Abstract

Tapis was the one of traditional cloth that contained in Lampung society. There was a philosophy values that contained in some kind of the pattern of Tapis. This study aimed to; (1) a. know the learning model of Lampung Culture that have been implemented; b. know the needs of the learning model of Lampung Culture; c. know how big the culture awareness of the students in History Education Study Program of  University of Lampung; (2) Develop a learning model to integrate the philosophy values of Tapis in Lampung Culture at History Education Study Program of University of Lampung ; (3) Assess the effectiveness of learning model to integrate the philosophy values of Tapis on the learning the Lampung Culture to improve the culture awereness of History Education students. This research used the developmental research method (Research and Development/R&D). The method was used to produce some product and examine the effectiveness of those product. To be able to produce the product, the requirement analysis research was used in this research to examine the effectiveness of the product in order to serve the function in the society. This research was held at the sixth semester students of History Education Study Program. There were two classes; A class  as a experimental class and B class as a control class. This research was held of the even semester in the school year 2015/2016. The result of the effectiveness of the achievement (cognitieve) showed there was a significant difference in students’ ability between experimental and control class. The result showed the score of t value 8.557 in the level of significant 0.78 was higher than 0.05 (0.78 > 0.05). It could be conclude that experimental and control class were not in the same varian and the mean competence also was not same. The result of t value in the attitude assessment showed the score of thit (2.015) >ttab (1.678) in the level of significant 0.02 was lower than 0.05 (0.02 < 0.05), it could be conclude that Ho was rejected and the mean score before and after the treatement to the experimental class was not same. The result indicate that there was a significanct influence of the learning model of Lampung culture based on the philosophy values of Tapis to improve the Culture Awereness of the students. In conclusion, the integration development of the philosophy values of Tapis on the leaarning model in Lampung culture was effective to improve learning outcomes and the culture awereness of the students.

Abstract

This research was purposed to know the effect of using joyfull learning  and to know the significant level of the effect of using  joyfull learning on learning result on third level at SMP Negeri 1 Punduh Pedada.The method of the research was experimental method and used cluster random sampling technique by 34 students. This research used simple linear regression. Based on the data analize, the researcher got 40.1 %, influenced by joyfull learning and 59 % influenced by others factors and the significant was 0.633. The result of the research is joyfull learning influent significantly to students result and the significant by using joyfull learning was strong to students result.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran joyfull learning dan mengetahui taraf signifikan pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran joyfull learning terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IX di SMP Negeri 1 Punduh Pedada. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling berjumlah 34 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh 40.1 %, dipengaruhi oleh model joyfull learning dan sebanyak 59.9% dipengaruhi faktor lain. dan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.633. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran joyfull learning berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dan taraf signifikansi dari pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran joyfull learning  kuat terhadap hasil belajar.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, joyfull learning, pengaruh

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out the Practice of Transferring Pawn Contracts for Sale and Purchase in Gunung Rejo Village, Way Ratai District, Pesawaran Regency. In addition, the study examines the review of Fiqh Muamalah on such Implementation. The type of research used is field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted through documentation and interviews with pawnshop (rahin) and pawn taker (murtahin). The results of this study indicate that the rahin cannot repay the debt he borrowed, then rahin offers collateral to murtahin with the aim of selling it. But in this case, the selling price is determined by the murtahin which causes the sale and purchase price of the land to be much lower than the actual price in the village. The transition from a pawning contract to buying and selling is not in accordance with the rules of Islamic law, because it does not meet the requirements stipulated in the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council No.25/DSN-MUI/III/2002 or Fiqh Muamalah. If the pawnshop (rahin) cannot repay the loan, the collateral is sold through auction or offered to a third party.Keywords: Fiqh Muamalah, Pawn, Sale and Purchase
