Abstract

Kecerdasan emosi (EQ) tidak kalah penting dengan kecerdasan intelektual (IQ). Mahasiswa aktivis kampus dituntut untuk memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang tinggi/baik agar mampu menyeimbangkan berbagai kepentingan dan prioritas sehingga tidak terjebak dalam berbagai konflik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan  tingkat kecerdasan emosional mahasiswa aktivis kampus; mengidentifikasi item skala kecerdasan emosional yang capaian skornya rendah/belum optimal; dan menentukan topik pelatihan peningkatan kecerdasan emosi bagi mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif deskriptif . Subjek penelitian berjumlah 47 mahasiswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Kecerdasan Emosional Mahasiswa Aktivis Kampus dengan indeks Cronbach's Alpha sebesar 0,960. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif kategori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar (51%) mahasiswa aktivis kampus memiliki kecerdasan emosional pada kategori tinggi, 43% pada kategori sangat tinggi, sisanya (6%) pada kategori sedang. Teridentifikasi dua item skala kecerdasan emosional yang capaian skornya belum optimal (4%) menyangkut aspek manajemen diri dan kesadaran diri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: (1) Describing the level of academic fighting power of students in participating in offline post online learning. (2) Identifying academic fighting power measurement items whose scores are low or not optimal in students of the Guidance and Counseling study program at Sanata Dharma University Class of 2020, who take part in offline post-online learning. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method, by distributing questionnaires online to Guidance and Counseling students of Sanata Dhrama University class of 2020. By analyzing the level of fighting power of these students, it is hoped that it will be an input for lecturers to see obstacles and difficulties in dealing with learning during the online to offline transition. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that 2020 Sanata Dharma University Guidance and Counseling students have a high level of fighting power in participating in learning during the online to offline transition, this can be seen from the results of the categorization test of the level of fighting power which shows 64% of students have a high level of fighting power in participating in learning during the online to offline transition.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan instrumen asesmen kebutuhan peserta didik, disebut Invantori Kebutuhan Perkembangan Murid (IKPM). Penelitian mengikuti model Plomp (1999) dengan lima fase. Reliabilitas instrumen diestimasi dengan teknik Alpha Cronbach, validitas isi diperiksa oleh pakar dan telaah praktisi melalui FGD. Validitas empirik dan kecocokan model pengukuran dibuktikan dengan analisis faktor konfirmatori (CFA) dengan program Lisrel 8.30. Telaah praktisi melibatkan 60 orang guru kelas V dan VI SD dalam dua tahap FGD, sedangkan uji coba empirik dan implementasi melibatkan murid kelas V dan VI. Hasil penelitian pengembang-an ini adalah: 1) IKPM dapat digunakan untuk menghimpun data kebutuhan perkembangan sebagai dasar penyusunan kurikulum bimbingan dan melaksanakan evaluasi program, bimbingan dan alat ukur evaluasi program bimbingan klasikal di sekolah dasar dan 2) teridentifikasi butir-butir kebutuhan per-kembangan murid yang intens dan sangat intens untuk dipenuhi melalui layanan bimbingan klasikal.Kata kunci: instrumen asesmen kebutuhan, kurikulum bimbingan, instrument evaluasi program BK   ______________________________________________________________DEVELOPMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL NEEDS ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENT FOR CURRICULUM ARRANGEMENT AND EVALUATION OF BK PROGRAM Abstract The goal of this research is to produce a developmental needs assessment instrument, called Student's Developmental Needs Inventory, which can be use to reveal the needs of students in elementary school. The research method follows the model of Research and Development (R & D) by Plomp (1999) with five phases. The instrument which is developed in this study guidance and counseling (Bimbingan Konseling, BK) in elementary school. Instrument reliability is estimated using by Alpha Cronbach technique, it content validity is checked by experts judgment and practitioner's assessment with FGD technique. Furthermore, empirical validity and the goodness of fit measurement model was measured with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) through the application of Lisrel 8.30 program. However, try out of test and implementation involves students of grade five and six elementary schools. The results of this research: (1) the instrument can be used to gathering data of developmental needs as based of guidance curriculum arrangement and to conduct program evaluation in elementary school, and (2) there are several items of student's developmental needs that needs to be fullfiled through classical guidance services.Key words: needs assessment instrument, guidance curriculum, program evaluation instrument of guidance and counseling

Abstract

The research uses a quantitative correlational approach, with the subjects being 71 migrant students class of 2023 Guidance and Counseling Program. Data collection by distributing questionnaires through Google Form using a 28 items Social Support Scale with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.905 and a 40 items Psychological Well-being Scale with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0,896.The results of the study indicate that (1) the level of social support of migrant students in the Guidance and Counseling Program class of 2023 is at a very high category, (2) the achievement of the social support scale score items that are less than optimal in 2 items (7%) in the medium category, (3) the level of psychological well-being of migrant students in the Guidance and Counseling Program class of 2023 is at a high category, (4) the achievement of the psychological well-being scale score items that are less than optimal in 5 items (13%) in the medium category, (5) there is a significant positive relationship between social support variable and psychological well-being with a value of r = 0.529 and a value of p = < 0.001 (p <0.05).

