Abstract

The village is the smallest part of the government so that the implementation of various performances must refer to the rules that apply to the government. One of the things that are the obligation of a village is that it is necessary to transparently show its performance to the community in the village concerned. This is nothing but to provide various information that the community needs to know when it will take care of various needs and require approval or recognition from the village as a form of authority in the government. Another very important performance is managed by the village apparatus, namely the service of a certificate which is very much needed by the village community. These various types of certificates, of course, will be one of the requirements for the community to complete their affairs, which indeed often ask for statements from the village. The service information system is a system that has a very important role in government and the development of population data administration, which is directed at fulfilling the rights of every citizen. In line with the direction of carrying out population data collection, population registration and civil registration as population sub-pillars need to be organized as well as possible, in order to provide benefits in improving governance and development, where population data management is the responsibility of the Regency/City Government, in its implementation starting from Rt/Rw/Village and Sub-district as the spearhead of population data collection. Based on the background of the problem above, a digital-based village service information system will be built. The service information system will be used within the scope of Ciwaruga Village, Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency.

Abstract

Perubahan tingkat pengetahuan peserta didik dapat diketahui dengan hasil yang dapat dibuktikan, salah satunya melalui pengujian tertulis untuk mendapat nilai akhir. Fenomena kemampuan peserta didik yang telah lulus dari perguruan tinggi dan mempunyai kapasitas pengetahuan dari proses pembelajaran selama perkuliahan, ternyata tidak cukup membantu untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan di dunia kerja. Pendidikan yang diamanatkan oleh pemerintah dalam perundang-undangan, secara jelas memberikan kemudahan dan kebebasan penyelenggaraan pendidikan dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dan diarahkan pula perubahan perilaku dan pengetahuan secara permanen. Disamping itu pula pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran tidak hanya dapat dilakukan di ruang kelas sebagaimana biasanya, namun boleh pelaksanaannya di mana saja. Bila melihat amanat dari pemerintah tersebut, maka kebijakan yang digulirkan oleh Kemendikbud-Ristek dalam bentuk merdeka belajar kampus merdeka (MBKM) sangatlah relevan. Adapun permasalahan yang muncul dalam penerapannya, seperti: 1) Belum adanya kebijakan pimpinan dari perguruan tinggi, 2) Sosialisasi yang perlu dilakukan, 3) Bagaimana bentuk kerjasama dengan pihak eksternal, 4) Bagaimana persyaratan dan pelaporan yang diperlukan mahasiswa MBKM, 5) Bagaimana revisi kurikulum, 6) Bagaimana pemilihan dosen pembimbing, jika mahasiswa tidak sesuai tempat MBKM dengan bidang keilmuannya, 7) Bagaimana penyesuaian rekognisi dengan mata kuliah, 8) Bagaimana pelaporan data ke PDDIKTI bagi mahasiswa yang mengikuti MBKM. Hal-hal tersebut yang akan menjadi bahan evaluasi penerapan MBKM.

Abstract

Employee attendance is an important factor in ensuring that an agency or company meets its objectives; it is related to discipline and has an impact on the performance of each employee. As a result, there is a need to collect special data to record attendance and absences so that professional activities can be recorded in real time and measured. There are a number of ways to build a good attendance information system, one of which is the use of information technology, where its application is to the Regional Office IV of National Roads Implementation of West Java Province, In other words, the system used in the attendance process still uses fingerprints when used by gluing each employee's finger on the screen. A certain tool One of the concerns of employees during the Covid-19 transmission period at that time, where the implementation of the attendance would result in the touch of one finger to the other, and this was indicated to cause Covid-19 transmission. Based on the above problems and to support the government's recovery and prevention of covid-19 transmission, a web-based attendance application was created, namely the PUPR e-Presence.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an information architecture design based on electronic Supply Chain Management (e-SCM) to optimise the procurement process and the use of goods in public high schools. The main challenges faced by SMAs are inefficiency in procurement management, limited transparency, and the risk of wasting resources. To address these issues, this research utilises the ArchiMate framework as an information architecture modelling tool that enables visualisation and detailed analysis of existing business processes. The approach used was a case study, where data was collected through interviews and direct observation in the field. Afterwards, the resulting architecture model was validated by stakeholders in high schools involved in the procurement process. The results showed that the implementation of e-SCM significantly improved operational efficiency, increased transparency of the procurement process, and minimised errors in inventory management. In addition, the use of e-SCM also increases stakeholder satisfaction, both among school staff and external parties related to the procurement process. This research makes an important contribution to the literature of information technology-based supply chain management in the context of education, and offers an information architecture model that can be widely applied in other educational institutions. As such, this research is expected to help schools manage their resources better and more efficiently. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain arsitektur informasi berbasis electronic Supply Chain Management (e-SCM) guna mengoptimalkan proses pengadaan dan penggunaan barang di lingkungan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh SMA adalah inefisiensi dalam manajemen pengadaan, keterbatasan transparansi, serta risiko pemborosan sumber daya. Untuk mengatasi masalah, penelitian ini memanfaatkan Design ArchiMate sebagai alat pemodelan arsitektur informasi yang memungkinkan visualisasi dan analisis mendetail terhadap proses bisnis yang ada. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Setelah itu, model arsitektur yang dihasilkan divalidasi oleh para pemangku kepentingan di SMA yang terlibat dalam proses pengadaan barang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-SCM secara optimal mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, meningkatkan transparansi proses pengadaan, dan meminimalkan kesalahan dalam manajemen inventaris. Selain itu, penggunaan e-SCM juga meningkatkan kepuasan pemangku kepentingan, baik di kalangan staf sekolah maupun pihak eksternal yang terkait dengan proses pengadaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap literatur manajemen rantai pasok berbasis teknologi informasi dalam konteks pendidikan, serta menawarkan model arsitektur informasi yang dapat diterapkan secara luas di institusi pendidikan lainnya. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan mampu membantu sekolah dalam mengelola sumber daya mereka dengan lebih baik dan efisien.

Abstract

Demographic maps can present statistical data on demographic education levels, population stages, family stages, education levels, age, and number of lives in families based on participation in the National Health Insurance (JKN). Where every Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in West Bandung Regency that requires population control data needs a data integration and performance optimization, so that in each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in work there is no more duplication of work. In this study, it is expected to be able to map all information about population control data to help the community and Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in West Bandung Regency in order to obtain information clearly from population control data based on the results of family data collection which will make it easier for Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) related in order to help the entire community in West Bandung Regency. In this case a solution will be made by utilizing the QGIS application in solving problems where for population control maps can be integrated in the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in West Bandung Regency.
