Abstract

Colombo High School is an educational institution in charge of handling activities related to education. As an educational institution at present the 2013 curriculum report data management still uses Microsoft Excel applications with the step of the subject teacher submitting the file value to the homeroom teacher and the homeroom teacher will process the value data and submit it to the curriculum section for printing. Of course this requires a long time and is not effective. Another problem that arises is that the current process is perceived to be less optimal and efficient, the guardian of the student must go to the school every semester which requires a lot of time for the guardians of students who cannot attend the division of the Colombo High School students achievement report and the report can only be seen at a certain time. This research was designed and built using the CodeIgniter framework and uses a MySQL database as well as the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method of the waterfall model which can help the school, namely teachers, homerooms and curriculum parts in terms of report card management and for learners.

Abstract

Scheduling lectures at academic institutions especially the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology General Achmad Yani University Yogyakarta is still done semi-manually with the help of Microsoft Excel and takes days to determine the days and space and hours of lectures, while in making schedules must be done optimally and fast because the schedule will be used for lecture activities each semester. In preparing lecture scheduling, it can be done by applying methods that are often used. One of them is using a genetic algorithm which is one of the right algorithms to solve complex search and optimization problems. Genetic algorithms can find the best solution from a broad set of candidates and have many optimum points. In other words, genetic algorithms provide solutions to scheduling problems to minimize collision schedules with coding stages, determine initial population values, determine chromosome values at random, determine fitness values for minimize the broken schedule, then select the roulette wheel, cross-move one-point crossover, then perform value coding mutations. This research is expected to be able to contribute knowledge about the application of genetic algorithms to overcome problems in the scheduling field

Abstract

Implementation SIMRS currently still experiencing problems and obstacles level of user acceptance. This study analyzed the results of evaluation of the success factors SIMRS application using HOT-Fit Model (Organization Human Technology - Net benefits). The model have been selected for this model may provide an explanation and provide identification factor of the implementation of a system in terms of Technology, Human, Organization and Net benefit. The model included eight variables consist of System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Use of the System, User Satisfaction, Organizational Structure, Environmental Organizations and Net benefits (the benefit system). Based on the results of data obtained from the RS PKU Muhammadiyah Temanggung, it can be concluded that the variables that affect the successful implementation SIMRS is on the side of the variable tehnology is the quality of the system, the quality of information and service quality, while from the variable human ie user satisfaction affects the use of the system, in terms of organization variables which greatly affect the structure of the existing organizational environment. The successful implementation of SIMRS at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Temanggung influenced by the support and encouragement from the managerial to the users SIMRS conditions and the availability of adequate facilities in the hospital environment for use SIMRS. Keywords: Information System, Managemen, Hospital ABSTRAK Penerapan SIMRS saat ini masih mengalami kendala dan hambatan ditingkat penerimaan pengguna Penelitian ini melakukan analisis terhadap hasil Evaluasi faktor-faktor keberhasilan penerapan SIMRS dengan menggunakan Model HOT-Fit (Human Organization Technology – Net benefits). Model ini dapat memberikan penjelasan dan memberikan identifikasi faktor penerapan sebuah sistem dari sisi Teknologi, Manusia, Organisasi dan Net benefit. Model ini melibatkan delapan variabel yang terdiri dari Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Layanan, Penggunaan Sistem, Kepuasan Pengguna, Struktur Organisasi, Lingkungan Organisasi dan Manfaat Sistem. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari RS PKU Muhammadiyah Temanggung, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penerapan SIMRS adalah dari sisi variabel teknologi yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan, sedangkan dari sisi variable manusia yaitu kepuasan pengguna mempengaruhi penggunaan sistem, dari sisi variabel organisasi yaitu struktur sangat mempengaruhi lingkungan organisasi yang ada. Keberhasilan penerapan SIMRS di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Temanggung dipengaruhi oleh adanya dukungan dan dorongan dari pihak manajerial kepada para pengguna SIMRS serta tersedianya kondisi fasilitas yang memadai di lingkungan rumah sakit untuk menggunakan SIMRS. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe successful implementation of an information system is the goal of the management of an organization in order to create a way of working effectively and efficiently, especially in hospitals. However, in its business practices are not few hospitals that have failed in implementing the Hospital Information System. One important factor to be considered is how to change the workings and mindset of users profess to support the workings of Computerize System. This study uses a case study with a qualitative approach. This study aims to discuss and identify the factors - the success factors for the implementation of hospital information management system. Abstract

