Abstract

Under water lamp (Lacuda) is one of the solutions to the problems of lift net fisherman who uses lights above the water level. Lacuda technology is less developed, fishermen have difficulty to make improvements, difficult to find stores selling Lacuda, and the price is still relatively expensive. LED lamps have better specifications when compared with incandescent lamps. This study aims to find out how to assemble lacuda using LED lights, analyzing the productivity of lift net using LED lacuda lights, knowing the characteristics (weakness of excess) lacuda LED light and its development strategy. The method used in this research is fishing or experimental fishing trials and data analysis using comparative descriptive analysis. The catch with Lacuda LED is 95.6 kg and the catch with fishing light is 73.7 kg. SR analysis showed a real effect between the type of lamp treatment with F count 5.0892 and F table 4.38 with 95% confidence level. Further test of DMRT showed that LED lacuda treatment gave the highest yield on fish catch in lift net . Characteristics of advantages and disadvantages lacuda LED operational cost-effective, providing more catch, easy to carry. Lacuda LEDs are prone to leakage, using multiple cables, simple dim systems

Abstract

East Belitung regency is one of the regency which has a watershed area with the potential of fishery resources. This area is still classified as areas that have not yet done a lot of exploitation of fishery resources, especially freshwater fisheries. This study aims to analyze the fish diversity which contained in the Lenggang river, East Belitung Regency. The research was conducted on March 2017 in Lenggang River. This research used the purposive sampling method, on 3 stations of Lenggang River. The Sero fishing gear used for sampling of fish. The results obtained as many as 103 individuals at station 1 consists of 11 types which are grouped in 10 families, at station 2 as much as 466 individuals consists of 9 types grouped in 5 families, and then at station 3 contain the highest composition of fish is 538 individuals consisting of 8 types, which are grouped in 5 families. The fish diversity in Lenggang River ranged from 1,870 to 2,147 which are included in the criteria of medium diversity

Abstract

Bedukang waters areas have high natural resources and environmental services, including coral reefs ecosystem. The aim of this study to analyze the abundance of Chaetodontidae and Pomacentridae.Percentage of live coral cover, and relationship of Chaetodontidae and Pomacentridae with habitat conditions. This research was conducted in March 2018. Belt Transect method used to collect fishes data and Line Intercept Transect to coral reefs. Data analysis uses Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Correspondent Analysis (CA). The results showed 14 fishes species, 2 species of fishes family Chaetdontidae, and 12 species of fishesPomacentridae 2.267 ind/ha. The highest species composition is Neoglyphidodon nigroris and the lowest Amphiprion clarkii. The abundance of Chaetodontidae and Pomacentridae 14 species. The highest abundance at station 4 was 4,860 ind/ha and the lowest at station 1 was 820 ind/ha. The percentage of coral reef cover is in poor, medium and good condition with an average of 39.66%. The abundance of Chaetodontidae and Pomacentridae fish in Bedukang waters is influence by the percentage of live coral and algae cover. Chaetodontidae and Pomacentridae in Bedukang waters favor Acropora, Euphylia, Favites, Fungia, Galaxia, Goniopora, Lobophyllia, Pavona, Porites, Psammocora,Turbinaria, Cypastrea, Montipora, Platygyra andSymphylliagenus

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the content of Pb and Cd in sediments in the river Pakil, Bangka, analyze the content of TOC and texture characteristics of sediments and fine sediment menganallisis relationship with heavy metals, as well as analyze the relationship between TOC with heavy metals. The experiment was conducted in April in Pakil River. Sampling in this research field as muchthree stations and three repetitions. Results of measurement of heavy metals in sediment Pb with an average range of 3.96 to 12.26 mg / kg. The measurement results Cd heavy metal content in the sediment with average range <.0004 to 0.53 mg / kg. Pb heavy metal content in the above mentioned stations have not passed the quality standard limits, for heavy metals Cd (Station 1) has passed the quality standard threshold based on the quality standards according to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA, 2000).The results of the correlation between heavy metals Pb with Sediment Texture positive correlation with R ² value of 0.5021, the correlation between the heavy metals Cd in Sediment Texture positive correlation with R² value of 0.7154. Correlation between heavy metals Pb with TOC in sediments positive correlation with R ² value of 0.9764, the correlation between heavy metals Pb with TOC in sediments positive correlation with R² value of 0.9956.
