Abstract

Our review paper research categorize the methods in the method of Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) to find the method is widely used in the case of land clearing for plantation. Model FMCDM is used to assess the parameter in multi-criteria-based decision making. The dominant percentage of the result was obtained using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method. While the application of other methods for the same problem are Fuzzy Ordered Weighted Averaging (FOWA), Fuzzy Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realite or Elimination and Choice Translating Reality (FELECTRE), Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (FTOPSIS), Fuzzy, Artificial Neural Networks (FANNs) has less. Some the research result also implemented hybrid in FMCDM Method to give some weight in the assessment of decision making. There was also a paper which integrates FMCDM to the GIS method on the land clearing. Therefore, it is concluded that the issue on the land clearing can be done through collaboration of several models of FMCDM, so that it can be developed by involving the decision model using multi-stakeholder model

Abstract

Today, a form of technology known as Web 2.0 that thoroughly supports web-to-web interactions is present. Interactions, such as information sharing in the forms of document sharing (slideshare), picture sharing (flickr), video sharing (youtube), Wikis, and online networking (weblog and web-forum) are principally accommodating community empowerment services. These factors cause the appearance of social interaction through Internet as well as learning interaction and anywhere-anytime training which is recently called e-Learning. Basically, e-Learning needs a self-employed learning method and learning habits that emphasize on the learner as the most important role. However, e-learning system which is expected to boost the intensity of self-employed learning is incapable to represent the importance. This is proven with the current e-Learning system in Indonesia that only accommodates the delivery of learning materials identical to all active learners, ignores the cognitive aspects and does not offer any approach or experience of interactive self-learning and disregards the aspect of users’ ability to adapt. The proposed e-learning system which is Web 2.0-based utilizes ontology as the representation of meaning of knowledge formed by the learner. Kata kunci: adaptive e-Learning, e-Learning, ontology, personalization e-Learning

Abstract

This paper was conducted a survey of research findings related to decision-making in groups using weighting techniques This paper conducts a survey of research findings related to decision-making in groups using weighting techniques, therefore, a new weighting model can be proposed.. In order to make a decision, this model works based on the weighting parameters, criteria or decision makers (DM) to give ranking preference in the decision results. Weighting could be done objectively or subjectively by statistical calculations. Subjective weighting based on an understanding or expertise of the decision-making process, furthermore, a numerical value was needed to make it objective. The previous weighting models need to be modified for the development of group decision support systems (GDSS). It is required to accommodate the interests of all stakeholders to link the DM relationship. We formed several groups of weighting methods that currently use for the trend of group decision-making (GDM). It showed that the classical multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) models are still dominant in solving GDSS problems, therefore, it was necessary to apply hybrid MCDM with an approach method of stakeholders models and social networks (SN) to improve decision model that has been applied in the previous research.

Abstract

The composition of air concentration is not constant. It constantly changes with minor changes at any time, so more than one measurement is needed to represent the air concentration level for a full day. The fuzzy non-stationary method can overcome uncertainty in an environment that is not constant or caused by minor temporal changes based on time variables. This study uses a non-stationary fuzzy method to determine the level of O3 concentration based on the input variables of temperature, humidity, and wind speed. The tests were conducted in September, October, and November using four types of implication process interpretation, namely interpretation 1 (classical logic), interpretation 2 (classical logic), interpretation 3 (algebraic), and interpretation 3 (standard). The test results in September showed a tendency for error percentage using the MAPE amount of 19, October's amount of 25, and November's amount of 18.

Abstract

Indonesia has 106.9 million active TikTok users aged 18 and above. TikTok is designed for engagement in many ways, as it actively encourages two-way communication and eye-catching content. Uploaded content must have its uniqueness variable. In increasing the engagement of a TikTok account, criteria are chosen based on the COBRA concept (consuming, contributing, and creating) and alternatives based on social media content trends in Indonesia (tutorial, educational, a day in my life, behind the scene dan tips and trick). This research was conducted by implementing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to select the content that must be prioritized to get engagement from the wider community. From the data processing results obtained, tutorial content is the best content in increasing engagement results, especially TikTok. Content that has the lowest engagement is behind the scene content. Further research can be carried out through a group decision support system with various related experts. It can also be combined with the BORDA, TOPSIS, and Profile Matching methods to optimize ranking results.

Abstract

Horticultural crops are the most produced by farmers in the Napugera Village area because they are more profitable to cultivate because they are short in life and from an economic point of view they are obtained faster. However, has often experienced obstacles, one of which is determining the suitability of agricultural land for horticultural crops.  Determining the selection of horticultural crops for the types of red onion, red red chili, and tomato crops on a field based on land conditions is very necessary for farmers in the Napugera Village area as a support for decision-making. There are 8 criteria assessed including temperature, rainfall, air humidity, soil type, soil texture, soil ph, land slope and topography. In this study, a profile-matching interpolation method was developed for a decision-making system that can be used as a tool in providing decisions on plants that are suitable for planting in a field easily, quickly, and accurately. The profile-matching interpolation method is one of the methods of scoring data. The results showed that the type of onion horticultural crop with a final value of 3,764 is suitable for cultivation in the Napugera Village area.
