Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct the political participation of Iskandar Djabir Syah (the 47thSultan of Ternate) in the establishment of the State of Eastern Indonesia. The results showed that: (1) the participation of Sultan of Ternate Iskandar Djabir Syah in the unitary state started in the early independence of the Republic of Indonesia; it was characterized by conducting Malino and Denpasar conferences in 1946. The establishment of the Eastern Indonesia State became the political inspiration for Iskandar Djabir Syah to involve as the senate member of the Eastern Indonesia State/NIT representing North Maluku, as well as one of its designers. (2) As one of the leaders who agreed to the idea of van Mook to form a federalist country in the Malino and Denpasar conference, so that when the Eastern Indonesia State was formed, he was appointed as the Minister of Internal Affairs in the cabinet of J.E. Tatengkeng for 1949 to 1950 periods. (3) Malino to Denpasar Conference in 1946 that was initiated by H.J. van Mook was the Dutch effort to establish the states in order to realize the United States of Indonesia (Republik Indonesia Serikat/RIS) based on Linggarjati Agreement. At the conference, it was formed the Eastern Indonesia State (Negara Indonesia Timur/NIT) covering the areas of Sulawesi, Small Sunda (Bali and Nusa Tenggara) and the Maluku Islands. Fokus kajian ini menguraikan beberapa peristiwa politik yang melibatkan Iskandar Djabir Syah seperti konferensi Malino dan Denpasar hingga terpilih menjadi menteri dalam negeri Indonesia Timur pada periode 1949-1950.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1). Partisipasi Sultan Ternate Iskandar Djabir Syah dalam negara kesatuan dimulai sejak awal kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia, ditandai dengan diselengarakannya konperensi Malino dan Denpasar 1946. Terbentuknya Negara Indonesia Timur kemudian menjadi inspirasi   politik bagi  Iskandar Jabir Syah untuk melibatkan diri sebagai anggota senat NIT mewakili Maluku Utara, sekaligus merupakan salah satu disainernya. (2). Sebagai salah satu tokoh yang menyetujui gagasan van Mook untuk membentuk negera federalis dalam  konperensi Malino dan Denpasar, sehingga ketika terbentuknya Negara Indonesia Timur diangkat menjadi Menteri Dalam Negeri pada kabinet J.E. Tatengkeng periode 1949-1950.  (3). Konferensi Malino hingga Denpasar pada tahun 1946  yang diprakarsai oleh H.J. van Mook merupakan upaya Belanda mendirikan negara–negara bagian dalam rangka mewujudkan Negara Indonesia Serikat (RIS) berdasarkan Persetujuan Lingarjati. Dalam konferensi tersebut dibentuklah Negara Indonesia Timur (NIT) meliputi wilayah Sulawesi, Sunda Kecil (Bali dan Nusa Tenggara) dan Kepulauan Maluku.

Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct the political participation Iskandar Djabir Syah(Sultan of Ternate to 47) in the establishment of the State of East Indonesia. The focus ofthis study outlines some political events involving Iskandar Djabir Syah as the Malino andDenpasar conference to elected Minister of the Interior of Eastern Indonesia in the period1949-1950.The method used in this paper is a heuristic method that is history, criticism,interpretation and historiography. The results showed (1) Participation Sultan of TernateIskandar Djabir Syah the unitary state started early independence of the Republic ofIndonesia, is characterized by convening Malino and Denpasar conferences 1946.Formation of the State of East Indonesia became the inspiration for the political IskandarDjabir Syah to engage as a member of the Senate Negara Indonesia Timur/NIT representingNorth Maluku, as well as one of its disainer. (2) As one of the leaders who agreed to the ideaof van Mook to form a federalist country in Malino and Denpasar conference, so that whenthe formation of the State of East Indonesia was appointed Minister of the Interior in thecabinet of JE Tatengkeng period 1949-1950. (3) Malino to Denpasar Conference in 1946,initiated by HJ Dutch van Mook is an effort to establish the states in order to realize theUnited States of Indonesia (Republik Indonesia Serikat/RIS) based Linggarjati Agreement. Atthe conference formed the Eastern Indonesia State (Negara Indonesia Timur/NIT) covers anarea of Sulawesi, Sunda Kecil (Bali and Nusa Tenggara) and the Maluku Islands.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 189 Halmahera Selatan melalui model Team Quiz pada materi pokok kegiatan ekonomi dalam meningkatkan sumber daya alam. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 189 Halmahera Selatan yang berjumlah 22 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan peneliti adalah soal sebanyak 10 item dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian dilaksanankan dalam dua siklus, silklus I dan siklus II maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukan model Team Quiz pada pokok bahasan kegiatan ekonomi dalam meningkatkan sumber daya alam siklus I aktivitas siswa 57,5% aktivitas guru 57,5% pencapaian belajar siswa 50,45% dan penilaian kelompok 13,75% sedangkan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan dengan jumlah siswa 22. Dalam aktivitas siswa siklus II memperoleh nilai jumlah siswa 22 dengan nilai rata-rata 92,5% aktivitas guru 97,5% hasil pencapaian belajar siswa 71,81% dan penilaian kelompok 71% menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa IV SD Negeri 189 Halmahera Selatan pada materi pokok kegiatan ekonomi dalam meningkatkan sumber daya alam dengan nilai rata – rata sebesar 71.81 dengan interpretasi Tinggi.

Abstract

This article describe about the function of  school as a formal institution that can develops choldrens attitude and behave nasinality. In the class students are learen about nationality education. The teacher duties are to develops students attitudes to become the good generation. Especially for PKn and religiuos teacher that try to develops student’s morality and attitudes.Loyality for nation is one of the behavior should be inside of the childrens soul to be proud to their nation as a citizen. Abstract

This study aims to improve Civics learning outcomes with the time token learning model in Civics subjects, the subject of the meaning of unity and precepts of Pancasila in class V SD Negeri 1 Ternate City, the type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The stages are: 1) planning, 2) implementation and observation, and 3) reflection. The research subjects were 28 students. The object of this research is the time token learning model. The data collection technique in this study was using observation sheets, tests and instrument documentation used to determine student learning outcomes in the form of a multiple-choice test (PG) as many as 10 numbers. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative that is seen from several percent of the success rate of student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the application of the time token learning model can improve Civics learning outcomes specifically for the meaning of unity and Pancasila precepts in class V SD Negeri I Ternate City. This shows that the students' completeness in the first cycle was 5 students from 28 students who took part in the learning process in the classroom with an average number of 4.29% in the first cycle. While the second cycle of learning student learning outcomes an increase. Of the 28 students who took part in the learning process in the classroom, 24 students who completed the class with an average score of 32.71%. Or in the good category descriptive scale.

Abstract

This research discussed about the role of parents in develops childrens morality in Tabam North Ternate. The background of this research explained about the moral develops of the childrens in families and their growth. Spouse are the genetics for their generation to develops their attitudes.  The environment is the key of childrens behavior while taking car of children is not a simple way, they need their parent’s guideing.This research used  naturalistic qualitative approach to  describe the  parent’s role inside childrens   natural   behavour.   Naturalistic   qualitative   approach   used   to   perceive   the information deeply about the parents participation in develop and create childs behavior, with techincs by observation, interview, and documentation. Interview used in this research to reach the information based on the questions.Summary of this research are while the education parents has influences to the childrens morality that can be aplicated by the children at the school and community. Abstract

