Abstract

This assimilation can be a measure of success carried out by the correctional institution, because it is a process of increasing coaching based on the evaluation of previous coaching programs and has gone through certain assessments and has met the requirements set by the Correctional Team. The author is interested in the problem of assimilation guidance for prisoners at the Kedungpane Class I Prison in Semarang and the obstacles in the assimilation guidance program for inmates. This study uses a juridical empirical or sociological juridical approach. The results of the research and discussion are that assimilation is carried out for the development of prisoners in socializing in the community. In addition, Assimilation is also carried out in the context of tackling the Spread of Covid-19 that is currently hitting Indonesia. The obstacle in fostering the assimilation of prisoners is the lack of socialization to the community so that there are no third parties or people who are willing to accept and employ prisoners in the process of returning to society in a positive way. Abstract

Saat ini banyak sekali tempat hiburan yang menerapkan berbagai teknologi untuk menarik minat masyarakat. Sehingga membuat tempat museum kurang diminati oleh masyarakat, karena kurang menariknya penyajian dari museum tersebut dalam mengenalkan benda sejarah yang ada didalamnya. Sehingga membuat masyarakat enggan mengunjunginya dikarenakan terlalu membosankan bagi mereka. Teknologi saat ini diharapkan mampu membuat proses pembelajaran mengenal benda museum dengan lebih canggih dan menarik. maka dari itu pihak Museum Seni Rupa dan Keramik sangat mendukung aplikasi augmented Reality (AR). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggunakan aplikasi augmented reality (AR) diharapkan pengelola museum Seni Rupa dan Keramik dapat menarik minat masyarakat dalam mengunjungi museum untuk mengenal benda sejarah dengan cara yang berbeda. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengelola dalam proses pengenalan benda seni dan sejarah, sehingga mengunjungi museum lagi tidak menjadi hal yang membosankan lagi dan sehingga membuat masyarakat lebih mengenal karya seni dan benda sejarah yang ada. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Marker Based Tracking dengan bantuan aplikasi Unity 3D dan Vuforia untuk membuat aplikasi augmented reality (AR). Hasil Use Acceptance Test dari penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil yang baik dari masyarakat pengunjung museum dengan skor 393 dari 500.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup dan labelisasi halal terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik Emina pada generasi z. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 95 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa FEBI UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial labelisasi halal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan gaya hidup berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, labelisasi halal dan gaya hidup secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R Square) menemukan bahwa gaya hidup dan labelisasi halal memiliki pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 55% terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik Emina pada generasi z.

Abstract

This research aims to understand religion through its evolving practices within society, utilizing an anthropological approach. The primary objectives of this study are to explore and analyze three aspects: a profound understanding of the anthropological approach in Islamic studies in terms of etymology and terminology, the analysis of methods, techniques, and research steps using an anthropological approach, and a comprehensive examination of research outcomes employing anthropological approaches in Islamic studies. This research adopts the library research method, collecting literature data from 10 books and 10 journals relevant to the research topic. The results of this study involve an in-depth analysis of various anthropological approaches applied in Islamic studies.The anthropological approach in Islamic studies represents a profound and intricate method for understanding Islam within the context of human social and cultural dynamics. By considering various anthropological paradigms, researchers can explore the diversity of religious practices, analyze symbolic meanings, understand social interactions, and investigate conflicts that arise within Muslim communities. Through holistic, micro, semiotic, comparative, and behavioristic approaches, anthropological research in Islamic studies opens doors to comprehend the complex and often contradictory dynamics in the lives of Muslims. Consequently, this research not only provides deep insights into Islam as a religion but also into humans as complex social and cultural beings. By understanding Islam through the lens of anthropology, we can respond to global and local challenges with a more profound and contextual understanding of the values, beliefs, and religious practices of Muslims worldwide.

Abstract

Contemporary Islamic education is an educational concept that integrates Islamic values ​​with technological advances and the needs of the times. This study aims to understand the concept of contemporary Islamic education and its implementation in the Islamic education system. Contemporary education seeks to integrate Islamic teachings with the current modern education system. Contemporary Islamic education has several advantages, such as the ability to integrate Islamic values ​​with technological advances and the needs of the times. However, contemporary Islamic education also has several challenges, such as the ability to face rapid changes in the times such as the development of science and technology, globalization and social change, the need for quality education, integration of Islamic values, and Islamic educational institutions that can answer the challenges of the times.
