Abstract

The aims of the study are investigate and examine the effects of The Big Five Personalitytoward career success in thecontext of public sector organization. The scope of thisstudy is the entire of structural employeeson the tax office which is operating in Purwokerto, Cilacap, Purbalingga and Kebumen. The sample of data were taken from 188respondents. Proportionate stratifiedrandom sampling method was used to determine the respondents. Survey by questionnaire is applied in this study. The analysis tool in this study is regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, there are four revelations: First, neuroticism has negative impact on subjective career success. Second, extroversion has positive effect on objective career success. Third, agreeableness has negative impact on objective and subjective career success. Fourth, openness to experience has negative impact on objective career success. The implication of this study is that personality is important in workplace because it can facilitate career. Organizations need to give special attention on the personality of employees including in recruitment process, training and employees development. Keywords: career, personality, the big five

Abstract

Madura Island has its own uniqueness from a socio-culture that breathes Islam. This is a positive value in dealing with halal tourism in the world. The fact that currently all districts in Madura have not welcomed halal tourism as a mainstay to increase the number of tourist visits both domestic and foreign. This can occur because public participation in policy making is still lacking or even non-existent. Because seeing the very strong diversity of the Madurese community with Islam, it is a must to implement a halal tourism policy. Public participation in drafting local regulations on tourism management in Madura can be seen in the FGD. This shows that the model of community participation in Madura is in accordance with a basic model of public participation, and a realism model of public participation. Meanwhile, based on Islamic values, the implementation of FGD can be included in the shura concept contained in Islam. The general public response wants the application of halal tourism on the island of Madura. But on the other hand they also emphasize the existence of halal tourism which actually implements tourism in accordance with the Shari’a.

Abstract

Teachers play an important role in helping the development of students to realize their life goals optimally. Islamic religious education teachers in schools are directly related to the achievement of educational goals, especially Islamic religious education in schools. Therefore, Islamic religious education teachers are required to be able to carry out their duties as Islamic religious education teachers not only responsible for delivering subject matter to students, but also being able to shape the personality of students so that in the end students have the main personality. This study uses the pattern and type of qualitative research. Collecting data in this study using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation techniques. For data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques in an effort to make conclusions. The results of this study indicate that, the efforts of teachers in improving the quality of Islamic religious education are divided into three stages. teachers in improving the quality of Islamic religious education related to the profession, by taking S1 PAI education, attending training and education and training training, MGMP and being responsive to the development of the PAI material curriculum, and thirdly, teachers' efforts in improving the quality of Islamic religious education related to the morals of students, namely by connecting each material with morals so that students understand the good and the bad. The benefits of the teacher's efforts in improving the quality of Islamic religious education on the personality of students to the personality of students so that the ability of students increases towards the success of the teaching and learning process of students and can also increase faith and piety in order to increase students' confidence and awareness of the importance of religious knowledge for the life of the world and the hereafter as well as everyday life.

Abstract

Community service activities are carried out by the PKM Team of STIT Ibnu Rusyd Tanah Grogot PAI Study Program by choosing a theme that attracts the attention of many people today, including students. The number of corruption cases that occur in society encourages the PPM team to provide knowledge about the crime of corruption and its legal arrangements to prevent students from being affected by acts that lead to criminal acts of corruption in various forms, therefore the PKM team chose the theme of "Counseling Anti-Corruption Education Programs in Junior High Schools to Form an Integrity Young Generation". This article aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the anti-corruption education program carried out at SMP Muhammadiyah Tanah Grogot. Anti-corruption education aims to form a young generation that has integrity and awareness about the importance of opposing corruption in society. The methods used in this research are participatory observation, interviews with students and teachers, and document analysis related to the anti-corruption education program at SMP Muhammadiyah Tanah Grogot. The results of this study are expected to provide insights and recommendations for relevant parties in developing anti-corruption education programs in schools. The recommendations generated from this journal can serve as guidelines for related parties, including schools, teachers, and policy makers, in implementing the anti-corruption education program. Thus, it is expected that the young generation involved in the program will become agents of change who have high integrity and strong awareness to fight corruption in society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the principles of maqashid sharia in the tourism industry of Camplong Beach, Sampang Regency. It is expected that maqashid sharia which has five main objectives, namely protection of religion, soul, mind, descendants, and property, will offer a moral and ethical basis for sharia-based tourism management. Camplong Beach has a lot of potential to uphold the values ​​of maqashid sharia as a developing tourist resort. By using field research techniques, interviews, and documentation, this study takes a qualitative approach. The conclusion of the study shows that a number of maqashid sharia values, including preserving the environment (hifz an-nasl), empowering the local economy (hifz al-mal), and educating and promoting religious values ​​to tourists (hifz ad-dtn), can be used to manage Camplong Beach tourism. Thus, it is expected that the application of the concept of maqashid sharia in tourism management will encourage sustainability and provide a wider positive influence on local residents and tourists. Thus, Camplong Beach can be an example of sharia tourism that is financially successful and in accordance with Islamic law.

