Abstract

Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular (FMA) banyak ditemukan pada perakaran kopi. Tujuan dari percobaan ini untuk mempelajari pengaruh pemberian takaran FMA terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kopi Arabika (Coffea arabica L). Percobaan dilaksanakan dari bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Agustus 2017, bertempat di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Winaya Mukti, Tanjungsari, Sumedang, dengan ketinggian tempat 850 m dpl. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) terdiri atas enam perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak empat kali.  Perlakuan takaran FMA jenis Glomus agregatum yang terdiri dari A = 0  g tan-1; B = 10 g tan -1; C = 20 g tan-1; D = 30 g tan-1; E = 40 g tan-; dan F = 50 g tan-1. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa pemberian takaran inokulasi FMA  berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman dan bobot kering tanaman. Pemberian takaran inokulasi FMA dengan takaran 40 g tan-1- sampai 50 g tan-1 memberikan pengaruh yang terbaik terhadap tinggi tanaman dan bobot kering tanaman. Dengan demikian pemberian FMA 40 g tan-1- sampai 50 g tan-1 dapat digunakan pada pembibitan kopi arabika. Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) is commonly found in coffee roots.  The purpose of the research was to study effect of AMF application on growth of arabica coffee seedling (Coffea arabica L). The research was conducted from May to August 2017, at Research Station of Agriculture Faculty Universitas Winaya Mukti, Tanjungsari Sumedang, at 850 m above sea levels. The research used Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisted of six treatments and four replications. The treatment was dosage of AMF from Glomus agregatum type i.e. : A = 0 g plant-1; B = 10 g  plant-1; C = 20 g plant-1; D = 30 g plant-1; E = 40 g plant-1; F = 50 g plant-1. Each plot consisted of 10 polybag with 4 sample plants. The research result showed that application of AMF affected on plant height and dry weight of plant, which the best effect was generated by 40 g plant-1- until 50 g plant-1 dosages . It is simply that AMF 40 g plant-1 - 50 g plant-1  can be used in arabica coffee nursery.

Abstract

A study to determine the effect of various types of mixed planting media on Arabica coffee seed germination was carried out in April to May 2019, located in the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Winaya Mukti, Tanjungsari, Sumedang. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replications. The planting media used in this study were mixed media consisting of A = soil; B = mixture of soil and manure (1: 1); C = mixture of soil and charcoal (1: 1); D = mixture of soil, manure and husk charcoal (1: 1: 1), The results of the study showed the planting media in the form of soil, a mixture of soil with manure or charcoal husk, and the mixture of the three did not affect the germination of seeds, but the use of in the form of a mixture of soil with manure and husk charcoal can increase the germination index compared to the media in the form of soil without mixture.

Abstract

The experiment was carried out in Cigargadung, Cigendel Village, Pamulihan District, Sumedang City, with an altitude of 794 meters above sea level with Latosol soil type. The experimental period starts from June – August 2021. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of the right concentration of liquid organic fertilizer in rabbit urine on the growth and yield of Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L) plants and to obtain the right concentration of liquid organic fertilizer on plant growth and yield. Pakcoy. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RBD) with six treatments of rabbit urine concentration and repeated four times. The treatments were A = 0 ml L1 water (control), B = 2 ml L-1, C = 4 ml L-1, D = 6 ml L-1, E = 8 ml L-1, and F = 10 ml L-1. The results of the experiment showed that different administration of liquid organic fertilizer in rabbit urine had an effect on the growth and yield of pakcoy plants. The experimental results showed that giving treatment B = 2 ml L-1 LDP of rabbit urine had an effect on plant height growth of 35 DAP, number of leaves 21 DAP, leaf diameter 42 DAP, fresh weight 42 DAP, dry weight 42 DAP, and Root Decay Ratio 42 DAP. on pakcoy plants compared to other treatments.

