Abstract

Saat ini dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mendukung proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan. PT. X sebagai sebuah perusahaan yang memiliki 6 anak perusahaan dan juga merupakan perusahaan yang sedang berkembang, saat ini proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawannya masih menggunakan metode manual dan juga menggunakan kertas. Hal tersebut dapat menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan di antaranya, banyaknya data pelamar yang hilang atau rusak, dan menghabiskan cukup banyak waktu dalam proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawannya. Selain itu dibutuhkan rekomendasi dan pemberian standar nilai dari data pelamar. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi rekrutmen dan seleksi dengan metode profile matching untuk membuat rekomendasi pelamar yang dinilai cocok untuk posisi tertentu.

Abstract

This research aims to create an effective referral model by applying the Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM) in the context of case X. This methodology focuses on integrating theory and practice to produce innovative solutions. By using this approach, the research proposes a model based on a theoretical framework that has proven effective. Data collection was conducted through surveys, interviews, and direct observation. The main focus of this research is the development of a model that not only enhances efficiency in the referral process but also improves service quality for stakeholders. The final results of the research include supporting artifacts for the solution development process, such as PRDs and flowcharts. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide practical guidance for companies or organizations facing challenges in managing complex referral processes. Therefore, this research is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of efficient and effective referral systems.

Abstract

This internship was conducted in the Digital Marketing division of PT Jayamandiri Gemasejati (JG Motor), an official Yamaha motorcycle dealer. The internship aimed to implement and evaluate digital marketing strategies to support the company’s promotional activities. The methods applied included social media management, marketplace optimization, creative content development, and paid advertising management to increase audience awareness and engagement. All activities were integrated into daily routine tasks to comprehensively support student learning outcomes. The results indicate that the implementation of digital marketing strategies through social media and marketplaces significantly expanded product information reach (increasing awareness) and built more effective interaction and communication with potential consumers (increasing engagement). Creative content management tailored to Yamaha product categories and promotional programs played an important role in maintaining the consistency of campaign performances. Overall, this internship contributed to improving the company's brand awareness and engagement and supported the development of student competencies in the field of digital marketing.
