Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran pada mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) yang berkualitas baik pada jenjang SMP, sehingga  dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Salah satu faktor yang memegang peranan penting dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar adalah perangkat pembelajaran. Tersedianya perangkat pembelajaran merupakan salah satu faktor yang menunjang proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Perangkat pembelajaran adalah sejumlah bahan, alat, media, petunjuk dan pedoman yang akan digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran atau digunakan pada tahap tindakan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Perangkat pembelajaran memberikan kemudahan dan dapat membantu guru dalam mempersiapkan dan melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa guru PPKn di SMP Negeri 2 Kota Ternate dalam melaksanakan perencanaan proses mengunakan perangkat pembelajaran meliputi silabus dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) yang memuat tujuan pembelajaran, materi ajar, metode pengajaran, sumber belajar, dan penilaian hasil belajar. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran dan bahan ajar di SMP Negeri 2 Kota Ternate adalah sebagai berikut: (1). Perangkat pembelajaran dan bahan ajar di SMP Negeri 2  Kota Ternate dalam menggunakan   kurikulum K13. (2) Dalam pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran dan bahan ajar di SMP Negeri 2  Kota Ternate diawali dengan analisis materi pelajaran yang sesuai dengan standar dan kompotensi yang diharapkan pada perumuskan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran yaitu (RPP) dan silabus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilator belakangi oleh hubungan sosial antara peserta didik dengan masyarakat lingkungan sekolah dilihat dari pola pembentukan karakter peserta didik melalui sekolah sehat dan ramah anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembentukan karakter melalui sekolah sehat dan ramah anak, sikap kedisiplinan peserta didik, serta keramahan di lingkungan sekolah SMP Negeri 7 Kota Ternate dengan titik tekan kajian yaitu untuk mengetahui pembentukan karakter peserta didik melalui program sekolah sehat dan ramah anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tipe kualitatif deskriktif. Penelitian kualitatif sebagai prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriktif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang yang berperilaku yang dapat diamati. Kepala sekolah, guru dan peserta didik. Subyek penelitian menggunakan teknik ‘’Purposive Sampling’’. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola pembentukan karakter peserta didik melalui sekolah sehat dan ramah anak di SMP Negeri 7 Kota Ternate telah terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan sikap kedisiplinan dan selalu bersikap ramah di lingkungan sekolah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembentukan karakter melalui sekolah sehat dan ramah anak di SMP Negeri 7 Kota Ternate adalah telah terjalin sikap kerjasama dan bersikap ramah di lingkungan sekolah.Kata Kunci: Pembentukan karakter, peserta didik, sekolah sehat, ramah anak

Abstract

The phenomenon of the nation's problems until now has not been resolved from various conflict events that smelled of ethnicity, religion, and race (SARA) because of the strong attitude of intolerance and sectoral egoism. This issue is important to be raised, bearing in mind the living conditions of the people of North Maluku with a high level of cultural diversity (multicultural), both the diversity of languages, ethnicities, ethnicities, and religions as examples in good living. Although it looks diverse, the activities of daily community life look safe and peaceful. Of course, diversity is seen as a social reality for people to know each other, respect and respect each other, and build better brotherhood without looking at different social backgrounds. Such living conditions must be jointly guarded by all components of the nation including government, community leaders (religious leaders, ethnic leaders, youth leaders, academics), and parents. The need for a high anticipatory attitude to prevent from various potential social conflicts. Therefore, this anticipatory form is carried out by strengthening the role of the three education environment sectors, namely: (1) formal education (in schools and colleges); (2) non-formal education (in the community); and (3) informal education (in the family and environment) to shape national character values such as tolerance, democratic values, and cooperation values in multicultural societies. The formation of national character values informal education can be held through the process of character learning in all subjects and the habituation process in the association of students in schools/colleges. While the formation of the nation's character in non-formal education can be through community activities organized by the community and the government such as workshops (training), upgrading and socialization, where the community activities can provide the understanding and build community awareness to further recognize the importance of values national character value. While the formation of the nation's character in informal education can be through guidance and exemplary parenting and community leaders. The three paths of the educational environment, have an important role to shape the character of the nation so they can build a multicultural life that is peaceful, harmonious, and harmonious.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini berangkat dari keprihatinan peneliti melihatkondisi lingkungan hidup Kota Ternate yang masih meninggalkan permasalahan sampah dan limbah rumah tangga di lautkarena rendahnya pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat,serta perhatian pemerintah kotaterhadapkelestarian lingkungan hidup. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memotret lingkungan hidup Kelurahan Makasar Timur Kota Ternate sebagai contoh kasuslingkungan yang membutuhkan perhatian dan upaya penyelesaian dari stakeholer,baik masyarakat, pemerintah kota, aktifis lingkungan maupun akademisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya pemerintah kota dan masyarakat dalam membangun kesadaran lingkungan berbasis konsep green constitution. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Hasilnya menggambarkan bahwa : 1) tingkat pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat Kelurahan Makasar Timur dalam menjaga lingkunganhidup relatif sangat rendah; 2) belum optimalnya peran pemerintah kotadalam mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan hidup; serta 3)penataan ruang pemukiman kumuh perkotaan yang belum dituntaskan. Kata Kunci: Kesadaran Lingkungan, Masyarakat Pesisir, Green Constitution

