Abstract

The simulation was implemented by modeling the queue with cyclic service in the signalized intersection system. The service policies used in this study were exhaustive and gated, the model was the M/M/1 queue, the arrival rate used was Poisson distribution and the services rate used was Exponential distribution. In the gated service policy, the server served only vehicles that came before the green signal appears at an intersection. Considered that there were 2 types of exhaustive policy in the signalized intersection system, namely normal exhaustive (vehicles only served during the green signal was still active), and exhaustive (there was the green signal duration addition at the intersection, when the green signal duration at an intersection finished). The results of this queueing simulation program were to obtain characteristics and performance of the system, i.e. average number of vehicles and waiting time of vehicles in the intersection and in the system, as well as system utilities. Then from these values, it would be known which of the cyclic service policies (normal exhaustive, exhaustive and gated) was the most suitable when applied to a signalized intersection system

Abstract

Lombok Island has extensive land resources with a lot of water content so that it is suitable to be managed and utilized for plantation. The Local Government continues to try to expand the planting area of ​​the plantation sector in order to increase production. To control management and development in plantation sector, Local Government needs a plantation monitoring information system. Some aspects of plantation that can be monitored include the location and area of ​​planting, types of plantation commodities, number of trees, amount of production, planting time, estimated harvest time, income and outlay. With the monitoring system, complete plantation data will be obtained so that Local Government can establish appropriate policies to increase production yields in plantation sector. The plantation monitoring information system designed is desktop-based. Abstract

Abstract Database is a very important aspect in the information system because it functions as a data storage warehouse that will be processed further. Databases are important because they can organize data, avoid duplication of data, avoid unclear relationships between data and complex updates. Cemara Farma Pharmacy has an information system that has not been done computerized. As in the purchase transaction process, drug sales and drug stock updates are still written into the book. This causes the possibility of human error and difficulty finding data when more data or archives. Based on the problems that occur then made a pharmacy information system database design at the Cemara Farma Pharmacy, where the results of this study are to understand the database needs that will be used to computerize dispensary information systems. For database design MySQL will be used which is a SQL DBMS. The pharmacy information system database design using MySQL in the Pharmacy Cemara Farma produces a pharmacy database with interrelated tables namely supplier tables, unit tables, drug tables, purchase tables, detail purchase tables, sales tables, detail sales tables and operational tables. Keywords: database, pharmacy, MySQL Abstrak Database merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam sistem informasi karena berfungsi sebagai gudang penyimpanan data yang akan diolah lebih lanjut. Database menjadi penting karena dapat mengorganisasi data, menghidari duplikasi data, menghindari hubungan antar data yang tidak jelas dan juga update yang rumit. Apotek Cemara Farma memiliki sistem informasi yang belum dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi. Seperti dalam proses transaksi pembelian, penjualan obat dan update stok obat masih ditulis ke dalam buku. Hal tersebut menimbulkan kemungkinan terjadinya human error dan kesulitan pencarian data ketika data atau arsip semakin banyak. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi maka dibuatlah rancangan database sistem informasi apotik pada Apotik Cemara Farma, dimana hasil dari penelitian ini adalah memahami kebutuhan database yang akan digunakan untuk mengkomputerisasikan sistem informasi apotik. Untuk perancangan database akan digunakan MySQL yang merupakan sebuah DBMS SQL. Perancangan database sistem informasi apotik menggunakan MySQL pada Apotik Cemara Farma menghasilkan database apotik dengan tabel-tabel yang saling berelasi yaitu tabel supplier, tabel satuan, tabel obat, tabel pembelian, tabel pembelian detail, tabel penjualan, tabel penjualan detail dan tabel operasional. Abstract

Management information systems are needed in all areas of human life, including in traditional markets that involve many people with various activities. In Bima Regency, there are many traditional markets spread across several sub-districts in Bima Regency. The information system that is used in all traditional markets in Bima Regency is still manual, this causes the market operators to find difficulty in finding the data of traders who have not paid the retribution fee. The problem of managing market levies that is not optimal causes a lack of security for the management of user fees, thus causing PADs that are generated by local governments to be sourced from traditional markets. The research method is done by the waterfall method. The development of traditional market management information systems is carried out using the Java programming language with object-oriented programming methods. The menus produced include: market menu, survey menu, commodity menu, trader menu, retribution menu, and report menu.

Abstract

Lendang Guar Cemetery is one of the tombs on the island of Lombok in the District of Narmada. At present Lendang Guar tomb management system is still done manually, if a family member dies, they must come to the tomb to fill out the registration form, then choose the location of the tomb. Grave officers have difficulty in collecting data on bodies, heirs, graves that have been filled and the rental price of graves for each block. The tomb clerk also had difficulty in informing the public about the funeral, as well as the heirs whose rental period had ended. Therefore we need information on the ordering of grave land at Lendang Guar Cemetery which can help tomb officers in the management of the cemetery so as to improve services to the community. The research method is done by the waterfall method. The construction of burial ground reservation information system is carried out using the Java programming language with object-oriented programming methods. The menus produced include: inheritance menu, corpse menu, grave block menu, transaction menu, archive extension menu, and report menu.

