MENGHINDARI KEKERASAN DALAM PENGELOLAAN KARAKTER SISWA Yulianto Hadi

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menelaah, mengetahui, dan memahami pengelolaan pendidikan karakter, kususnya bagi siswa SMA dan sederajat. Artikel ini merupakan kajian terhadap kondisi nyata yang berkembang di dunia pendidikan Indonesia, kususnya mengenai pengelolaan karakter siswa. Simpulan dari kajian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1)edukasi dan pembentukan karakter terhadap anak yang dilakukan di sekolah, kelompok, dan masyarakat sosial hendaknya menghindari pemaksaan kehendak dengan segala bentuk abuse; (2) pembentukan karakter yang salah satunya diprogramkan oleh pemerintah dengan menitipkan di instansi/lembaga militer perlu dikaji ulang secara mendalam; (3) proses pendidikan dan pengelolaan karakter akan lebih berhasil apabila mengikuti beberapa tahapan pengelolaan kesadaran integral.Kata kunci: kekerasan, dan pengelolaan karakter AVOIDING ABUSE IN MANAGING THE STUDENTS’ CHARACTERAbstractThis article aims to know, discover, and comprehend the character education management, especially of senior high school students and of those at the same level. This article is a study of the factual condition in Indonesian education, especially in managing the students’ characters. The conclusions of the study are: 1) education and character formation of the students in school, group/party, and social communities may avoid coercion of one’s desire, in every form of abuse; 2) character formation programmed by the government by sending students to the military agency needs to be re-examined deeply; 3) education process and character management will be successful if it follows several stages of integral consciousness management.Keywords: abuse and character management

Global competition is forcing companies have the ability to compete with similar companies, especially with companies that have applied science and technology, to be able to win this competition, companies are required to have efficiency so that their products can compete with similar products. To minimize deviations production process and shrinkage fodder, required a series of continuous improvement by the company to support the smooth operation of the company as a whole. Methods of research by the author is a method of collecting data with field studies and literature. Methods of field studies carried out by direct observation to the company. Research conducted an analysis of Total Quality Management. The purpose of this study in order to determine deviations and shrinkage process of production (shrinkage) fodder. The observations were carried out on an on going basis include observation of the moisture content of raw materials, checking the engine used on a regular basis, setting or press machine setup, the engine speed is balanced and improve the existing human resources. From the results of the study authors concluded that the application of Total Quality Management and conduct continuous improvement and sustainable can minimize shrinkage deviations and production process (shrinkage) so that the effectiveness of production can be achieved.

The Frozen Maranggi Satay Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in Purwakarta, established in 2023, demonstrates product innovation relevant to modern frozen food trends. However, this business faces significant challenges in financial governance (manual and unstructured record keeping) and localized digital marketing. This Community Practice Lecture (KPB-PKL) activity aims to address these weaknesses through direct mentoring. The methods used were observation, in-depth interviews, and applied coaching during the period August–October 2025. The intervention results demonstrated success in developing a daily cash recording format and a simple Profit and Loss Report for September 2025, as well as optimizing social media through direct contact linking. The conclusion shows that strengthening financial governance and digital marketing integration are crucial prerequisites for MSMEs to increase competitiveness, support accurate managerial decisions, and expand market reach beyond local boundaries. With a well-organized financial foundation and broader marketing reach, the Sate Maranggi Frozen MSME is expected to be able to transform into a scalable business and be ready to face regional competition. As a follow-up, it is recommended that MSMEs begin to consider the integration of a simple Point of Sale (POS) system and explore national marketplaces to accelerate business growth and achieve long-term financial stability. Substantively, this KPB-PKL activity has increased the financial and digital literacy of MSME owners, shifting their mindset from simply selling to data-driven business management. As a follow-up, it is recommended that MSMEs begin to consider the integration of a simple Point of Sale (POS) system and explore national marketplaces to accelerate business growth and achieve long-term financial stability, and help MSME finances.
