnaire filled in by 167 respondents who have heterogeneity in gender, age, education and information about business. Researchers use Structural Equation Modeling as a method for extracting data. The research results show that all independent and moderating variables have a positive influence on the competitive advantage variable of MSMEs. This is indicated by a t-statistic value that is greater than the t-table with a p-value < 0.05. The validity and reliability indicators through outer loading also show values ​​above 0.6 on average. Therefore, the implications of this research are as follows: The government as a stakeholder must be able to bridge the community to be able to access business capital through networks, business incubators, academia, media, and society The community must have good literacy regarding the quality of a product and product knowledge so that it can have competitiveness in numerous free MSME’s Market, Academics and researchers are expected to accelerate the down streaming of products so that they have greater benefits for the informal sector economy.