Abstract

KSU Tunas Muda Milenium sering mengalami kesulitan dalam mengatur administrasi keuangan koperasi menjadi tertib dan rapi. Untuk menyusun laporan keuangan koperasi pengurus koperasi syariah mengalami masalah dan tidak optimal dalam menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Pengurus koperasi syariah kerepotan dalam menginputkan data transaksi, kesulitan dalam memantau transaksi tiap harinya. Pengurus koperasi syariah juga mengalami masalah saat menghitung bagi hasil pembiayaan dan simpanan tiap anggota yang harus dihitung satu persatu dengan Microsoft Excel, sedangkan koperasi memiliki anggota yang banyak. Sebagai akibat dari permasalahan tersebut, salah satunya adalah koperasi sering mengalami keterlambatan dalam melaksanakan Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT). Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan metode waterfall. Pembangunan sistem informasi akuntansi koperasi syariah dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dengan metode pemrograman berorientasi objek. Menu-menu yang dihasilkan antara lain: menu data koperasi, menu data awal, menu penerimaan, menu pembayaran, menu memorial dan laporan.

Abstract

Sebagian besar sekolah di Provinsi NTB belum memiliki suatu sistem informasi dalam UKS. SMAN 1 Pringgarata merupakan salah satu sekolah di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah yang belum menerapkan sistem informasi usaha kesehatan sekolah (UKS). Perlu adanya sosialisasi terhadap pentingnya sistem informasi tersebut. Salah satu langkah awal yang perlu dilakukan adalah dengan membuat sistem informasi UKS. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan metode waterfall. Pembangunan sistem informasi usaha kesehatan sekolah dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dengan metode pemrograman berorientasi objek. Menu-menu yang dihasilkan antara lain: menu petugas, menu keluhan, menu obat, menu registrasi, menu pasien baru, menu periksa pasien, menu ambil obat, menu rekam medis, dan menu laporan.

Abstract

Internet-based data storage services or called the cloud are becoming a global technology trend, the cloud that offers unlimited scalability is becoming very reliable. Educational institutions such as Qamarul Huda Badaruddin University are always constrained by poor data management because there is no centralized data storage area that can be accessed together. With the presence of UCloud, data management problems can be resolved. Designed using the web-based CodeIgniter framework, Ucloud has been successfully implemented and optimally utilized by the academic community, so that data can be managed properly.

Abstract

Saat ini dunia sedang mengalami masa pandemi yang dimana semua kegiatan dilakukan dengan menjaga jarak. Begitu juga untuk saat ini seluruh pendidikan, baik dari tingkat dasar sampai perguruan tinggi masih dilakukan belajar dari rumah (daring). Dampak pandemi ini juga dirasakan oleh Universitas Qamarul Huda Badaruddin yang mengharuskkan pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring. Penerapan teknologi informasi dalam bidang pendidikan salah satunya adalah model pembelajaran e-learning. E-learning dianggap efisien karena mengeliminasi jarak dan waktu terkait dengan proses belajar mengajar. Dengan adanya sistem informasi e-learning berbasis pembelajaran di Universitas Qamarul Huda Badaruddin dapat berjalan layaknya pembelajaran tatap muka. Sistem informasi E-Learning berbasis web menggunakan framework Codeigniter dan penyimpanan database MySQL telah berhasil dirancang sebaik-baiknya dan sistem informasi E-Learning juga berhasil diimplementasikan dan dimanfaatkan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Qamarul Huda Badaruddin.

Abstract

Keuntungan dari Sistem Informasi Posyandu (SIP) yaitu agar dalam proses pelaksanaan kegiatan Posyandu pada Dusun Jurang Sate Desa Sepakek Kecamatan Pringgarata Kabupaten Lombok Tengah bisa lebih efisien, karena dengan dibuatnya SIP dapat mempermudah petugas posyandu dalam mengolah data yang dihasilkan akan lebih akurat, memperkecil hilangnya data karena disimpan di dalam sistem yang telah terkomputerisasi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, pada paper ini akan merancang dan membuat sebuah sistem informasi posyandu yang diharapkan dapat membantu petugas kesehatan dalam mencatat setiap pemeriksaan. Judul penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu “Perancangan Sistem Informasi Terintegrasi Pelayanan Posyandu Berbasis Web Di Desa Sepakek Kecamatan Pringgarata Kabupaten Lombok Tengah”. Adapun data-data yang dicatat pada system ini adalah data imunisasi, data vaksin, data anak, data ibu, dan data petugas. Dalam penginputan data, petugas mengevaluasi hasil penginputan data oleh petugas posyandu tersebut secara bertahap, mulai dari penginputan data anak sampai dengan penginputan data petugas posyandu. Kemudian peneliti memeriksa hasil dari penginputan tersebut serta memberikan kuesioner kepada petugas posyandu untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai bagaimana kinerja dari aplikasi yang dirancang tersebut.
