Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety healthy and incentives on employee performance at PT. Putra Sinar Gas. Sampling using saturatured sampling used 41 respondents, the data collection technique was through questionnaires and the research variables were occupational safety and healthy as a X1 , incentives (X2), and employee performance (Y). This study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach and the data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. From the results show that the value of correlation is 0.590 shows a moderate relationship between occupational safety and healthy and the incentive to employee performance. While the coefficient of determination of 0.348 means that the influence of occupational safety and healthy and the provisions of incentives on employee performce is 34,8%. The results of F test shows that there is a significant influence between occupational safety healthy and incentive on employee performance at PT. Putra Sinar Gas.

Abstract

Banten Province has a variety of regional specialties, including Sate Bandeng and Emping Melinjo. But now, the typical Banten food is starting to get a little bit of interest. Therefore, the PPM team created a program based on Local Food Diversification for Banten specialties. The method/approach used is participatory, starting from planning, implementation to evaluation, for example through seminars, workshops, field meetings, coaching as well as through printed information media and IT-based electronic media. The results of this PPM are in the form of a documentary on the YouTube Channel and content on social media about Emping Melinjo and Sate Bandeng, in order to participate in assisting government programs, promoting Emping Melinjo and Sate Bandeng to remain sustainable and known to foreign countries.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure on firm value, either directly or indirectly. The population in this study are all wholesale companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2009-2018. While the sample is 22 companies which are determined by using the judgment sampling method. The research design uses a causality design. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, and inferential statistics included classical assumption tests, partial hypothesis tests and mediation tests. The results of the study prove that capital structure has no significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability can mediate the effect of capital structure on firm value.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many difficulties and uncertainties to the social and trade world. MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) are considered vulnerable and are therefore required to respond, change, and adapt their business models to survive while improving their performance. The crisis has forced business entities even such as MSMEs to move strategically towards the use of digital tech nology and the ability to utilize Information Technology (IT) into business operations. Digital marketing in the modern era like this is a very easy thing to find, therefore this must be a new benchmark for us as young teenagers in order to be at the forefront and compete to show our abilities in global business competition by providing the best in all field.In the era of digitalization like today we are required to be people who are creative in the face of increasingly fierce global competition, This digital technology was born out of the confines of space and time of consumers to distributors as well as producers to distributors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assess the relationship between the ability to utilize Digital Transformation, Innovation and the performance of business entities. This study used an interview survey. The findings show that Digital Transformation Capabilities have a positive relationship with Company Performance.

Abstract

Technological progress is developing rapidly. Update the concept to Society 5.0, where people live side by side with technology. In addition to the internet that is present in life, transportation is one of the most important needs in everyday life. Public transportation is an alternative that is used by the community when the road conditions are overcrowded. Following technological advances, transportation has developed rapidly, so a new idea has emerged, known as online motorcycle taxis. The purpose of this paper is to determine the development of the online motorcycle taxi transportation industry in Indonesia. The development of the online motorcycle taxi transportation industry was investigated using the literature review method by conducting library research by reading various journals and other publications related to the research topic. The results of the discussion of this study indicate that online motorcycle taxi transportation in Indonesia is quite controversial in conventional transportation circles. However, apart from that, online motorcycle taxi transportation is in great demand by the public as an alternative transportation that is practical and efficient, and has a positive influence on the economy and social conditions in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Purpose of this Study was to determine the role of Profitability as a mediating variable in the relationship between Firm Size and Capitas Structure, as wel as determine the effect of Firm Size on Capital Structure. The type of research is quantitative research, the sampling method used is  non-probability sampling method with a total sample of 11 automotive and component sub- sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2020. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive statistics and path analysis..The results indicate Size prove that have not negative effect on Capital Structure, Size prove that have positive significant effect on Profitability, Profitability prove that have negative not significant effect to Capital Structure, and Profitability Can’t Mediate Size to Capital Structure.

Abstract

The performance of a company can be seen from the company's stock price. The stock price shows how far the company can prosper shareholders. Fluctuating stock prices are influenced by various factors. External factors include macroeconomics and market conditions themselves. Interest rates, inflation, and oil prices are examples of many macroeconomic factors that are considered to have an impact on stock prices. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between interest rates, inflation, and world oil prices on stock prices, using systematic risk as an intervening variable. The type of research used is descriptive and associative research. The research population is manufacturing companies in the metal sub- sector and the like listed on the IDX for the 2016-2021 period as many as 14 companies. The data used is secondary data. Data analysis using descriptive statistics, and path analysis and partial tests (t-tests) using version 10 of the Eviews program. The results of structural regression 1 (one) show that variable interest rates, inflation, and oil prices have a significant positive effect on systematic risk. The results of structural regression 2 (two) show that variable interest rates, oil prices, and systematic risk have a significant negative effect on stock prices while inflation variables have a negative effect insignificant. The results of the track analysis and sobel test show that systematic risk is able to mediate the influence of interest rates, inflation, and oil prices on stock prices. As a result, when interest rates, inflation, and world oil prices increase, higher market risks will reduce stock prices. Keywords: Interest Rate, Inflation, Oil Price, Systematic Risk, Stock Price

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Standar Penilaian Kinerja dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Studi Kasus pada Sekolah Akreditasi A di Kecamatan Cakung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis sampel Simple Random Sampling dan dihitung menggunakan rumus Hair, et al dimana hasilnya 100 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistik deskriptif, model pengukuran (outer model), model struktural (inner model) dan uji parsial (uji t) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap standar penilaian kinerja dengan hasil thitung 3,104 > ttabel 1,96 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap standar penilaian kinerja dengan hasil thitung 3,319 > ttabel 1,96 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05, lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan hasil thitung 6,890 > ttabel 1,96 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan hasil thitung 6,507 > ttabel 1,96 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap standar penilaian kinerja dengan hasil thitung 5,164 > ttabel 1,96 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi hubungan lingkungan kerja non fisik dengan standar penilaian kinerja dengan hasil thitung 4,218 > ttabel 1,96 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan standar penilaian kinerja dengan hasil thitung 3,628 > ttabel 1,96 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin preventif dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta mengkaji peran mediasi kepuasan kerja dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin preventif dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, disiplin preventif dan iklim organisasi juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja sendiri berperan sebagai mediasi yang signifikan dalam memperkuat hubungan antara disiplin preventif dan iklim organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mendukung penelitian sebelumnya dan menguatkan hipotesis bahwa disiplin preventif, iklim organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja secara langsung dan tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of profitability in mediating the relationship between capital structure and stock returns, as well as the role of exchange rates in moderating the relationship between profitability and stock returns. This quantitative research employs a saturated sampling technique with a total of 36 companies, using data analysis methods including t-tests, step causal mediation tests, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS 27. The results show that capital structure has a negative effect on stock returns and also negatively affects profitability, while profitability has a positive effect on stock returns. Profitability is proven to mediate the relationship between capital structure and stock returns, whereas exchange rates do not moderate the relationship between profitability and stock returns. Theoretically, this research enriches the literature on the relationship between capital structure, profitability, and exchange rates with stock returns, particularly in the consumer goods industry sector. The practical implication of this study is to provide insights for companies in the consumer goods sector to focus on cost control strategies and profit efficiency improvements in order to enhance stock returns. The limitation of this study lies in its focus only on internal factors such as capital structure and profitability; therefore, further research is needed to explore additional factors to obtain a more comprehensive understanding.