Competition of marketing property in Yogyakarta and Central Java getting tighter now, many information service provider are trying to increasing they information services using technology with utilize the e-Commerce. With the property e-Commerce expected can provide convenience to the community to property information searching especially in Yogyakarta and Centra Java area. One of the e-Commerce Property that is often in use by the property agent is a www.rumah.com. However, analyze of the effect of e-commerce Utilization on property marketing at this time has been no assessment of the extent of its influence on user satisfaction is the property information provider services. Assessment from the side of user satisfaction on the utilization of e-commerce web is a success of the website in supporting marketing. Measurement of the satisfaction of e-commerce web users in this issue using EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) method. Based on the research, the value of the content evaluation is 3.4425, the accuracy is 3.725, the format is 3.605, the ease of use is 3.885 and the timeliness is 3,5325. Dengan adanya Aplikasi e-commerce properti diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat untuk melakukan pencarian informasi properti khususnya di wilayah seputaran Yogyakarta dan Jawa Tengah. Salah satu web-ecommerce yang sering di gunakan pemanfaatannya oleh agen properti adalah www.rumah.com. Akan tetapi analisa pengaruh pemanfaatan web e-commerce terhadap pemasaran properti pada saat ini belum ada penilaian terhadap hal tersebut sejauh mana pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pengguna yaitu jasa penyedia informasi properti. Penilaian dari sisi kepuasan pengguna terhadap pemanfaatan web e-commerce merupakan suatu keberhasilan website dalam menunjang pemasaran. Pengukuran kepuasaan pengguna web e-commerce dalam permasalahan ini menggunakan metode EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, nilai hasil evaluasi isi adalah 3,4425, akurasi adalah 3,725, format adalah 3,605, kemudahan pemakaian adalah 3,885 dan ketepatan waktu adalah 3,5325. Sesuai dengan hasil evaluasi didapatkan bahwa nilai evaluasi kelima indicator > 3. Hal ini menunjukkan secara keseluruhan para penyedia jasa informasi properti cukup puas dalam hal menggunakan web e-commerce www.rumah.com.Kata kunci: EUCS, e-commerce, Properti Yogyakarta, Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

The spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19) in Indonesia is increasing. Many innovations have begun to emerge between the use of chambers that are placed on the streets is rampant, the village gate is still manually with an officer pressing the switch for incoming guests, and there is also spraying that is done automatically, reads guests who come, automatically, the obstacles encountered are sometimes run out of disinfectant fluid, demanding officers must regularly check so as not to run out. This research will develop an IoT-based disinfecting booth in addition to spraying disinfecting liquid automatically. It can also fill disinfecting liquid automatically and can be monitored via a Smartphone. System and tool requirements consist of NodeMcu Esp 8266, flow water sensor, ultrasonic sensor, Relay, Solenoid Valve, Arduino IDE, Blynk Apps, ThingSpeak The process of detecting disinfectant fluid level is divided into 2, safe level with water level between 11-50 cm, The danger level with the water level between 0-10 cm. Then the node sends an output signal to the relay. The relay continues that signal, which functions as a switch to open the solenoid, water will flow through the pipe when the solenoid valve is opened so that the water tap is open to fill the derijen. The Thingspeak IoT platform is used to display disinfectant liquid level graphs. Sensor output data will be reported in real-time to the admin via the application of the Blynk app. With the development of this device, it is expected to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Abstract

Era Industri 4.0 sangat dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi informasi khususnya teknologi big data dan internet of things. Dua teknologi tersebut membangun sebuah paradigma baru yang disebut dengan Cyber-Physical System (CPS). CPS didefinsikan sebagai interkoneksi antara lingkungan fisik dengan program komputer melalui teknologi sensor/ IoT. Penerapan CPS di berbagai bidang bisnis/ industri akan semakin memperkuat nilai bisnis yang ditawarkan kepada customer. Salah satu bidang industri yang akan mengalami peningkatan signifikan dengan penerapan CPS adalah bidang logistik. Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Logistik dengan pengimplementasian konsep CPS akan memberikan nilai tambah bagi sektor logistik secara keseluruhan. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, diperlukan sebuah studi konspetual bagaimana teknologi big data dan internet of things dapat diimplementasikan dalam sistem logistik. Sehingga, dalam penelitian ini, akan dikembangkan suatu rancangan arsitektur Sistem Informasi Logistik berbasis teknologi big data dan IoT untuk mendukung penerapan CPS dalam bidang logistik. AbstractThe era of Industry 4.0 is strongly influenced by information technology developments, especially big data technology and the internet of things. The two technologies build a new paradigm called Cyber-Physical System (CPS). CPS is defined as the interconnection between the physical environment and computer programs through sensor / IoT technology. The application of CPS in various business / industry fields will further strengthen the business value offered to customers. One of the industrial fields that will experience a significant increase with CPS's application is the field of logistics. The development of the Logistics Information System by implementing the CPS concept will provide added value to the Logistics sector as a whole. To make this happen, we need a conceptual study of how big data technology and the internet of things can be implemented in the logistics system. Abstract

Social security agency (BPJS) Health exists to provide national social security to meet the basic needs appropriate for all levels of society based on the principle of humanity. Originated from a change in the contribution premium policy, it is demanded by the organizers and health service providers to be able to provide safe, quality, affordable health facilities. But unfortunately, the government's efforts in realizing public welfare, especially in the field of health, are not fully supported by the community because of the ever- changing premium contribution policy and the health services they receive. The latest information developments related to BPJS on social media that can be easily accessed by the public. One of them is by using the Twitter platform as a place to exchange information using hashtags. The hashtag data can be processed and obtained information to be used as a tool for decision making. This study aims to analyze and visualize BPJS data on the Twitter platform using the K-Means clustering method. K-Means clustering method is a method of clustering data mining using the descriptive model concept. K- means method can use to explain the algorithm in determining an object into a specific cluster based on the nearest average.
