Abstract

In this modern and increasingly sophisticated era, various types of markets have emerged, one of which is modern retail. Many modern retailers open up job opportunities for those who have just finished their studies. This study aims to examine whether financial knowledge, lifestyle and income affect the financial management of modern retail employees in Sumbawa Regency. This study uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents obtained by non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were processed using multiple linear analysis techniques SPSS software. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that (1) the financial knowledge variable has a positive and significant influence on financial management for modern retail employees in Sumbawa Regency. (2) lifestyle variables have a positive and significant influence on financial management of modern retail employees in Sumbawa Regency. (3) income variable has a positive and significant effect on financial management of modern retail employees in Sumbawa Regency

Abstract

Masalah global yang disebut peringatan global menimbulkan kekhawatiran masyarakat terhadap kerusakan lingkungan yang semakin mengancam, sehingga meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pelestarian lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keputusan pembelian produk AMDK merek AQUA di Kabupaten Sumbawa yang dipengaruhi oleh Green Product dan Green Brand. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi seluruh konsumen yang membeli air minum dalam kemasan merek Aqua di Kabupaten Sumbawa (Brang bara, Brang biji, Bugis, Konsentrat, Seketeng, Samapuin). Sampel penelitian menggunakan non-probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Green Product tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk AMDK Aqua di Kabupaten Sumbawa dan Variabel Green Brand berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk AMDK merek Aqua di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh Green Product dan Green Brand terhadap keputusan pembelian, menunjukkan bahwa Green Products tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan Green Brands berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Financial performance is a description of a company's financial condition related to its financial aspects. This study aimed to determine and analyze partially or simultaneously the effect of the variables Current Ratio (CR), Debt-to-EquityRatio (DER) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) on Return on Assets (ROA). The population in this study were pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-2020, which were then selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in a sample of seven companies. The analytical method used in this study was panel data regression analysis with the requirements test, specifically the classical assumption test utilizing the EViews 9 program. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio (CR) has a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), the Debt-to-EquityRatio (DER) has no effect on Return on Assets (ROA), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) has a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). This study also shows that the Current Ratio, Debt-to-Equity Ratio, and Total Assets Turnover have a simultaneous effect on Return on Assets (ROA).

Abstract

The study aims to test the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Equity on the share prices of food and beverage companies that distribute dividends and are listed on the IDX in 2018-2020. The population in this study were all food and beverage companies that distributed dividends and registered with the IDX priode 2018-2020. The sample is done with census techniques. The samples used were 10 food and beverage companies.The data analysis technique used is the analysis of panel data analysis with the help of the eviwes 09 application. The results of analysis and discussion of this study showed (H1) Partially DER has a significant negative effect on stock prices and (H2) Partially ROE has a significant positive effect on stock prices. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test showed that the value of Adjusted R Square = 0.317237 this means the ability of DER and ROE in explaining stock prices in food and beverage companies that distributed dividends in 2018-2020 amounted to 31.72% the remaining 68.28% was influenced by other factors outside the model not studied in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is an effect of brand image and price on buyer satisfaction and its impact on buyer loyalty of Instant Noodle Products by Overseas Students at the Sumbawa University of Technology. This type of research is quantitative with the population is the Sumbawa people who consume instant noodles. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire using google form and the sampling technique is purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The results show that Brand Image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Instant Noodle Products by overseas students at the Sumbawa University of Technology. Price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of instant noodle products by overseas students at the Sumbawa University of Technology. Satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty to instant noodles by overseas students at the Sumbawa University of Technology. Brand Image through consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty for instant noodle products by overseas students at the Sumbawa University of Technology and prices through consumer satisfaction have a significant effect on consumer loyalty for instant noodle products by overseas students at the Sumbawa University of Technology

Abstract

ABSTRAKTerjadi peningkatan jumlah investor pasar modal setiap tahunnya, namun masih tidak sebanding dengan jumlah populasi masyarakat Indonesia. Rendahnya jumlah investor di pasar modal menandakan bahwa tingkat literasi masyarakat masih cukup rendah. Gen Z selaku generasi muda merupakan asset masa depan yang perlu diberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya investasi terutama di pasar modal. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dalam bentuk workshop dengan 3 tahapan yaitu tahap sosialisasi, pelaksanaan workshop dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan minat investasi di pasar modal pada generasi Z. Selain itu kegiatan ini melakukan kerja sama dengan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) cabang NTB mampu menarik minat peserta dengan difasilitasi pembuatan account saham secara gratis. Selain itu, 40%  peserta workshop tertarik untuk membuat account saham melalui Galeri Investasi FEB UTS untuk bisa trading saham di pasar modal. Kata kunci: pasar modal; investor; saham; gen Z ABSTRACTThere is an increase in the number of capital market investors every year, but it is still not proportional to the total population of the Indonesian people. The low number of investors in the capital market indicates that the level of public literacy is still quite low. Gen Z as the younger generation is a future asset that needs to be given an understanding of the importance of investing, especially in the capital market. The method of implementing the service is carried out in the form of a workshop with 3 stages, namely the socialization stage, the implementation of the workshop and the evaluation. The result of this service is an increase in knowledge and interest in investing in the capital market in generation Z. In addition, this activity in collaboration with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) NTB branch is able to attract participants' interest by facilitating the creation of stock accounts online. free. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial knowledge, hedonism lifestyle, self-control and financial literacy on the personal financial management of the z generation in Sumbawa Regency. The method used with quantitative methods and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents obtained by purposive sampling technique with the criteria of people living in Sumbawa and aged 24-44 years. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that 1) Financial Knowledge has a significant effect on Personal Financial Management 2) Hedonism Lifestyle has a significant effect on personal financial management 3) Self-Control has a significant effect on personal financial management 4) Financial Literacy has a significant effect on personal financial management.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service Program (PKM) is to improve knowledge in terms of Instilling an Entrepreneurial Spirit at a young age which is carried out at the Vocational High School (SMAK) 2 Sumbawa Besar. Running a business or entrepreneurship requires knowledge of how to be a good entrepreneur. This is indicated by the entrepreneurial spirit that has been planted since high school, which will soon graduate and become an entrepreneur. This service is in the form of counseling for level 3 students at SMKN 2 Sumbawa Besar. Counseling in the form of material about the entrepreneurial spirit to 50 students who attended. The importance of developing and introducing various things from an early age, including entrepreneurship, so that at a later age the entrepreneurial spirit that has been planted from an early age develops well and gives birth to creators of future employment opportunities who are independent, creative, spirited, and hardworking.

Abstract

Sustainability of the Merdeka program aims to provide knowledge and skills in digital marketing, processing PIRT and halal product permits, training on human resources as well as tips and tricks for managing businesses in the digitalization period for MSME players in Kerekeh Village, Unter Iwes District, Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.The implementation was carried out by providing information services using the lecture method in the form of socialization, namely with presentation techniques. With this Community Service, it is hoped that MSME products can be quickly recognized and reach consumers which has an impact on increasing profits or production profits. The activity took place conducively, where all participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the activity from the beginning to the end of the activity. This community service activity involves cross study programs. Not only does this collaboration produce a better and more innovative model, but it also contributes more positively to the knowledge and skills of MSMEs in Kerekeh Village.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of promotional activities, product assessment, and paylater features on product purchasing decisions at shopee. The study was conducted on students in Sumbawa Besar with a sample of 100 respondents who were determined using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the partial least square (PLS) technique. The results of this study have shown that promotional activities have a positive and significant effect on product purchasing decisions at shopee.