The background of this research is to develop students 'moral intelligence and learning models as well as the lack of PPKn teachers themselves who always develop and educate students' morale in teaching and learning activities in class, besides that students have not been accustomed to answering questions that have the ability to think. they. The objectives of this study are (1) To determine the efforts of the teacher in the development of moral intelligence of students in schools at 33 Halmahera Selatan Public Middle School. (2) To find out the factors that influence the development of moral intelligence of students in schools at 33 Halmahera Selatan State Junior High School. The subjects of this study were the Principals, Teachers and Students of SMP Negeri 33 Halmahera Selatan. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation study. The results of this study: the efforts of the teacher in developing the moral intelligence of students are important to note because it is a method used to find out how the moral intelligence of students is when interacting in the school, family, and community environment in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. able to understand the material being taught and be able to apply it in everyday life. As a form of effort in developing students' moral intelligence, it can be seen from the attitude of piety, discipline, obedience, responsibility, and honesty of students. Basically, the awareness of students is needed, because awareness of the importance of moral intelligence will bring students to good things. If students are aware of the importance of moral values, students will be aware of the laws they get if they violate school rules, students as students can certainly distinguish between good or bad things, and actions that are allowed or prohibited. The availability of facilities and infrastructure is also a factor in developing students' moral intelligence.

Abstract

This research to describes the supervision by Supervisor. In education needs supervision because it is the part of point effort to increase the learning achievement and quality of school. The effort to improving competence of teacher and head master its can done by given helping professional like as implementation, consultation and guidance, and also the activities that related with the improvement of competence quality. Every supervisor demand to have the base of certain capability than other in educational.  The  base  capability  called  competence.  Competence  is  knowledge,  skill/know-how, ability or capacity to get to someone that becomes part of its situation until supervisor has capability to  do  to  cognitive  agent,  affective  and  certain  psychomotor  in  optimal.  The  conceptual  of  this research as follow: (1).Supervision management, (2). Supervision’s effectiveness by supervisor, (3).Supervision management to increase the education quality of teacher. This research used qualitative  method  and  descriptive  approach.  Technique  to  determining  the  data  is  purposive samling, its focus to the key of informant is actors in implementation and as an actor in carrying out of the location. Getting the data, primer data although secondary data its based on the observation, documentation and focus interview (in-depth-interview) that used the guidelines of interview not structure. The next getting data is verification and analysis with the theorist interpretation. The findings of this research are some points related with the obstacles that appear in supervision management by supervisor in Department of National education area of Ternate city. (1). less care from government to increase the professionalism of supervisor, (2). less facility of transportation for supervisor, (3). Not yet the different from other’s room for supervisor, (4). less guidance supervision book of supervisor, (5). Less comprehension about supervision concept of supervisor, (6). The teacher’s supervision don’t prepare the learning set of equipment when get the supervision, (7). Almost the teacher came late in the first class when the supervisor to do to supervision, (8). Used time is not affective by teacher when supervisor get the supervision, (9). Management class is not effective by teacher when supervisor get supervision. Key Word: Supervision Management, teachers’ competence

Abstract

This research entitled Management Planning and Recruitment of Educators by the Education Office of Ternate City. The background of this study explains the human resources planning of the educators is the initial stage of the implementation of management functions. This planning is often overlooked. By doing this plan, all functions of human resources can be implemented effectively and efficiently. In addition, the function and role of educators are professionals in charge of planning and implementing the learning process, assessing the learning outcomes, conducting guidance and training in improving the quality of education.This research uses a naturalistic qualitative approach to describe the management of human resources educators at the official service of Ternate City comprehensively,  naturally and deeply. A naturalistic qualitative approach is used to obtain information and deep interpretation of the meaning of human resource management in accordance with the reality of the field. Techniques data collection in this study is conducted through several techniques, namely observation, interview and documentation. Data collection techniques by conducting interview is to answer the provided research questions. Informants consisted of heads of education offices, principals, teachers and school committees.The conclusion of this study indicates that the planning and recruitment of Education Officers of Education Office of Ternate City has not been optimal in viewing the aspect of equal distribution of teacher placement, administration, management, development, supervision, and technical service to support education process in education unit. In addition there is still a gap of subject teachers in each school. Furthermore, many educators have not yet maximized their capability in performing their obligations as a professional teacher. Kata Kunci: Planning, Recruitment, Educators, and Education Office of Ternate City
