Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of quality learning process and learning outcomes of Social Sciences in class 7.6 through media Power Ponit. The population of this research is the grade seventh of  Yunior High School are consisted 36 students, there are 17 female and 19 male students. The implementation of this research at mid semester in 2010/2011. The result of this research showed in the first cycle get the value 73,89 or completeness study of 97,22% while in the second cycle get the value 80,83 or completeness study of 100%, it means that the research is successfully. Meanwhile, the assessment of quality in learning on the first cycle is 77,50% and the second cycle is 99,17%. In the other hand, the observation result of students behavior are showed an increasing with the value of the first cycle  is 69,44% and in the second cycle is get the value 100%. Based on the result of this research above, it can be conclude that the implementation of Media Power Point can improve the result in cognitive learning of Social Sciences. In addition it can improve the quality of learning and participation with students’ behavior. Keywords: Results of learning, Media Power Point

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik lebih aktif bertanya dalam memecahkan masalah-masalah yang belum dipahami oleh peserta didik selama pelajaran berlangsung, juga menjadi terbiasa untuk menjawab setiap pertanyaan yang diajukan kepada peserta didik, sehingga suasana dalam kelas lebih hidup dan menyenangkan  agar  dapat meningkatkan semangat dalam belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif bersifat deskriptif analitis. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti berusaha memahami dan menafsirkan suatu peristiwa menurut perspektif dan hasil pengamatan, sehingga penulis mendapat gambaran secara menyeluruh mengenai masalah yang diteliti. Kegiatan bertanya jawab dapat lebih memusatkan perhatian peserta didik terhadap materi yang dibahas sehingga peserta didik merasa takut atau malu bila tidak bisa menjawab pertanyaan yang dilontarkan oleh peserta didik lain. Kegiatan bertanya jawab dapat menimbulkan keingintahuan sehingga dapat membangkitkan minat dan perhatian peserta didik terhadap suatu masalah yang sedang dibahas. Kegiatan bertanya jawab dapat mendiagnosis kesulitan belajar selama peserta didik mengikuti proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Kata kunci: Metode Tanya Jawab, Peserta didik, Mata pelajaran IPS (Sejarah)

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to investigate the impact of Digital Leadership Competencies on Curriculum Management and Islamic Learning Performance. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews with participants, field observations, documentation studies. The findings consist of two topics of discussion. First, that there has been a curriculum innovation that is tailored to the needs of teachers and students during the Covid 19 pandemic. The learning syllabus has become simpler, learning hours are simpler and achievement targets are lower than they should be in face-to-face meetings. Second, the leadership carried out by digital-based principals has not had an optimal impact in helping teachers improve their performance. Principals have not routinely conducted virtual assessments of teacher performance. As a result, teachers find it difficult to run online learning because of some perceived deficiencies to be a challenge for teachers. It is a special concern that there is still a syllabus whose basic competency target is very high, in online learning conditions it will be difficult to achieve the expected basic competency target
