Abstract

Institutional governance and infrastructure reform combined with the policy package constitute a restructuring of private public partnerships. The challenges of institutional and water governance as a form of innovation answer the challenges of an increasingly competitive market, the needs of consumers, and investors. A sluggish investment climate will turn into a prospectus with a comprehensive funding model that meets the challenges faced by current and growing imbalances. The results of the study identified a governance model for funding, financing and developing infrastructure projects in the province of Central Java, innovation in funding models as a hybrid model with Public Private Partnership (PPP) partnerships for future water management and development that can consolidate the water resources of the provinces of Central Java and nationally, infrastructure functions and capabilities are the foundation for the establishment of water supply services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of labor absorption in small and medium enterprises of the weaving craft industry in Sukarara Village, Jonggat District, Central Lombok Regency. The research is quantitative, involving a population of 40 woven fabric handicraft entrepreneurs in Sukarara Village. Data collection techniques included interviews, documentation, and distributing questionnaires containing questions about work culture, employee performance, and service quality. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the data analysis show that capital and production value have a positive and significant effect on labor absorption in Sukarara Village, Jonggat District, Central Lombok Regency. Wages have a positive but insignificant effect on labor absorption. However, when considered together, capital, production value, and wages have a significant effect on labor absorption in the region.

Abstract

The application of artificial intelligence in management information systems provides effectiveness and efficiency in business processes. The integration of artificial intelligence and management information systems has changed the procedures for collecting data, analyzing data, and utilizing data. This research aims to explain the application of artificial intelligence in management information systems and identify ethical challenges and social impacts arising from the application of artificial intelligence in management information systems. The research method used in this research is the library study method, which is a research approach that involves collecting and analyzing information available in forms such as articles, reference books and other reference sources. The results of the research are that the application of artificial intelligence provides convenience by automating routine tasks thereby increasing user efficiency and effectiveness. However, apart from providing convenience, there are ethical challenges and social impacts that arise from the application of artificial intelligence in management information systems, such as threats to data security and increasingly narrow job opportunities.

Abstract

تعد الأغنية العربية لوحة فنية تجمع بين إيقاع الموسيقى وسحر الكلمات، حيث تلعب البلاغة دورًا أساسيًا في إيصال المشاعر والمعاني. يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن أنواع المجاز في أغنية "الراجعين" لناصر البشير، وتحديد النوع الأكثر شيوعًا فيها. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج المكتبي والدراسة الوثائقية لجمع البيانات، كما اعتمدت على تحليل المضمون لتحليل المجاز في كلمات الأغنية. توصل البحث إلى أن الأغنية تحتوي على 43 مجازًا، موزعة بين 17 استعارة (6 تصريحية و11 مكنية)، و20 مجازًا مرسلاً بأنواع مختلفة، و6 مجازات عقلية. وُجد أن المجاز المرسل هو الأكثر شيوعًا في الأغنية. تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على أهمية المجاز في الأغنية العربية وتأثيره في إثراء المعنى والتعبير الفني. ويوصي البحث بدراسات مستقبلية أكثر تفصيلًا حول المجاز في الأغاني العربية، مما يساهم في تعزيز الاهتمام بجماليات اللغة العربية وفهم رسائل الأغاني بعمق أكبر

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of audit quality, earnings power, and risk-taking behavior on firm performance, while also testing the moderating role of the risk management committee. The research was conducted on 18 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. A quantitative approach was employed using moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results show that only earnings power has a positive and significant effect on firm performance, whereas audit quality and risk-taking behavior have no significant effect. Additionally, the risk management committee strengthens the influence of audit quality on firm performance but does not moderate the relationship between earnings power or risk-taking behavior and performance. These findings suggest that internal oversight through the risk management committee is only effective in the context of audit but not yet optimal in managing earnings or risk-taking. This study contributes to corporate governance literature in the mining sector by emphasizing the importance of an active and strategic risk management committee.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is an intra-curricular form which is an implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education to provide students with work and learning experiences in community empowerment. The KKN activities carried out in the workspaces of the Faculty of Engineering Lecturers and the Laboratory of the Faculty of Communication are dedicated to the development of the communications industry, is expected to create brilliant ideas at work and facilitate the practice of communication science in a room that has been arranged and tidied up during the KKN activities which lasted for approximately three weeks. This activity was a challenge in itself for the KKN group by renovating the Engineering Faculty office space and Fikom Laboratory in order to create a space that can inspire its users and can work or be a creatif in a more inspiring, innovative and educative in a well-organized room.

Abstract

Along with the rapid progress of Internet technology and the ease of access to the use of the current technology,. Making web-based applications using HTML and PHP programming with MySQL is used as database server. Feedback and input from potential users can contribute to the improvement and development of information system to be realized.The resulting system provides up to date information about the progress of work every week through the Dashboard page that is inputted by the companies, system archiving project documents are integrated and can be accessed online at any time by the parties involved. History activities both problems and solutions during project execution recorded on this website through the discussion and photos, so it can be a reference for the planning and implementation of similar projects later.Data and information and documents stored in server storage ease and speed but it also serves as a document backup / backup of physical documents / hardcopies in digital form. In addition to understanding the implementation of the project, the response and feedback from potential users are very helpful in the development of the website. Needs improvement features that already exist and the addition of new features which match to project owner needs so that the project management information system based on this website can be function optimally.

Abstract

The author's concern about the low learning outcomes and student activity in science lessons in grade V of elementary school was the background to this research. The low factor of student learning outcomes is due to the low level of conceptual understanding and activeness of students, because many students do not understand the material they are studying. One effort that can be made is to apply the make a match learning model in science learning. This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of the make a match learning model on learning outcomes in social studies lessons for grade V at SDN V Gunungsari and 2) determine the effect of the make a match learning model on student activity in social studies lessons for grade V at SDN V Gunungsari. This study uses one group pretest-posttest design method. The instrument in this study uses test items to see learning outcomes and questionnaires to determine student activity in Science lessons. Data analysis for hypothesis testing uses paired sample t-test because the data is normally distributed. The results of the paired sample t-test for learning outcomes obtained a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05 and for the paired sample t-test value of the student activity questionnaire obtained a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of this study, there is an influence of the make a match learning model on learning outcomes and student activity in the fifth grade of elementary school science lessons.
