Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan akan sistem pemantauan pembelajaran yang terintegrasi di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta guna meningkatkan efisiensi proses belajar mengajar digital. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah pengelolaan data materi, tugas, dan evaluasi hasil belajar yang belum terdokumentasi secara waktu nyata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan sistem real-time monitoring berbasis web untuk memudahkan kontrol akademik oleh pihak sekolah. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall, meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem dengan UML, pengkodean, hingga pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu memfasilitasi peran admin dalam manajemen data master, guru dalam distribusi konten pedagogis dan penilaian, serta siswa dalam mengakses sumber belajar secara mandiri. Berdasarkan pengujian black-box, seluruh fitur fungsionalitas sistem berjalan dengan valid dan sesuai spesifikasi. Implementasi sistem ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam digitalisasi administrasi pendidikan di madrasah, sehingga proses monitoring perkembangan akademik siswa menjadi lebih transparan, terstruktur, dan akuntabel.

Abstract

Dela Laundry, a laundry business in Banggle Hamlet, Losari Village, Ploso Subdistrict, is still experiencing operational problems due to the use of manual record-keeping. This has the potential to cause data errors, delays in information, and reduce customer satisfaction. Therefore, a web-based information system is needed to speed up the service process, minimize the risk of errors, and provide transparency of the laundry process to customers. As a solution, this study designs and develops a Laundry Information System using the CodeIgniter 4 framework with PHP programming language and MySQL database. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This system aims to facilitate administrators and staff in managing customer data, orders, services, and reports, as well as allowing customers to monitor the status of their laundry orders online without needing to log in. Testing results using the Black Box Testing method showed that all system functions operated properly without any significant errors being detected. In addition, a feasibility test conducted through a questionnaire to users obtained an average score of 88%, which falls into the “Good” category and is suitable for use. Thus, this system is capable of making operational processes more structured, efficient, and transparent, as well as increasing customer satisfaction and supporting the development of small to medium-scale laundry businesses.

Abstract

Program pelatihan di Desa Turipinggir, Kecamatan Megaluh, Kabupaten Jombang merupakan upaya kolaboratif dari komunitas untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap praktik pertanian yang berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan. Salah satu fokus utama pelatihan ini adalah pengenalan metode pembuatan pupuk Bokashi Plus dalam konteks pertanian organik, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas tanah dan efisiensi produktivitas tanaman. Dalam pelatihan ini, kami bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada penduduk Desa Turipinggir mengenai cara yang efektif dan efisien dalam menghasilkan pupuk Bokashi Plus. Metode pelatihan ini melibatkan serangkaian kegiatan interaktif seperti penyampaian materi, demonstrasi praktik, serta sesi tanya jawab yang memungkinkan peserta untuk memahami secara mendalam konsep dasar pupuk Bokashi Plus serta langkah-langkah pembuatannya

Abstract

Teacher performance evaluation is an important aspect of improving educational quality in schools. However, teacher performance measurement at Madrasah Aliyah Al-I’dadiyyah Bahrul’ulum Jombang is still conducted manually using forms and conventional records, making the process less effective, time-consuming, and prone to errors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Teacher Performance Measurement Information System to support an effective and integrated evaluation process. The research used descriptive qualitative methods, with interviews, observations, and documentation. The system used the Waterfall model with PHP, the CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Black Box Testing showed that all scenarios passed. UAT involved 17 respondents and 10 questions, achieving effectiveness rates of 94.11% in evaluation, 89.41% in reducing obstacles and errors, and 92.65% in supporting monitoring and decision-making. These results indicate that the system is highly effective for digital teacher performance evaluation.

Abstract

Employee attendance recording at Tita Bakery Kediri was previously conducted manually, requiring additional processing for recap and making attendance data less centralized. This study aims to design and implement an employee attendance device using Face recognition based on ESP32-S3-CAM and integrate it with a web-based admin dashboard. The system uses an ESP32-S3-N16R8 Development Board with an OV5640 camera, a 2.4-inch SPI TFT LCD, a real-time clock (RTC), push buttons, a server, and a database connected through Wi-Fi. The development process adopts the Waterfall model consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Attendance is initiated through the recognition function, while employee facial data are registered through the enrollment process. A recognized employee can be recorded once per day, and the attendance data are stored and managed through the web dashboard. Testing covers face enrollment, face recognition, attendance recording, employee management, attendance recap, operational-hour settings, authentication, and system response. The test results show that the main functions operate according to the specified requirements: registered faces can be recognized, attendance can be recorded, duplicate attendance on the same day can be prevented, employee and attendance data can be managed, monthly reports can be generated as PDF, and admin access can be restricted through login. The resulting system provides a more structured approach to attendance recording at Tita Bakery Kediri.
