Abstract

Most of the cultivation of essential oils, done with the process of distillation such as water distillation systems, direct steam distillation and steam boiler distillation. And was developed on a small/medium scale industry throughout the archipelago.In the process of water distillation, the flow rate and level of oil transport are determined by the ratio of raw materials volume versus distillations water volume. Later on, affected by the steam temperature as well. Both were influenced by the vapor pressure inside the boiling tank, which will determine the level of vapor saturation of oil to be transported.Modifiying the distillations process with applying a control tank to avoid decreasing of distillations watter during the process, with increasing the steam pressure, has successfully improove the oil transports until its optimum rates.By ratio of 4:1 with increasing steam pressure up to 0.3 kgf/cm2, has affecedt to incresing the steam temperature and the rate of oil transport, there for iproofing the yield from 0.44% to 0.71% by total of 80 l water condensate.

Abstract

“Pawiwahan” is a medium to conserve a cultural tradition, especially a Javanese cultural tradition. In practice, a cultural rite is guided by a “panatacara”. One of the media of understanding symbols in a cultural custom is by doing “chandra” on when such a procession that has been a tradition is held. “Panyandra” by a “panatacara” makes use of variative styles of language dealing with the capacity and trust of each individual. One of the styles of language used by a “panatacara” when “nyandra” is “pepindhan”, comprising of “sanepa”, “saloka” and “bebasan”. Pepindhan is used by a “panatacara” to disentangle the meaning and eyewitness report dealing with the beauty and grandeur of the ambience.

Abstract

Pendekatan keadilan restoratif dalam perkara anak dapat dicapai melalui penerapan diversi sebagaimana diatur dalam UU Sistem Peradilan Anak. Selama ini sudah ada diversi pada perkara anak, namun baru dilaksanakan di kepolisian. Padahal, jika ingin melindungi dan me-restorasi anak, korban, dan masyarakat, diversi harus dilakukan oleh penegak hukum pidana dalam semua tahapan secara terukur dan legal. Secara faktual, belumadanya hukum yang khusus mengatur diversi, kelemahan pelaksanaan peradilan pidana anak;  kekurangmampuan  LAPAS,  LAPAS Anak,  dan  Organisasi  Kema- syarakatan dalam membina anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum selama ini; keberhasilanpencapaian tujuan diversi pada anak di beberapa negara penye- bab lahirnya sistem diversi dalam perkara anak . Konsekuensinya, para pihak yang terlibat dalam proses dan pasca-diversi wajib menjamin kepentingan terbaik bagi anak dan korban.  Karena itu, pendidikan, pembinaan, pendam- pingan dan pengawasan anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum (baik yang diselesaikan dengan diversi maupun yang diadili melalui sistem peradilan pidana) wajib dilaksanakan secara sistemik.Konsekuensi yuridisnya, Peratur- an Pemerintah (PP) tentang diversi dan peraturan perundang-undangan lain, termasuk ketentuan organik yang dapat digunakan sebagai panduan di lemba-ga dan personil  yang terlibat dalam proses sebelum, saat, dan setelah diversi sangat dibutuhkan dalam rangka mencapai keadilan dalam kepastian hukum. Kata kunci: diversi, keadilan restoratif, anak
