Abstract

Lombok Island has extensive land resources with a lot of water content so that it is suitable to be managed and utilized for plantation. The Local Government continues to try to expand the planting area of ​​the plantation sector in order to increase production. To control management and development in plantation sector, Local Government needs a plantation monitoring information system. Some aspects of plantation that can be monitored include the location and area of ​​planting, types of plantation commodities, number of trees, amount of production, planting time, estimated harvest time, income and outlay. With the monitoring system, complete plantation data will be obtained so that Local Government can establish appropriate policies to increase production yields in plantation sector. The plantation monitoring information system designed is desktop-based. Abstract

Customer knowledge is a valuable asset, and gathering, managing, and sharing customerknowledge can be a useful competitive activity for organizations. Successful knowledgepartnerships with essential and valuable customers can strengthen business performance andcreate an absolute competitive advantage that is difficult for competitors to emulate. Inconsumer knowledge management, companies often experience significant obstacles orconstraints so that sometimes many companies prevent them from managing consumerknowledge. The company or organization depends on consumers who do not need tounderstand the industrial field of the company or organization. This paper discusses thecomparison of the application of customer knowledge management in various industries.Research findings that all organizations must apply the three essential components ofcustomer-related knowledge within the underlying conceptual framework. Three basiccomponents of customer-related knowledge within a basic conceptual framework: knowledgefor customers, knowledge of customers, and customer knowledge, cannot be eliminated. Thisproves that the compatibility with previous studies. In fact, to succeed, they must be applied sothat it is of value to the company. Implementation of the framework can present a greatopportunity for the organization or company to make new products so that this will improvethe performance of the company or organization and maintain the continuity of the companyor organization.

Abstract

The Vehicular ad-hoc Network (VANET) is a subclass of Mobile ad-hoc networks (MANETs).VANET is a wireless network created from the concept of building a vehicle network (node) toexchange data information (data communication). There is a new concept technique forVANET communication used, namely the use of the concept of Software Defined Network(SDN) on VANET. For data communication between vehicles, a routing protocol required. Themost common routing protocol used on VANET since 2003 is AODV. In 2014 several studieswere using the SDN paradigm tried on VANET technology to improve the performance ofQuality of Service (QoS), one of which is a Geographic-based SDN, called SDGR in 2016.Multicast is a method of routing data on a network that allows one node or a group of nodes tocommunicate efficiently with the receiving node. The multicast concept supports one-to-manyrouting in nodes that send packet data to a group of nodes. The development of the SDGRrouting protocol using the idea of multicast technique to SDGR based on the Direction calledSDGR + R carried out in 2019. This study uses a case study of vehicle transportationsimulations in the Lamber Port area of Lombok. The simulation results knew that SDGR + Ris better than AODV in terms of service quality (QoS) at a latency of 15.58% and packet deliveryratio (PDR) of 47.78%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on the applications and student expenditure during the pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic caused the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture to announce teaching and learning activities carried out from home using the online method. There are several complaints with the use of online methods, one of which is opinion about the increase in fees for the purchase of data package pulses. The opinion said that student spending increased due to the purchase of data package pulses. This study tries to conduct a survey and analysis specifically comparing student costs before and after co-19. During a pandemic, students spend more credit than before the pandemic which is 10.8% on topping up. But it was revealed that spending on pandemic students was less than before the pandemic with the smallest percentage of 46.9%. While applications that are often used in online lecture methods are Google Classroom with 74.7%, Zoom 67%, and WAG 35.3%. It is hoped that this initial research can support and provide input to policy makers in education institutions during lectures during the pandemic.

Abstract

Payment of salaries is a routine activity carried out by the finance department of a company, agency or business entity. Likewise, private universities which are educational institutions have an obligation to pay the salaries of their lecturers. With the large number of lecturers and the many variables in determining the amount of lecturer salaries, it is difficult for the finance department at private universities to determine the amount of a fair salary and in other words provide a salary that is in accordance with the efforts that have been made by each lecturer. With these problems, we need a method of calculating teacher salaries. The fuzzy tsukamoto method is the most ideal method in determining the salary of lecturers at private universities because it has non-binary and non-linear problems. With the problems and solutions raised above, this study aims to provide a faster, more precise and accurate method of calculating lecturer salaries at private universities, of course with input variables that are adjusted to the rules in private universities. Salary variables, especially lecturer salary bonuses at private universities, are years of service, jafung, rank/class and the most important is the performance variable. In the performance variable, there are three specific variables, namely the tridharma of lecturers (teaching, research or publication, and community service). To achieve a bonus with many criteria, it is required that the three performance variables have many criteria, and vice versa.

