Abstract

Undang-undang RI No.45 tahun 2009 tentang perikanan menyatakan bahwa pelabuhan perikanan memiliki fungsi pemerintahan dan pengusahaan guna mendukung kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan distribusi pemasaran. Dalam aktivitas distribusi hasil tangkapan pelabuhan perikanan dipandang sebagai salah satu bagian dalam satu kesatuan sistem rantai pasokan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komoditas ikan hasil tangkapan unggulan yang didaratkan di PPN Kejawanan dan mengkaji kinerja rantai pasok dalam aktivitas distribusi hasil tangkapan komoditas unggulan di PPN Kejawanan. Metode penelitian adalah metode survei dan wawancara mendalam dengan interview terhadap pihak-pihak terkait berkaitan dengan rantai pasok. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis Location Quotient (LQ) untuk mengetahui potensi unggulan ikan dan analisis deskriptif kinerja rantai pasok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komoditas ikan unggulan yang memiliki nilai pertumbuhan LQ positif dengan skor 3 yaitu Cumi-cumi, Pari, Layang, dan Tetengkek. Skor LQ 3 mengindikasikan bahwa jenis-jenis ikan tersebut terkonsentrasi pendaratannya secara relatif di PPN Kejawanan dan dapat terus dikembangkan. Penilaian kinerja rantai pasok menunjukkan terdapat 80% kriteria yang sudah dimiliki dalam rantai pasok. Sedangkan 20 % kriteria tidak atau belum ada. Secara umum dapat dikatakan bahwa rantai pasok ikan hasil tangkapan unggulan khususnya cumi-cumi sudah baik namun masih belum optimal.

Abstract

Cirebon region which has a fishing port as a landing place for catches has a strategic role in fisheries economic development. However, the role and potential are still not optimized properly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of the fisheries subsector in the economic development of commodity-based catches at the port of Kejawanan fishery which is the largest fishing port in Cirebon. The analytical tool used in this study is the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis. The results showed that the capture fisheries commodities in the fishing port that were the main seeds were squid, stingray, gliding, tetengkek, cob, gray, Kuwe, Japuh, Alu-Alu, Jackfruit seeds, Cleaver-machete, and Talang. This is because it has a positive LQ growth value with a score of 3. The LQ score of 3 indicates that these fish species are relatively concentrated landing at the port of fishing and can continue to be developed with sustainable fisheries management to encourage regional economic growth. The role of the Cirebon fisheries sub-sector is a base sector with a LQ value of 3.02.

Abstract

Bondet Coastal Fishery Port (PPP) is located in Cirebon Regency, which is adjacent to Grogol Village, Gunung Jati District, Cirebon Regency, where Grogol Village is one of the villages as a center for fishing fishermen with fishing gear mostly rampus nets. The rampus net (bottom gill net) is one of the fishing gear that can generate a source of income for fishermen in Grogol Village, Gunungjati District, Cirebon Regency which can be operated and produce fish almost every month. The purpose of this study is to explain the welfare of fishermen which can be analyzed in terms of income and expenditure. Bottom gill net fishermen. The method used in this research is descriptive method. This study uses a survey technique, which is a way of collecting data from a number of units or individuals at the same time. The data obtained were analyzed through financial analysis of the fishing business using rampus nets at the Coastal Fishery Port (PPP) Bondet, Cirebon Regency. The results showed that there was income inequality among Bottom Gill Net fishermen in Grogol village with a Gini coefficient value (inequality) of 0.24. Based on welfare indicators, according to BPS and the results of the summation of scores, it is known that bottom gill net fishermen in Grogol village have a high level of welfare (scores 20-24) with a total score of 23, and based on statistical analysis using NTN, the NTN value for bottom gill net fishermen in Grogol village is equal to 9,6 %, where NTN > 1, it can be stated that all Bottom Gill Net fishermen respondents are prosperous. There is no difference in the final result of the level of welfare according to BPS and NTN.

Abstract

Class Pelecypoda or Bivalves include clams, oysters, mussels and the like. Basically Pelecypoda has a unidirectional shell and a mantle in the form of two bilaterally symmetrical auricles or lobes. Clams do not have a radula like gastropods and do not have a distinct head or tentacles. Blood clam (Anadara granosa) is a type of clam that belongs to the Pelecypoda class. This research aims to identify tool specifications, catch yields, selectivity and productivity of scallop fishing gear operated in the waters of Cirebon Regency, West Java. The research was carried out in April-June 2022 in Gunungjati District. Measurement of fishing gear was carried out along the fishing village of Bondet Coastal Fishery Port (PPP) Cirebon Regency. The method used is a case study method with quantitative descriptive analysis to determine the specifications of the tools and catches taken by interviewing fishermen. The research results show that clam shells are included in the dredge gear category. The components consist of a body mouth, garok, frames, nets, and ropes of various sizes. The constituent materials used are iron and stainless steel, weighing up to 50 kg. The main catch of garok clams in Cirebon Regency consists of blood clams (Anadara granosa.) and by-catch in the form of several demersal fish, comprising 7 species. This tool is classified as non-selective because of its construction which has a net with a small mesh size (2-5 inches), so that this tool catches many species with different sizes of bycatch of 74.76%. The productivity of garok sea cucumbers is carried out using the swept area method, with an average catchment area of 0.0242 km2 and a catch rate of 15.058 kg/hour.