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the country is a serious concern for the government in raising the economy of the community, including students. One of the efforts made by the government is by holding the Indonesian Student Entrepreneurship Program (PKMI) as a form of implementation of the Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MBKM) policy. The purpose of the program is to provide broad opportunities for students to be involved in entrepreneurial activities so that they hope to form an independent character. However, this is not appreciated because of the low interest of students to be involved in entrepreneurial activities as happened to the students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Khairun University. This problem must be a joint concern of the educators/lecturers and the leadership of the Khairun University higher education institution. In general, this study aims to obtain descriptive information about the extent to which the internalization of entrepreneurship values in the formation of independent character of Khairun University FKIP students. This research approach is qualitative by using descriptive study method. The results illustrate that: 1) Khairun University FKIP students' understanding of entrepreneurship in general is relatively low 2) the process of internalizing the value of entrepreneurship in the formation of students' independent character is carried out through various educational channels 3) supporting factors in internalizing the value of entrepreneurship to students.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education through learning Civics Education can foster the entrepreneurial character of students from an early age. In general, this research aims to obtain descriptive information regarding the application of the blended learning model in Civics learning to build the entrepreneurial character of students at SMA Negeri 4 Kota Ternate. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results illustrate that the application of the blended learning model in Civics learning at SMA Negeri 4 Kota Ternate can build the entrepreneurial character of students because: 1) availability of Information and Technology (IT) facilities in the classroom (such as projectors, laptops and smartphones) that are sufficient to support blended learning in an interesting, creative and innovative way; 2) the application of the blended learning model in Civics learning can optimize the formation of mindsets, explore interests and talents, and learner independence in entrepreneurship. In the future, this research can be further developed by creating an entrepreneurship learning model based on local wisdom so that it is able to develop students' entrepreneurial character well.

Abstract

The research background of the Center for Community Learning Activities in Ternate City, especially in Akehuda village, is very important in order to help and provide space widely and freely to be used by the community ranging from the educated to those who have never studied the world of education. The research objectives are (1) To determine the role of the center for community learning activities (PKBM) in fostering students who have dropped out of school. (2) To find out the factors that influence PKBM in fostering students who have dropped out of school. (3) To find out what efforts the government has made towards PKBM Mario Laha to foster students who have dropped out of school.The research method used is qualitative descriptive research with a case study method. The subjects of this study are the head of PKBM, lurah, community leaders, and students. Observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques.  Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) The role of the Mario Laha Community Learning Center (PKBM) is as a service provider in the form of package A, B and C programs. The presence of Mario Laha PKBM in Akehuda Village as an equality education institution makes students who drop out of school enthusiastic again to continue their education so that they get a diploma to continue their education to college or a career in the world of work. (2) ) Factors that can affect the Mario Laha Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) include: 1) The number of out-of-school children in the Akehuda sub-district who work as motorcycle taxis. 2) The economic condition of Mario Laha PKBM students who are below the poverty line. 3) Negative opinions of peers and parents. 4) Online learning. (3) Efforts that have been made by the government towards Mario Laha PKBM to foster students who drop out of school are as follows.
