Abstract

This research purposes is to describe the pattern of network at Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) (fish auction place) of Gaung Market, Lubuk Begalung, Padang City. This research used qualitative method by using analysis descriptive approach. The data was collected by using deep interview, observation, and document study. The informants were defined by using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed by using Miles & Huberman approach. The results of research showed that there are eight actors who played in TPI Gaung Fish Market which are the owners of fishing platforms, the agencies out of the regions, ABK and ampera agencies, auction agencies, small agencies, permanent sellers, non-permanent sellers and buyers. The form of network which is formed in TPI was meso network pattern that is meant as network pattern formed because of family fish. Besides, fish price production process in TPI fish market influenced by fish amounts and knowledge and also consumers’ information towards on fish price.Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat pola jaringan di TPI pasar Gaung Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumen. Penarikan atau pengambilan informan ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada lima aktor yang bermain di TPI Pasar Ikan Gaung yaitu agen besar, agen kecil, agen lelang, ABK dan pedagang.  Bentuk pola jaringan yang terbangun di TPI yaitu pola jaringan meso, dimana bermakna sebagai pola jaringan yang terbentuk karena adanya ikan keluarga. Selain itu, proses pembentukan harga ikan di TPI pasar ikan yang dipengaruhi oleh jumlah ikan dan pengetahuan serta informasi konsumen terhadap harga ikan.

Abstract

Palangki cattle market has been established since 1996. The market has become the largest cattle market in West Sumatra. Buyers in the Palangki cattle market are not only people from West Sumatra Province but also people outside West Sumatra Province such as the people of Jambi, Riau, Jakarta, Bengkulu and other areas. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development and survival strategies of the Palangki cattle market since 1996-2018. The theory used is a survival strategy by Edi Suharsono. Research uses a qualitative approach and historical research methods. The stages in historical research are heuristics that as gathering data or sources, verification or source criticism, interpretation or giving meaning and historigraphy. Research results show that the Palangki livestock market has developed quite rapidly from the local market to become a regional market in type A. The market viability strategy is supported by the development of extensive infrastructure, livestock buying and selling systems using the "rubbish behind fabric" model, expanding the network in selling transactions buying, management structure and regular market regulation, community involvement is high and has a buffer market. The strategy used has influenced the market system and the development of the Palangki cattle market. This also supports the sustainability of traditional markets in West Sumatra

Abstract

The background of this research is based on data analysis of social capital owned by mobile vegetable traders who are able to survive in household social security. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of social capital and social resilience of mobile vegetable merchant households in Mahakarya Kampung 2, Luhak Nan Duo District, West Pasaman Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting observational data, in-depth interviews and document studies. The results of this study indicate that the dynamics of mobile vegetable traders are 1) The network built between traders and customers has 2) The trust of mobile vegetable traders is to allow customers to borrow. 3) Norms or rules for paying debts which were initially only allowed 2 days, now customers are allowed to pay for 1 week. The social resilience of the mobile vegetable merchant household is the fulfillment of daily.

Abstract

The purpose of community service is to provide knowledge, motivation and increase public awareness about the importance of maintaining historical awareness through the preservation of historical objects in the Japanese hole in Gunung Pangilun Village, North Padang District, Padang City. Methods of Community Service, namely conducting outreach to the community and evaluation consisting of before evaluating the activity, at the time it was carried out and at the end of the activity which was made notes and then recapitulated. The results of this service show that the community increases knowledge and awareness of the importance of historical sites in the area where they live. This encourages the role of the community, protection and preservation of the reserve in preserving history as a cultural relic of the past.

Abstract

This article aims to conduct a PBL model mentoring program and readiness in carrying out the teaching and learning process in the new normal era. The program implemented at Baiturrahmah High School is a form of ignorance and collaboration of the Sociology education study program with sustainable stakeholders. The implementation method starts from procedures and data collection on program implementation, provides assistance to increase teacher pedagogic competence in implementing learning models that are in accordance with the COVID-19 conditions, builds cooperative relationships between partners and education offices at the district and provincial levels and conducts evaluation designs. The results show that in the era of the covid-19 pandemic, it leads teachers and schools to have preparation in implementing learning. This is a form of knowledge transfer. Transfer of knowledge in the new normal era, the teacher still acts as a facilitator in the implementation of the teaching and learning process. learning starts from the beginning of class, learning materials and models, so that the material provided can be reached by students

Abstract

The focus of this study is to analyze the problem-based learning model that can be applied to students holistically or holistically. The method used in this study is data collection on program implementation, workshops to improve teacher pedagogic competence in implementing problem based learning models, mentoring in classroom action research training, building cooperative relationships between partners and the Education Office at the District and Provincial levels and evaluation. The results of the study show that the learning process still depends on concrete objects and experiences experienced directly. The first problem that arises is the teacher, the second problem is learning activities, and the third problem is learning resources and learning models. While the solution is that the teacher is able to find a learning model that matches the results of the research and observations made by the teacher at school. The preparations carried out include: preparation of learning, implementation of learning, and evaluation of learning processes and outcomes.
