Abstract

The role of parents as caregivers and the response from the enviroment is needed for children in the formation of children’s independence. Based on data from the national statistical agency in 2014, the number of pre-school age children in indonesia was 28.022 people. This study aims to study the relationship of parenting parents with the level of personal hygiene independence in pre-school age children in the village of celegeh, barebali village, central lombok. This research is a descriptive correlational research with a cross sectional approach. The population in study amounted to 34 people. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling which amounts to 32 people, but in sampling there are exclusion criteria so that the total sample is 30 respondents. Research instruments using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using the chi-square test α=0,05. The results showed that most of the patterns of adoption by respondents were 14 people (46,7%) authoritarian parenting, with 7 independent children (23,3%) and 7 non-independent children (23,3%). So it can be concluded there is a relationship between parenting parents with the level of personal hygiene independence in pre-school age children in the village of celegeh, barebali village, central lombok.

Abstract

Sebagian besar sekolah di Provinsi NTB belum memiliki suatu sistem informasi dalam UKS. SMAN 1 Pringgarata merupakan salah satu sekolah di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah yang belum menerapkan sistem informasi usaha kesehatan sekolah (UKS). Perlu adanya sosialisasi terhadap pentingnya sistem informasi tersebut. Salah satu langkah awal yang perlu dilakukan adalah dengan membuat sistem informasi UKS. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan metode waterfall. Pembangunan sistem informasi usaha kesehatan sekolah dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dengan metode pemrograman berorientasi objek. Menu-menu yang dihasilkan antara lain: menu petugas, menu keluhan, menu obat, menu registrasi, menu pasien baru, menu periksa pasien, menu ambil obat, menu rekam medis, dan menu laporan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Transformasi digital layanan kesehatan melalui implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) menghadapi tantangan kompleks yang melibatkan dimensi teknologi, organisasi, dan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor keberhasilan adopsi SIMRS dalam konteks transformasi digital layanan kesehatan di Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kajian literatur sistematis kualitatif terhadap 10 jurnal berkualitas periode 2020-2025 yang dianalisis melalui teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa keberhasilan adopsi SIMRS ditentukan oleh interaksi dinamis tiga dimensi: teknologi (integrasi sistem, keamanan informasi, infrastruktur stabil, antarmuka intuitif), organisasi (komitmen manajemen, alokasi anggaran, strategi perubahan, kebijakan adaptif), dan sumber daya manusia (pelatihan berkelanjutan, literasi digital, penerimaan teknologi, perubahan budaya kerja). Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan holistik mengintegrasikan ketiga dimensi melalui kerangka Human-Organization-Technology Fit menjadi kunci transformasi digital menuju layanan kesehatan terkoneksi dan berpusat pada pasien. Rekomendasi strategis meliputi investasi seimbang infrastruktur, pengembangan kompetensi SDM, penguatan kapasitas organisasi, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk ekosistem digital kesehatan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Adopsi Teknologi, Manajemen Perubahan, Sistem Informasi Kesehatan, Sumber Daya Manusia, Transformasi Digital.  ABSTRACT Digital transformation of healthcare services through Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) implementation faces complex challenges involving technology, organizational, and human resource dimensions. This research aims to identify and analyze success factors of HMIS adoption in the context of Indonesian healthcare digital transformation. The research method employs a qualitative systematic literature review approach of 10 quality journals from 2020-2025 analyzed through thematic analysis techniques. Results reveal that HMIS adoption success is determined by dynamic interaction of three dimensions: technology (system integration, information security, stable infrastructure, intuitive interface), organization (management commitment, budget allocation, change strategy, adaptive policy), and human resources (continuous training, digital literacy, technology acceptance, work culture change). Conclusion indicates that a holistic approach integrating these three dimensions through the Human-Organization-Technology Fit framework is key to digital transformation toward connected and patient-centered healthcare services. Strategic recommendations include balanced infrastructure investment, HR competency development, organizational capacity strengthening, and cross-sector collaboration for sustainable digital health ecosystem. Keywords: Change Management, Digital Transformation, Health Information System, Human Resources, Technology Adoption.
