Abstract

Amyl is an important part of PKPU Cabang Semarang as Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).The role of PKPU to collect dan distribute zakat is not easy, and it takes a professional amyl. Therefore, it is necessary to know about amyl motives. The aim of this research is for identify the intrinsic motivation that influences motivation of PKPU Officials as an amyl. The other purposes of this research also to know whether there are Islamic and prosocial motivation on the PKPU cabang Semarang officials self. This research uses qualitative method where the process of collecting data is conducted with interview, so it can discovers more about amyl PKPU Cabang Semarang profession. The object in this research is PKPU officials who have passed minimum two years working period. The result of this research explain that work motivation of PKPU official influenced by work values, individual attitudes, personal desires and expectations, fatigue and work boredom and individual ability. In this research also found that there are form of Islamic and prosocial motivation on the PKPU officials

Abstract

Commercialization of Higher Education has become an increasingly dominant issue in the educational system in the era of Technology 4.0. This article attempts to identify the changes in the higher education paradigm caused by commercialization, including rising educational costs, profit, and influence on the curriculum. Additionally, the article examines the impact of commercialization on higher education, the challenges it faces, and ways to overcome the existing barriers. The research conducted a literature review. The writer uses documents such as journals, books, and online media as data sources. The collected data was analyzed using content analysis methods. This research reveals that the commercialization of education is a deliberate system created by both governments and investors. The government minimizes the government budget expenses by changing PTN to PTN-BH. At the same time, the investors try to optimize their profits from educational institutions without considering the achievement of educational goals. On the other hand, the commercialization of education reflects that education is treated as a commodity. However, it must be acknowledged that the commercialization of education has both positive and negative impacts. Therefore, efforts to mitigate the commercialization of education that can serve as a solution are needed. In this regard, the government, as the education decision maker, must regulate higher education quality and ensure broader accessibility. This requires a balanced approach between the commercial needs of universities and the interests of the public in providing quality education. Additionally, higher education must continue adapting to Technology 4.0 to maximize the potential for more inclusive and relevant education while maintaining the integrity of education and Islamic values.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Globalization and digitalization are two phenomena that cannot be separated from human life today, including in the field of education. Globalization has opened wider access to information and communication, while digitalization has presented various technologies that can be used in the learning process.In this paper, we will discuss the impact of globalization and digitalization on education, both from a positive and negative perspective. Positive impacts include increased access and quality of education, while negative impacts include misuse of technology and moral degradation.Islamic education is also not immune from the influence of globalization and digitalization. To face these challenges, Islamic education needs to make various adaptations and innovations, including by developing a curriculum that is relevant to the needs of the times, utilizing technology wisely, and instilling strong moral values. ABSTRAK Globalisasi dan digitalisasi adalah dua fenomena yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia saat ini, termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Globalisasi telah membuka akses yang lebih luas ke informasi dan komunikasi, sementara digitalisasi telah memperkenalkan berbagai teknologi yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam makalah ini, kita akan membahas dampak globalisasi dan digitalisasi pada pendidikan, baik dari sudut pandang positif maupun negatif. Dampak positifnya meliputi peningkatan akses dan kualitas pendidikan, sementara dampak negatifnya mencakup penyalahgunaan teknologi dan degradasi moral.Pendidikan Islam juga tidak luput dari pengaruh globalisasi dan digitalisasi. Untuk menghadapi tantangan ini, pendidikan Islam perlu melakukan berbagai penyesuaian dan inovasi, termasuk dengan mengembangkan kurikulum yang relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman, menggunakan teknologi dengan bijaksana, dan menanamkan nilai-nilai moral yang kuat.
