Abstract

This study discusses the Construction of Malay Woman Entrepreneurs. This research departs from the beginning of Malay Women with qualities such as self-satisfaction, lack of full, inefficient in doing things, lack of respect for time, lack of imagination and less persistent in effort. Tabrani further describes this ethnic decline caused by their characteristic that can be formulated: (1) the ability to compete in this tribe is very small, (2) Poverty is a common food, (3) Shadow of lack of quality food, replace the peat land blocking rice crops to flourish, (4) satisfaction towards the results achieved and strongly bound family groups that are difficult to develop, and (5) educational patterns that do not lead them to lead generation Problem formulation of the Women's Construction in Malay Culture on Women Entrepreneurs. Data Source is the primary source of results from interviews with some narasimber. Secondary sources are examined from the data of books relating to Women and Construction The results of this study review the values of Malay women entrepreneurs ie, diligent in running a business, have a good time management, high creativity in product development in the right. In the division of gender roles, it is seen that Malay women have no significant advantages in performing their role both as mother and wife as well as a businessman. All benefits in the division of labor are addressed wisely. Among them are caregivers at the same place in business, division of domestic role with husband and so forth. In women's capacity building and business development, Malay women mostly perform their capacities by participating in government programs and self-reliant institutions. With the development of capacity, it is easy for Malay women to formulate stratehi of business development.

Abstract

Islamic banking is one of the economic sectors that becomes the wheel of rotation of funds in a country that must develop and follow market. The application of financial technology to improve the efficiency of operational activities and the quality of bank services to its customers, because the utilization of financial technology is in line with the growing community needs for online-based financial services and the use of internet media for digital data. The rapid growth of technology and digital development has brought about business changes. If two decades ago financial technology innovations were still centered on internal banking, nowadays technological innovations are also reaching the customers or consumers. The question that arises is how much digital finance can be used by people who are not bankable (lower class society) whose transaction rates are small, who have low income, the distance to remote bank locations, information on banking is limited. What is the impact of digital finance on SME businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Umar bin Khattab's economic thinking about fiscal policy and determine the extent of its relevance in Indonesia. This type of research is library research using qualitative analysis methods and using a combination of library research techniques and views from informants who share Umar bin Khattab's thoughts on fiscal policy and its relevance in Indonesia. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data. It can be concluded that Umar bin Khattab in setting his policies considered maqashid sharia with the aim of benefiting the Muslim community and the progress of the country he led. State revenues consist of zakat as the largest state income, kharaj, ghanimah (1/5 of the spoils of war), usyr, jizyah, and fa'i. The funds obtained are well managed by Baitul Maal as the State finance/treasury management body. Baitul Maal is also equipped with several departments so that state finances can be managed in a structured and systematic manner. According to Umar bin Khattab, the relevance of fiscal policy to fiscal policy in Indonesia is Baitul Maal and the Ministry of Finance, as well as usyr and import duties. While the irrelevant concepts are Zakat as a fiscal policy, ghanimah and Rupbasan, kharaj and Land and Building Tax, jizyah, and fa'i.