Abstract

The aim of the article is to study the interaction effect between NAA and BAP concentration on protocorm growth and to know the proper concentration for growth of Dendrobium  spectabile  orchid protocorm. This research method using an experimental method which is conducted in the Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty of Winaya Mukti University, Tanjungsari Subdistrict, Sumedang District. The experiment was conducted from June 2017 until September 2017. The experiment used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with the factorial pattern, consisting of two factors and repeated twice. the first factor was the effect of NAA concentration which consisted of five levels, namely without NAA, 0.5 mg kg-1, 1.0 mg kg-1, 1.5 mg kg-1, and 2.0 mg kg-1.  The second factor is the BAP concentration which consists of five levels, namel without BAP, 1.0 mg kg-1, 2.0 mg kg-1, 3.0 mg kg-1, and 4.0 mg kg-1. Eksplant is protocorm from orchid D. spectabile which is grown on MS medium (Murashig and Skoog) half recipe as base medium accompanied by each treatment for 12 weeks. The experimental results show that there is an interaction between the effect of NAA and BAP concentration on the number of leaves only. Without NAA or 1.5 mg kg-1 NAA concentration with BAP 2.0 mg kg-1 gives more leaves.  Independent of NAA or BAP concentrations did not affect the number of buds, number of roots, root length, fresh and dry weight of plantlets, and also growth ability of plantlets.  BAP concentration only affect plant height, and the highest plantlet height is found without add of BAP in medium culture

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk organik cair urin kelinci terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil serta mengetahui dosis terbaik terhadap tanaman pakcoy varietas nauli F1. Percobaan dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Balai Penelitian Tanaman Sayuran (Balitsa), Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Percobaan dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober sampai dengan November, menggunakan rancangan eksperimen RAK sederhana dengan 6 perlakuan (dosis urin) yaitu: 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, dan 50 ml/tanaman dan diulangi sebanyak 4 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya dosis urin yang berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil. Dosis terbaik pada pertumbuhan (tinggi tanaman umur 21 HST dan 28 HST, jumlah daun umur 28 HST, luas daun 14 HST, serta pada bobot per tanaman dan bobo per petak umur 28 HST). Dosis terbaik ditunjukan oleh perlakuan E dan F dengan dosis sebanyak 40 ml tanaman-1 dan 50 ml tanaman-1. Dosis terbaik ditunjukan pada perlakuan 40 dan 50 ml/tanaman.

Abstract

Percobaan ini dilakukan di Desa Cikondang, Kecamatan Ganeas Kabupaten Sumedang pada  ketinggian  500  meter  di  atas  permukaan  laut,  pada  tanah  podsolik.  Tujuan percobaan ini : 1). Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh pemberian takaran pupuk kandang kambing terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang panjang 2). Untuk mengetahui pemberian takaran pupuk kandang kambing manakah yang memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang panjang. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola sederhana. Pemberian takaran pupuk kandang kambing yang digunakan terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dengan 5 ulangan yaitu: A = 10 t ha-1, B = 20 t ha-1, C = 30 t ha-1, D = 40 t ha-1, E = 50 t ha-1. Hasil percobaan menunjukan bahwa pemberian dengan takaran B = 20 t ha-1  pupuk kandang kambing menghasilkan Pengaruh yang baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang panjang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemberian berbagai jenis pakan ikan lele berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman kangkung dengan sistem akuaponik. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di lahan percobaan Desa Panyindangan pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2020. Rancangan Lingkungan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok(RAK) terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak 5 kali perlakuan percobaan yaitu : A (Tanpa Pakan),B (Pakan Pelet),C (Pakan Magot),D (Pakan Azola+Pelet),E (Pakan Magot+Pelet). Jenis pakan ikan berpengaruh terhadap pengamatan jumlah daun 14 HST dengan perlakuan E (pakan maggot+pelet) dan D (Pakan Azola+Pelet) pada umur 30 HST,volume akar dan  bobot basah tanaman. Jenis pakan yang paling baik yaitu perlakuan E (Pakan Magot+Pelet) pada pengamatan jumlah daun umur 30HST.