Abstract

This research uses correlative quantitative research, with the subject of students of Junior High School Negeri 1 Wonogiri. The sample in this study amounted to 80 samples. The process of collecting data by distributing questionnaires directly using google forms with statements that use a likert scale. On the body image satisfaction acceptance scale there are 33 valid items with an Alpha Cronbach reliability index of 0.788. The self-confidence scale has 36 valid items with an Alpha Cronbach reliability index of 0.911. The data analysis technique used is descriptive categorization technique, normality test, linearity test, hypothesis test and correlation test.The results in this study show: (1) there is a significant positive relationship between the variables, (2) the level of body image satisfaction acceptance in the moderate category with a percentage of 43%, (3) the level of self-confidence is classified in the high category with a percentage of 50%, (4) there are 2 items in the body image satisfaction acceptance scale that are identified as low with a percentage of 6%, so they are used as guidance topics, (5) there are no items in the self-confidence scale that are identified as low to be used as guidance topics.

Abstract

The research was designed to determine: (1) how well employees master competencies in implementing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and (2) which employee competencies whose achievements have been identified are not optimal. The methods used are quantitative and qualitative or mixed methods with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, observations and interviews with subjects in accordance with the research criteria. The quantitative data analysis technique is based on a questionnaire, while the qualitative analysis technique is based on interview transcripts with subjects, data reduction validated by the subject, data exposure, data presentation, and conclusions. (1) The research results show that employees overall have very good results, with results reaching 68%. This means that employee competency mastery is very good. Of the three employee competency indicators, the knowledge aspect obtained very good results, namely 66%. Then, the skill aspect also gets very good results at 75%. The next indicator is attitude or implication, which results in very good results at a percentage of 54%. (2) The highest level of employee competency is in the skills aspect, while the lowest level of employee competency or needs to be optimized is in the attitude indicator.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of self-esteem in the psychological adaptation and work mobility of a young woman who experienced risky social behavior and sexual harassment during her adolescence. The research employed a qualitative approach with a single case study method. The subject is a 23-year-old woman working in the food service sector. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings reveal that self-esteem plays a crucial role in the subject's psychological recovery and career decision-making. Positive adaptation was supported by social support, self-reflection, and empowering work experiences that strengthened her identity. In conclusion, healthy self-esteem is a key foundation in the post-trauma recovery process and contributes to more reflective and empowering career mobility.

Abstract

Masihkah mahasiswa pengguna aplikasi Tinder (mencari jodoh via online) punya muruah/martabat/harga diri? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menakar level self-esteem pada mahasiswa pengguna Tinder; (2) Mengidentifikasi hal-hal terkait self-esteem pengguna tinder yang teridentifikasi buruk. Subjek penelitian ini 45 orang mahasiswa Universitas Sanata Dharma Yogyakarta yang menggunakan tinder sebagai aplikasi pencarian jodoh. Kolekting data menggunakan skala Self-esteem Mahasiswa Pengguna Tinder. Skala disusun berdasarkan kombinasi aspek-aspek self-esteem yang dikonsep Coopersmith dan Heatheron Polivy, yaitu power, significance, virtue, competence, performance, social dan physical. Skala memuat 30 item valid dengan nilai reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha 0,925. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik kuantitatif deskriptif kategori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar mahasiswa pengguna tinder memiliki self-esteem pada level kategori tinggi. Teridentifikasi 2 item pengukuran selfesteem yang capaian skornya buruk.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the character of friendliness among the students through class guidance services using the experiential learning approach and measure the effectiveness of class guidance services using the experiential learning approach in students perspective.This research is a Guidance and Counseling action research completed in three cycles. The subjects of this study involved 30 students of class VII B of SMP Aloysius Turi academic year 2016/2017. The instrument of this research was Friendliness Character Test, Self Assesment Scale of Friendly Character, validation scale of the effectiveness of the model in the students perspective. The realibility coefficient of the friendly character test was considered very high (0.885) and self assesment scale for friendship character was categorized as very high (0.950) measured from the Cronbachs alpha. The technique for data analysis used the category for score items, one group pretest-posttest, and paired sample t-test. The result shows that there was a significant development of friendly character before and after the treatment and this model is effective to develop the students friendly character.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce the model of character education in the Junior High School based on classical-collaborative guidance services with experiential learning approach. This model is expected to optimize the role of school counsellors in actualizing the function and the role as implementers of character education in school. This research is designed by adopting the R, D D Model which is developed by Borg Gall, (1983). The first year of this research (2019), preliminary research stages has been build a conceptual framework for the hypothetical model design which is developed of supporting instruments. The second year (2020), the stage has conducted to develop episode focusing on all concretion device models in the form of instruments, drafting modules and tested it through a series of scientific procedures test, validation, revision, simulation to find suitable model. The third year (2021) product of this research has been implemented on thirteen Junior High Schools in various cities in Indonesia. The implementation of this model has shown encouraging results. Analysis results of the model implementation obtained the increasing results of character education between pre-test and post-test, and both teachers and students assessed this model to be more effective than the integrated character education model.