Abstract

Surat merupakan sumber informasi yang dapat dipercaya, yang bertujuan untuk menyampaian suatu maksud yang ditujukan kepada pihak lain. Informasi yang disampaikan tersebut dapat berupa pemberitahuan, pernyataan, dan sebagainya. Pengelolaan surat pada suatu organisasi di kantor kelurahan beo timur Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud akan menghasilkan suatu komunikasi yang baik dalam setiap kegiatan operasional di instansi tersebut. Dalam kegiatan surat menyurat, surat dapat mendukung keberhasilan dalam kegiatan berorganisasi, maka dari itu penanganan dan pengelolaan surat yang baik, cepat dan tepat sehingga tujuan organisasi dapat dicapai secara efektif dan efisien. Pada pelatihan pengelolaan surat ini menrancang SOP pada kegiatan penerimaan, pencatatan, dan penyimpanan. Pengelolaan surat masuk seperti meliputi menerima surat, membuka surat, pemeriksaan surat, pencatatan surat, dan penyimpanan surat secara terintegrasi database online. Penanganan surat yang ada di Kantor Kelurahan Beo Timur dengan tahapan surat dimulai dari penerimaan surat, membaca surat, penyampaian surat dan penyimpanan surat. Rekomendasi dan usulan rancangan yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pengarsipan surat juga secara digital melalui media online misalnya google drive.

Abstract

The library is an important part of higher education, where the teaching and learning process does not escape from teaching materials and reference materials. Qamarul Huda Badaruddin University is one of the universities in NTB which has a library with a desktop-based library system. This has an impact on the management of libraries and users which in this case students become ineffective and inefficient. With a high need for libraries, library managers, namely librarians and students as users, need a web-based information system so that they can be used from anywhere and anytime, simply using a smartphone or computer. To answer the above problems, the authors design and build a web-based library information system at Qamarul Huda Badaruddin University using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The framework uses CodeIgniter which allows developers to create web applications with Rapid Application Development (RAD) development characteristics. The Qamarul Huda Badaruddin University Library Information System consists of 12 functional requirements, which cover all the requirements for the Qamarul Huda Badaruddin University library. Completion of each module also refers to all stages of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and all of them can run well

Abstract

The Performance every employee appraisal is a method used to assess the work performance of an employee whether he or she has achieved the work target assigned.Teacher performance appraisal at Imanuel Nunu Christian Elementary School is currently still being carried out manually in the sense that the preparation of employee performance appraisal reports still uses word processing applications (Microsoft word and excel) resulting in inefficient and ineffective time and a greater risk of data loss. The purpose that the authors take from this research is to build a Data Processing Application for Teacher Performance Assessment at Imanuel Nunu Christian Elementary School using computerized visual basic 6.0. The Teacher Performance Assessment that was made was a Data Processing Application for Teacher Performance Assessment at Imanuel Nunu Christian Elementary School by using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and Microsoft Office Access as databases. The results obtained are a prototype of the teacher performance assessment report at the Imanuel Nunu Christian Elementary School

Abstract

Teknologi jaringan komunikasi merupakan serangkaian komponen teknologi yang saling berkaitan satu dengan lainnya. Teknologi yang banyak digunakan di kehidupan sehari-hari adalah jaringan Wifi dan 4G. Dengan adanya jaringan-jaringan tersebut akan mempermudah kebutuhan akan internet. Namun perbedaan kecepatan dalam mengakses perlu dilakukan pengujian secara langsung terhadap jaringan tersebut. Untuk mendapatkan jaringan dengan layanan baik maka diperlukan Quality of Service (QoS) yang baik pula. Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan pengujian jaringan Wifi Universitas Qamarul Huda Badaruddin dan membandingkan dengan hotspot 4G XL yang ada di lokasi yang sama. Pengujian ini berfokus pada tiga parameter yaitu bandwidth, bitrate, dan buffer events. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah jaringan 4G XL lebih baik terhadap jaringan Wifi Universitas Qamarul Huda Badaruddin, dimana jaringan Wifi Universitas Qamarul Huda Badaruddin hanya mendapatkan bandwidth sebesar 39012.79 MB dan bitrate 21906.40 Kbps. Untuk buffer events, kedua jaringan sangat baik karena tidak ada waktu jeda (0s).

Abstract

Sistem informasi kependudukan yang selalu berkembang sangat dibutuhkan untuk pelayanan masyarakat. Informasi kependudukan yang valid yaitu data yang direkam di cluster terbawah yang dalam hal ini adalah desa. Hingga saat ini, desa-desa di Indonesia sebagian besar masih menggunkan cara manual dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat di bidang kependudukan. Aparat desa mnginput data kependudukan belum menggunakan aplikasi sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien dalam pengolahan data informasinya. Penyimpanan berkas yang menumpuk menimbulkan permasalahan ruang penyimpanan yang tidak memadai lagi. Penggunakaan aplikasi yang dalam hal ini adalah sistem informasi data kependudukan di desa-desa sangat dibutuhkan untuk penghematan waktu dan tenaga, serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Sistem informasi data kependudukan desa ini berbasis web, dirancang dan dibangun menggunakan Laravel dan MySQL untuk databasenya. Ujicoba juga dilakukan untuk memastikan hasil yang valid dari proses pengolahan data pada sistem. Sistem informasi ini dapat memudahkan aparat desa dalam pengimputan data hingga penyajian informasi kependudukan kepada masyarakat dan tentunya masyarakat dalam mencari informasi kependudukan juga terlayani secara cepat dan akurat.
