Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This study uses quantitative and descriptive approaches, with a approach to causality. The object of this research is PT. Cemindo Gemilang Cilegon - Banten, using a sample of 100 respondents. Questionnaire answers are measured on an interval scale of 1-10. Data were analyzed using the help of SmartPLS Software version 3.0. The results of this study state that: 1) Transformational Leadership Style does not significantly influence employee performance. 2) Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. 3) Transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 4) Organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction fully mediates between transformational leadership and employee performance, while job satisfaction can mediate partially between organizational culture and employee performance.

Abstract

The sustainability of an organization depends on the performance of its employees. On the other hand, women's participation in certain roles often becomes a conflict that makes it difficult to fulfill work and family needs. However, in many jobs, female employees still have to maintain the best working conditions. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the elements that influence the performance of female employees with the effectiveness of multiple roles and suitability of workloads through decreasing work stres. This research was conducted at the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Banten using a descriptive quantitative method using a sample of 130 respondents with an interval scale measurement of 1-10 and analyzed using the Smart PLS 3.29 application. The results of this study state that multiple roles (work family conflict) have a significant effect on the performance of female employees with a coefficient of 16.3%, workload significantly affects the performance of female employees with a coefficient of 23.1%, multiple roles (work family conflict) have a significant effect on stres. work with a coefficient of 21.8%, workload has a significant effect on the work stres of female employees with a coefficient of 47.6% and work stres has a significant effect on the performance of female employees. with a coefficient of 57.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competence on teacher performance through job satisfaction and intrinsik motivation. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a causal approach. The object of this research is SMK Negeri in Serang City using a sample of 144 respondents. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 – 10. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.29 software. The results of this study stated that: 1). Competence affects teacher performance. 2). Competence affects job satisfaction. 3). Competence has an effect on intrinsik motivation. 4). Job satisfaction has an effect on teacher performance. 5). Intrinsik motivation has an effect on teacher performance. Job satisfaction and intrinsik motivation can mediate between competencies in partial mediation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the ability to manage work stress on employee performance, the effect of ability to manage work stress on job satisfaction, the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, the effect of ability to manage work stress on job satisfaction, the effect in kpknl djkn banten. The population in this study is government employees at kpknl djkn banten. And the number that will be as a sample of the entire population is 102. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of ability to manage work stress on employee performance, there is a significant effect of ability to manage work stress on job satisfaction, there is a significant effect of leadership style on job satisfaction, there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with causality approach. The object of this research is the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Banten Province using a sample of 119 respondents. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 – 10. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.29 software. The results of this study stated that: 1). Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3). Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 4). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 5). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate between transformational leadership and organizational culture in partial mediation.

Abstract

Abstract-The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze in improving employee performance with transformational leadership and appropriate training through organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction to mediate improving employee performance. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a causal approach. The object of this research at PT. Nikomas Gemilang Serang Chemical Rubber Division of Nike Hottptress Section used a sample of 160 respondents. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 – 10. The data were analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.29 software. The results of this study stated that: 1). Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2). Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3). Transformational leadership has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. 4). Training has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. 5). Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6). Training has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 7). Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction can mediate between transformational leadership and training on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, communication and non-financial compensation on employee performance at the Cooperative Adis Dimension Footwear Company Balaraja Tangerang. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, the population in this study are employees of the Cooperative Adis Company Tangerang, totaling 43 people. The sample of this study amounted to 43 respondents who were determined by the saturated sample formula. Testing of research instruments was carried out on employees of the Cooperative of Adis Company Tangerang, with random sampling, and in measuring the questionnaire using a measurement scale of 1-10, the data analysis methods used were data quality tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear tests with the help of SmartPLS software. version 3.0. The results of this study on the first hypothesis obtained tcount 2.112 > ttable 1.98 with a significance level <0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on employee performance at the Cooperative Adis Dimension Footwear Company Balaraja. These results support the proposed hypothesis (accepted). The second hypothesis was obtained that tcount was 2.520 > ttable 1.98 with a significance level of <0.05, meaning that there was a significant positive and significant effect of communication on employee performance at the Cooperative Adis Dimension Footwear Company Balaraja. These results support the proposed hypothesis (accepted). The third hypothesis is obtained tcount 2,324 > ttable 1.98 with a significance level > 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant effect of non-financial compensation on employee performance at the Cooperative Adis Dimension Footwear Company Balaraja. These results support the proposed hypothesis (accepted).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of transformational leadership and the use of information technology, serving, and employee relations for improving employee performance. This research was conducted at the Office of the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of DPMPTSP, Serang City, Banten Province. This research used an explanatory survey method approach, where data was taken from a sample of the population in order to obtain the explanation and relationship between the variables. This method was used to explain the relationship between transformational leadership and the use of information technology on performance through competence which was explained using hypothesis testing, qualitative and causality. This study used a saturated sample to take the total population to be used as a sample for total population of 88 people. Data analysis was carried out by testing the measurement model, testing the structural model and testing the indirect effect. The results of this study found that several hypotheses were accepted: (1) the effect of transformational leadership (x1) on employee performance (y) was significant and the value 0.326, (2) the effect of information technology utilization (x2) on employee competence (z) with a significant value of 0.488, and (3) the effect of using information technology (x2) on employee performance (y) was significant with a value of 0.407. While the hypothesis was rejected, namely: (1) there is no effect of transformational leadership (x1) on employee competency (z) was significant with a value of 0.285 and (2) there was no significant effect of employee competence (z) on employee performance with a value of 0.080.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has great maritime tourism potential, one of which is diving tourism. The great potential must be maintained sustainably so that the tourism business can always exist and have good benefits, so in this research the theme is Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) which is linked to the sustainability of the diving tourism business at the Dive Center as the spearhead of this tourism organizer. GHRM implementation is assessed to measure the extent to which GHRM variables are able to have a positive impact on the sustainability of diving tourism businesses. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Green Human Resources Management on business sustainability in the diving tourism sector by distributing questionnaires to employees or crew who work at dive centers which results in the behavior and implementation of Green Human Resources Management being able to have a positive impact on business sustainability in the field, and the result in this research is shows that Green Human Resources Management has a positive and significant effect on Business Sutainability at the Dive Center for their business sustainability in the diving tourism sector. This research aims to provide ecological and business benefits so that business sustainability remains so that dive center management continues to provide the best service to customers.

Abstract

Perusahaan telah menetapkan standar kompetensi bagi karyawannya, sesuai dengan pekerjaannya. Kompetensi merupakan karakteristik dasar karyawan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Karakteristik tersebut harus dipertahankan dan dikembangkan agar dapat memberikan kontribusi yang efektif dan efisien terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Selain kompetensi, faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja adalah beban kerja bagi karyawan. Beban kerja yang terlalu berat akan berdampak pada organisasi atau perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang didasarkan secara empiris pada organisasi atau perusahaan dari sumber jurnal nasional, jurnal internasional dan berbagai pihak.
