Abstract

Dalam rangka penyiapan implementasi REDD dibutuhkan suatu kerangka kerja yang terdiri atas 5 komponen, diantaranya distribusi manfaat dan tanggung jawab. Dalam fase ini yang perlu disiapkan adalah aspek kelembagaan dan metodologi terkait REDD baik di tingkat nasional maupun sub nasional. Kajian ini membahas secara detail para pihak dan perannya dalam perancangan mekanisme distribusi manfaat dan tanggung jawab REDD. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah stakeholder analysis. Penelitian di lakukan di Kalimantan Tengah dan Sumatera Selatan pada tahun 2009. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stakeholder yang berperan dalam perancangan mekanisme distribusi insentif REDD adalah entitas internasional/nasional, Komnas REDD, Komda REDD, Kementerian Kehutanan, Kementerian Keuangan, pemerintah propinsi, pemerintah kabupaten, pengelola, masyarakat sekitar hutan, Lembaga Penilai Independen. Dengan mengetahui minat dan wewenang para stakeholder dalam perancangan mekanisme distribusi insentif REDD dapat disusun strategi perancangan mekanisme dengan melihat pada matriks minat dan kewenangan stakeholder. Selain itu diperlukan adanya regulasi yang kuat yang mengatur mekanisme pembayaran dan distribusi pembayaran REDD, paling tidak dalam bentuk Peraturan Pemerintah. Lebih lanjut yang perlu direspon dalam waktu dekat adalah peran sentral Kementerian Keuangan sebagai koordinator dalam penyusunan peraturan pemerintah mengenai pengaturan dana perimbangan antara pusat dan daerah dari hasil REDD.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know the factors which cause smoking behavior on student of Roudlotul Falah Moslem school, and how their smoking behavior: Subject of this research are six students of Roudlotul Falah Moslem School who smoke. Results from interview, observation, documentation, and graphic test (DAM and HTP). The results show the factors which cause smoking behavior of the students are psychological factors (one of way to be consider free and adult person among their friends who smoke, pass the free time, happiness, conformity, and considered manly, less confidence, and also education about disadvantages of smoking for health), environment factors (parental, siblings, peer group), cigarette advertisement, artist of cigarette advertisement, Moslem school regulation factor and society factor. In addition the result also shows that three is a cognitive dissonance in student who smokes. Three is inappropriate between cognition “I m a smoker" with cognition that smoking is makruh and it isn’t good for health.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to describe the implementation of problem based instruction in improving the achievement of science and social science of fifth grade students at 03 Madiun Lor Elementary School. The approach used was qualitative approach by using Classroom Action Researh. The research was done at 03 Madiun Lor Elementary School with the subject of research was the students of fifth grade for 7 months. The subjects was 27 students. The technique of collecting data used observation, questionnaire, and test. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The result showed that the implementation of problem based instruction learning model could improve the learning motivation of the students in learning science and social science of fifth grade students at 03 Madiun Lor Elementary School. The improvement of the learning motivation in cycle 1 was 45,56% and cycle 2 was 92,59%. The improvement of average scores in cycle 1 was 74,81 and cycle 2 was 86,67. The research was terminated in cycle 2 because the target was achieved.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaan problem based instruction dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPAS SD pada siswa kelas V SDN 03 Madiun Lor. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN 03 Madiun Lor selama 7 bulan. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket, dan tes. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaan problem based instruction dapat meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas V SDN 03 Madiun Lor. Peningkatan minat ditunjukkan dalam siklus 1 sebesar 45,56% dan siklus 2 sebesar 92,59% Sedangkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar pada siklus 1 sebesar 74,81 dan siklus 2 sebesar 86,67. Aktivitas riset dihentikan sampai pada siklus 2 karena target yang ditetapkan sudah terpenuhi.
