Abstract

Literasi keuangan sangat erat hubungannya dengan manajemen keuangan. Literasi keuangan merupakan salah satu hal pentingbagi setiap individu, salah satunya bagi remaja. Literasi keuangan bagi remaja bertujuan agar remaja dapat terhindar dari suatumasalah keuangan terutama berkaitan dengan perilaku konsumtif, indikator dari manajemen keuangan yaitu (1) pengetahuanumum pengelolaan keuangan, (2) tabungan dan pinjaman, (3) asuransi, (4) investasi. Indikator dari perilaku konsumtif yaitu (1)iklan, (2) lingkungan, (3) pengaruh teman.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji tingkat literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif remaja Sumbawa. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian Kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner pada 100 responden yaituremaja Sumbawa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisisregresi Logistik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif signifikan antaraliterasikeuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Dimana semakin tinggi literasi keuangan maka perilaku konsumtif akan menurun.Kata Kunci: literasi keuangan, perilaku konsumtif, dan remaja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER) dan total asset turnover (TATO) terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan manufaktur di BEI tahun 2013-2015. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio-rasio keuangan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan menggunakan metode data panel dengan fixed effect (FE). Jumlah populasi adalah sebesar 143 perusahaan manufaktur, sedangkan sampel yang di dapatkan sesuai dengan kriteria pengambilan sampel (purposive sampling) adalah sebanyak 16 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel (current ratio (CR) dan debt to equity ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif terhadap return on asset (ROA), sedangkan total asset turnover (TATO) berpengaruh positif terhadap return on asset (ROA). Secara bersama-sama CR, DER dan TATO berpengaruh terhadap ROA akan tetapi hanya 55.15% variabel ROA dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel CR, DER dan TATO secara bersama-sama. Kata Kunci : CR, DER, TATO dan ROA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Brand Experience Dan Brand Personality Terhadap Customer Loyalty Smartphone Samsung (studi pada mahasiswa Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa). Variabel yang digunakan yaitu, Brand Experience, Brand Personality. Populasi adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif UTS yang menggunakan smartphone samsung dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS. Jenis data yakni data primer yang didapat dari hasil pengisian kuesioner dengan penilaian skala likert 4 poin. Uji prasyarat meliputi uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolinearitas serta teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel brand experience berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty dan brand personality berpengaruh terhadap Customer loyalty.

Abstract

A growing local epidemic that has caused a health crisis and disrupted economic growth, especially in Indonesia, the spread of COVID-19 has created a sudden and sharp drop in revenue for companies in many industries, one of which is the property sector, which has been severely affected, causing consumers and investors delay or wait for the situation to improve to make purchases in the property sector. The research objective is to examine the effect of capital structure (debt to equity ratio) and profitability (ratio on equity) on firm value (price earning ratio). The population consists of 65 companies, a sample of 14 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using panel data regression analysis using the documentation method. The test results are obtained from software eviews 12. The results of the study are that the capital structure (DER) has a positive and significant effect on firm value. , profitability (ROE) has a negative and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Generation Z has a high interest in owning their own business (entrepreneurship). However, in many conditions, Generation Z lacks experience and knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship. In providing solutions to these problems, community service activities are held for students who are still in school, especially for Vocational High School (SMK) students who will later become young entrepreneurs. In this service, students are given material on financial management, human resource management and also business strategy management. Using a workshop method filled by the Management Study Program service team, students are introduced to several important concepts in entrepreneurship, namely the role of human resource management, entrepreneurship strategies and the concept of financial planning. As a result of this workshop, students become more aware of and have an interest in entrepreneurship after graduating from secondary education.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTerjadi peningkatan jumlah investor pasar modal setiap tahunnya, namun masih tidak sebanding dengan jumlah populasi masyarakat Indonesia. Rendahnya jumlah investor di pasar modal menandakan bahwa tingkat literasi masyarakat masih cukup rendah. Gen Z selaku generasi muda merupakan asset masa depan yang perlu diberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya investasi terutama di pasar modal. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dalam bentuk workshop dengan 3 tahapan yaitu tahap sosialisasi, pelaksanaan workshop dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan minat investasi di pasar modal pada generasi Z. Selain itu kegiatan ini melakukan kerja sama dengan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) cabang NTB mampu menarik minat peserta dengan difasilitasi pembuatan account saham secara gratis. Selain itu, 40%  peserta workshop tertarik untuk membuat account saham melalui Galeri Investasi FEB UTS untuk bisa trading saham di pasar modal. Kata kunci: pasar modal; investor; saham; gen Z ABSTRACTThere is an increase in the number of capital market investors every year, but it is still not proportional to the total population of the Indonesian people. The low number of investors in the capital market indicates that the level of public literacy is still quite low. Gen Z as the younger generation is a future asset that needs to be given an understanding of the importance of investing, especially in the capital market. The method of implementing the service is carried out in the form of a workshop with 3 stages, namely the socialization stage, the implementation of the workshop and the evaluation. The result of this service is an increase in knowledge and interest in investing in the capital market in generation Z. In addition, this activity in collaboration with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) NTB branch is able to attract participants' interest by facilitating the creation of stock accounts online. free.
