Abstract

Abstract [English]:In the customary of low,  marriage is a matter that is blessed with kinship, family and community. until now some communities have consistently carried out weddings that are based on the culture of the local community. Pineng marriage to Abung Nunyai in North Lampung is one example of this traditional marriage. The author is interested in researching the marriage practices of indigenous Abung Nunyai and a review of Islamic law regarding the practice of traditional marriage. The purpose of this study was to determine the local culture of the community in marriage, as well as the legal status of implementing the practice of marriage. This research is field research, using al-Urf theory and descriptive analysis method.Abstrak[Indonesia]: Secara hukum, adat pernikahan merupakan urusan yang berkaitan dengan kekerabatan, keluarga dan masyarakat, sehingga sampaisaat ini beberapa masyarakat tetap konsisten melaksanakan pernikahan yang berlandasakan kebudayaan masyarakat lokal, salah satunya adalah pernikahan Pineng masyarakat adat Abung Nunyai di Lampung Utara. Hal tersebut yang menarik penulis untuk meneliti terkait  praktik pernikahan masyarakat adat Abung Nunyai dantinjauan hukum Islam mengenai praktik pernikahan adat tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebudayaan lokal masyarakat di dalam pernikahan, serta status hukum pelaksanaan praktik pernikahan tersebut. Abstract

Alternative fuels are waste-derived materials that can be converted into substitutes for petroleum-based fuels. Alternative fuels can be derived from agricultural waste, which is often underutilized and no longer viable for direct use. Among various types, cassava peels and sugarcane peels are promising feedstocks for bioethanol production due to their high carbohydrate and glucose content. Cassava and pineapple peels are rich in fermentable sugars, making them suitable for producing liquid fuels such as bioethanol with concentrations exceeding 80%. The fermentation results of these materials were followed by distillation at 80°C to obtain initial stage of bioethanol. The highest water content of 76% was recorded at a fermentation time of 9, while the maximum bioethanol yield reached 35.2%, with a corresponding calorific value of 1490.46 kcal/kg. At the same fermentation duration, the lowest flash point was observed at 20°C. This low flash point indicates that the resulting bioethanol evaporates easily at lower temperatures, a behavior influenced by the fuel's density and water content. Furthermore, significant interactions were observed between the raw material composition, the addition of EM4 bioactivator, and yeast during fermentation. These factors collectively influenced the methane (CH4) content generated, highlighting their role in optimizing the fermentation process.

Abstract

This according to the perspective of Mahmud Syaltut when there is an agreement there is no need to be disputed and there are new opinions. Mahmud SyaltutAbout Family Planning. This research is a library research study or library research, that is research conducted through data collection or scientific papers with research objects or data collection that is. The results of the study show that Family Planning (KB) law, so that this research can be developed for the benefit of a wider range of family planning programs that will be able to sort the desired community groups, so that the number must be increased and undesirable community groups so that the number must control. The implementation of the Family Planning (KB) program must be based on good intentions and the Implementation of Family Planning (KB) must be in accordance with Islamic Law.
