Abstract

Social media has become more critical for people to communicate about the pandemic of COVID-19. In social media, hashtags are social annotations which often used to denote message content. It serves as an intuitive and flexible tool for making huge collections of posts searchable on Twitter. Through practices of hashtagging, user representations of a given post also become connected. This study aimed to analyze the hashtag of Indonesian COVID-19 Tweets using Social Network Analysis (SNA). We used SNA techniques to visualize network models and measure some centrality to find the most influential hashtag in the network. We collected and analyzed 500.000 public tweets from Twitter based on COVID-19 keywords. Based on the centrality measurement result, the hashtag #corona is a hashtag with the most connection with other hashtags. The hashtag #COVID19 is the hashtag that is most closely related to all other hashtags. The hashtag #corona is the hashtag that most acts as a bridge that can control the flow of information related to COVID-19. The hashtag #coronavirus is the most important of hashtags based on their link. Our study also found that the hashtag #covid19 and #wabah have a substantial relationship with religious-related hashtags based on network visualization.

Abstract

Proses migrasi rekam medis manual (kertas) ke elektronik, yaitu serangkaian proses dimulai dari pengenalan rekam medis elektronik berikut manfaatnya, menyediakan semua yang diperlukan untuk penerapan sistem dan pelatihan penggunaan rekam medis elektronik oleh pengguna, diperlukan untuk mendukung penerapan RME. RSUD Wates sedang mengembangkan Rekam medis Elektronik (RME) dan rencana akan mengimplementasikan RME pada tahun 2022. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan langkah-langkah kegiatan migrasi data rekam medis manual ke elektronik dan demonstrasi cara melakukan alih media kepada instalasi rekam medis, koordinator filing dan staff rekam medis RSUD Wates. Metode PKM menggunakan Pendidikan masyarakat melakui kegiatan penyuluhan dan demonstrasi cara melakukan alih media menggunakan mesin scanner. Kegiatan PKM berjalan dengan lancar. Setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan PKM, RSUD Wates berencana melakukan proses migrasi data rekam medis manual menjadi elektronik secara bertahap, sesuai kunjungan pasien. Pada akhir sesi tim PKM menyerahkan hibah printer scanner untuk mendukung kegiatan alih media rekam medis.

Abstract

In Indonesia, community involvement in development planning and public policy has generally been carried out but limitedly. Social media uploads regarding public perceptions of policy implementation in the field are valuable input for those who quickly and accurately upload existing problems.The problems that arise from this effort to use social media are 1) how to detect public conversations related to a public policy. 2) Social media data collected extensively and accelerating can be processed quickly to get real-time analysis results. 3) Making the analysis results accessible in an interactive and representative form allows government policymakers to explore appropriate data and information to formulate and formulate public policies.This research produces a social media intelligence platform that can unite public opinion regarding public perceptions of the implementation of policies issued by the government, especially local governments in Indonesia. Based on modeling the topic of Covid-19 vaccination cases, 11 topics of discussion were obtained. While the sentiment analysis results of the 11 issues resulted, topic 6 had the most negative sentiment values regarding the development of Covid-19 vaccination in Indonesia. At the same time, topics with the most positive sentiment values are topic three and topic 10. These topics discuss the vaccination process carried out by health procedures (prokes) and government policies related to COVID-19 vaccination.

Abstract

Advances in information technology make smartphones become one of the products owned by almost all people of productive age. With so many smartphone manufacturers today, especially at the global level, the competition to present best-selling smartphone products in the market is becoming very tight. One of the most crucial things in product development is how manufacturers can capture the opinions and desires of potential users for a product and make it one of the considerations in product development. User reviews are data that is classified as User Generated Content (UCG) and can be used as material for conducting consumer analysis in the initial phase of product development. One of the problems faced in utilizing the data is the form of data in the form of unstructured text and the amount is very large. This problems can be solved by using one approach in natural language processing, namely topic modeling. By using topic modeling, computers can extract the essence of customer reviews on the internet which are very large in number into a more structured and easy-to-understand form. In this research, we used topic modeling to gain an insight from customer review over smarthphone products. From our experiment we can infer a knowledge about the customers’ concern related to the purchased smartphones.

Abstract

Era Industri 4.0 sangat dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi informasi khususnya teknologi big data dan internet of things. Dua teknologi tersebut membangun sebuah paradigma baru yang disebut dengan Cyber-Physical System (CPS). CPS didefinsikan sebagai interkoneksi antara lingkungan fisik dengan program komputer melalui teknologi sensor/ IoT. Penerapan CPS di berbagai bidang bisnis/ industri akan semakin memperkuat nilai bisnis yang ditawarkan kepada customer. Salah satu bidang industri yang akan mengalami peningkatan signifikan dengan penerapan CPS adalah bidang logistik. Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Logistik dengan pengimplementasian konsep CPS akan memberikan nilai tambah bagi sektor logistik secara keseluruhan. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, diperlukan sebuah studi konspetual bagaimana teknologi big data dan internet of things dapat diimplementasikan dalam sistem logistik. Sehingga, dalam penelitian ini, akan dikembangkan suatu rancangan arsitektur Sistem Informasi Logistik berbasis teknologi big data dan IoT untuk mendukung penerapan CPS dalam bidang logistik. AbstractThe era of Industry 4.0 is strongly influenced by information technology developments, especially big data technology and the internet of things. The two technologies build a new paradigm called Cyber-Physical System (CPS). CPS is defined as the interconnection between the physical environment and computer programs through sensor / IoT technology. The application of CPS in various business / industry fields will further strengthen the business value offered to customers. One of the industrial fields that will experience a significant increase with CPS's application is the field of logistics. The development of the Logistics Information System by implementing the CPS concept will provide added value to the Logistics sector as a whole. To make this happen, we need a conceptual study of how big data technology and the internet of things can be implemented in the logistics system. Therefore, in this study, a Logistics Information System architecture design will be developed based on big data and IoT technology to support CPS's application in logistics.Keywords: Logistic Information Systems; Cyber-Physical System; big data; internet of things