Abstract

Pendidikan akhlak merupakan hal yang penting dalam Islam. Akhlak yang baik merupakan fondasi utama kehidupan seorang muslim, yang menjamin keselamatan di dunia dan kebahagiaan di akhirat. Imam Al-Zarnuni merupakan seorang sufi terkemuka yang dikenal dengan penekanannya pada pendidikan akhlak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pandangan Imam Al-Zarnuni tentang pendidikan akhlak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah kitab-kitab karya Imam Al-Zarnuni, terutama kitab Ta'dibuna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Imam Al-Zarnuni memandang pendidikan akhlak sebagai hal yang paling penting dalam kehidupan. Beliau berpendapat bahwa pendidikan akhlak harus dimulai sejak dini, dan harus dilakukan secara komprehensif, meliputi aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku. Imam Al-Zarnuni juga menekankan pentingnya keteladanan dalam pendidikan akhlak. Beliau berpendapat bahwa keteladanan merupakan faktor yang paling penting dalam membentuk karakter seseorang. Penemuan penelitian ini memiliki relevansi dengan tantangan moral yang dihadapi umat Islam saat ini. Pemikiran Imam Al-Zarnuni tentang pendidikan akhlak dapat menjadi solusi dan inspirasi dalam mengembangkan sistem pendidikan yang komprehensif, sekaligus mengembalikan kejayaan peradaban Islam yang berlandaskan akhlak mulia.

Abstract

This literature review aims to examine the concept of prophetic leadership and its role in improving Islamic education institutions in Indonesia. The review is based on a comprehensive analysis of existing literature from various sources, including academic journals, books, and government reports. The study identifies key themes and trends related to prophetic leadership and its impact on Islamic education institutions in Indonesia. The review also discusses the challenges and limitations of implementing prophetic leadership principles in these institutions and proposes recommendations for future research and practice. future research should focus on developing practical guidelines for implementing prophetic leadership principles in Islamic education institutions in Indonesia while addressing any potential challenges or limitations that may arise during implementation efforts. These guidelines should be based on a comprehensive analysis of existing literature from various sources, including academic journals, books, and government reports, and should be designed to meet the specific needs of Islamic education institution leaders in Indonesia. The guidelines should also be accessible and affordable for all stakeholders, including those from low-income backgrounds or rural areas, and should promote accountability, transparency, financial sustainability, community engagement, leadership skills development, and innovation in Islamic education institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract

The world of education must always adapt technological developments to efforts to improve the quality of education, especially adjusting the use of information and communication technology for the world of education, especially in the learning process. The world is in a phase of rapid technological development. The utilization/use of ICT-based learning media which is rich and varied in various types and characteristics, not only increases interest and motivation in learning, but learning can increase children's interest in learning and be meaningful/inspirational. In this research, the author used qualitative research as a literature study. The research stages were carried out by collecting library sources, both primary and secondary. Learning media created based on augmented reality is suitable for use in early childhood and is a solution in implementing the learning process. This learning media can help cognitive development in children aged 4-5 years. In the learning process, teachers or educational teams should be more sensitive to technological developments, especially now that teachers are dealing with students in the alpha generation. Teachers can use various types of applications that support the learning process in the Early Childhood education unit in the learning process. So this will make it easier for teachers and children to understand the purpose of this learning.
