Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence the lifestyle of modern female investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the city of Palembang. The object of this research is the Women's Investor in the Indonesian Stock Exchange capital market in Palembang City. The sample collection method uses non-probability sampling techniques and sampling techniques based on judgmental sampling. Samples were taken as many as 150 female investors in the city of Palembang. Test data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) software.The results of the tests that have been carried out show that: first, the investment variable has a positive and significant effect on the variable of modern female investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Palembang City. Second, the Lifestyle variable influences the variable of modern female investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Palembang City

Abstract

This research was conducted in theethnis china non muslim customers of Islamic Banks in Palembang city. The purposes of this research are to see how big the influence Religius Stimuli and Profit Sharing towards ethnis china customer’s non muslim Islamic banks. The population of this research is all the non muslim customers who financing. This research used 120 respondents and using Purposive Sampling techniques. Problem solving performed using Structural Equation Model analysis techniques or SEM. From the results of research, the writer obtained the conclution that religius stimuly and profit sharing influenced towards ethnis china Non Muslim Customer.

Abstract

Masalah sampah tidak pernah habis dibahas karena sampah dihasilkan setiap hari. Akan tetapi, masalah tidak hanya sekedar memahami bagaimana cara mengelola sampah, tetapi juga harus disertakan dengan tindakan perilaku masyarakat. Dalam hal ini dibutuhkan peran perempuan dalam mengatasi persoalan sampah karena sebagai pengelola rumah tangga dapat berinteraksi dengan lingkungan dan sumber daya alam. Dengan begitu, para perempuan dapat membantu kesejahteraan keluarga dengan mengikuti kegiatan di Bank Sampah. Bukan hanya kesejahteraan dalam aspek material, tetapi juga dibutuhkan kesejahteraan dalam aspek spiritual yang dibutuhkan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan perempuan melalui bank sampah untuk kesejahteraan keluarga dalam perspektif Islam. Sebagai tempat penelitian, peneliti menunjukkan Bank Sampah “Sakura” yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Talang Kelapa Palembang. Pembahasan ini mengunakan studi deskriptif kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini pemilihan informan yang ditetapkan adalah pengurus dan anggota Bank Sampah “Sakura”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan perempuan melalui Bank Sampah untuk kesejahteraan keluarga telah dilakukan di Bank Sampah “Sakura”. Dilihat dari indikator pemberdayaan perempuan, perempuan dapat berperan aktif dalam kegiatan Bank Sampah “Sakura”. Dalam hal ini para perempuan mendapat izin suami untuk menjalankan kegiatan Bank Sampah. Meskipun belum mendapat upah yang maksimal, para perempuan memperoleh kesejahteraan spiritual dengan kebahagiaan. Para perempuan tidak menjadikan kegiatan ini sumber pendapatan keluarga, karena suami mereka bekerja dan menafkahi keluarga. Selain itu, konsep kesejahteraan Islam dan Maqasid Syariah telah terlihat dan dijalankan di Bank Sampah “Sakura”.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment and the lifestyle of female investors in Islamic capital market South Sumatra. The research method used is exploratory research, where the variables are measured by a Likert scale. The data collection method was carried out by interview (interview), with a questionnaire and documentary study. Data processing using Structural Equation Model (SEM) software. The results showed that (1) investment has a positive and significant impact on female investors in Islamic capital market South Sumatra (2) Lifestyle affects modern female investors in Islamic capital market South Sumatra.

Abstract

Abstract; The development of digital technology has driven the increasing use of digital wallet applications as a non-cash payment instrument in Indonesia. However, the decision to use digital wallets among Muslim students is not only influenced by technological factors, but also by aspects of Islamic financial literacy and perceptions of Islamic compliance. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic financial literacy, ease of transactions, and perceptions of Islamic compliance on the decision to use digital wallet applications among Muslim students in Palembang City. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 126 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that Islamic financial literacy and perceptions of Islamic compliance did not significantly influence the decision to use digital wallet applications. Conversely, ease of transactions had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use digital wallet applications. The Adjusted R² value of 0.578 indicates that the three independent variables are able to explain 57.8% of the variation in the decision to use digital wallet applications, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings indicate that Muslim students' decisions to use digital wallets are more influenced by ease of transactions than by aspects of Islamic financial literacy or perceptions of Islamic compliance.Keywords: Islamic financial literacy, ease of transactions, perception of Islamic compliance, usage decisions, digital wallets.
