Abstract

The purposes of this reseach are : (1) to determine whether or not the amount of fixed assets, long term debt and equity in simultaneusly would affect the financial performances at Berdikari Livestock Limited; (2) to determine whether or not the amount of fixed assets, long term debt and equity, in partially would affect the financial performances at Berdikari Livestock Limited.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know and evaluate the concept of responsibility accounting applied as a tools of management at a service company in reaching effectiveness financial control and to analyze whether there are a relationship between applying responsibility accounting with the financial control effectiveness. Research method the used is quantitative method with the survey technique, that is research method taking sample from one population and use questioner as a tools of data collecting, then processed, analyzed and also also compared to existing theory, while data examination used data examination and device of hypothesis examination. From result of research which writer have execute in five hotel in Tasikmalaya, the company have applied responsibility accountancy good enough, this matter can know pursuant to conditions which must be fulfilled. The final examination obtained from two center of responsibility in five hotel that become responder are that there are positive relationship between applying adequate responsibility accounting with the financial control effectiveness, with correlation level 60 % where examination conducted use the Correlation Coefficient Analysis rank Kendall.

Abstract

Analisis Pengaruh Tata Kelola Perusahaan Dan Keputusan Investasi Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Sub Sektor Perbankan Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Perkembangan tata kelola perusahaan dan keputusan investasi yang pesat pada sektor perbankan menjadi dasar penilaian investor untuk menilai nilai suatu perusahaan sehingga layak menjadi pilihan investasi khususnya pada sektor perbankan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu: melalui pengumpulan data laporan keuangan beberapa bank yang menjadi objek penelitian yang terdiri dari neraca dan laporan laba rugi 29 bank umum yang terdaftar di BEI, dengan periode akuntansi 2018-2022. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: keputusan investasi berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, Tata kelola perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image dan digital marketing terhadap purchase intention (niat beli) kain tenun Sekomandi pada UMKM di Desa Hinua, Kecamatan Bonehau, Kabupaten Mamuju. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 30 responden yang telah membeli kain tenun Sekomandi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Demikian pula, digital marketing juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Secara simultan, brand image dan digital marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli konsumen terhadap produk kain tenun Sekomandi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya strategi penguatan citra merek dan optimalisasi media digital dalam memasarkan produk budaya lokal agar mampu meningkatkan minat beli masyarakat. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan kapasitas UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of task aversiveness and fear of failure on employee procrastination at the Secretariat Office of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of West Sulawesi Province. Procrastination is understood as a deviation in work behavior, where employees deliberately and repeatedly postpone the completion of tasks that are actually part of their core duties and responsibilities. A quantitative approach was applied using multiple linear regression analysis, since the study involved two independent variables and one dependent variable. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 95 respondents, all of whom are civil servants (Aparatur Sipil Negara or ASN) at the Secretariat Office of DPRD West Sulawesi Province. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The findings reveal that task aversiveness (X1) has a significant effect on procrastination, with a t-value of 3.492 greater than the t-table value of 1.986, and a significance level of 0.001 (< 0.05). Similarly, fear of failure (X2) also shows a significant influence, with a t-value of 5.065 exceeding the t-table value of 1.986, and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). These results indicate that both independent variables significantly affect employee procrastination. Moreover, the simultaneous F-test results show that the calculated F-value of 36.436 is higher than the F-table value of 3.095, with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). This confirms that the regression model used is suitable for explaining employee procrastination at the Secretariat Office of DPRD West Sulawesi Province.
